OOC Notes

Walking over, she noticed there was a bag of stuff next to where she had woken up. She walked over and grabbed the bag, there seemed to be clothing, a bathing suit, and other living supplies. She grabbed an outfit and put it on. Then, Aria tied her long, blue hair into a ponytail, and put a black head band on. She grabbed a book that was also in the bag, and walked outside a glass door in her room. It seemed to have led to a courtyard, and it appeared to be connected with several other rooms with glass doors much like her own. There was a large pool, and some potted palm trees. She sat next to one, in it's wimpy shade, and began to read, hoping there were others here, too, and not just her.

"Excuse me, but...where is this place, exactly?" The girl asked. Aria looked around her at her surroundings and shrugged.
"I have no idea. I woke up here a few minutes ago, I didn't even know there was anyone else here." She tugged at her blue hair, nervously, "I probably sound crazy, but do you guys feel any...different? Ever since I woke up, I haven't felt...normal."
Maybe that's what murdering someone feels like. She thought.
OOC Notes

Mandy's eyes shot open. The first thing she realized was a plain sterile white ceiling. This isn't my house. She thought immediately, thinking of the moldy plaster that made up the ceiling of her home.Where am I? The next thing Mandy noticed was itchy sheets. In shock she saw she was in a small but comfortable bed, dressed only in a white tank top and dark jean shorts. She swung her bare feet onto the floor slowly, looking around cautiously. There were huge windows on the opposite wall, swathed in thick curtains. Behind them Mandy could see the sun, dull through the fabric. Cringing from the light, she looked down and noticed a small bag next to the bed, sagging onto the hardwood floor. She dropped off the bed and onto her knees next to it, pulling it open and rustling through the inside. Just a swimsuit and plain, earthy colored clothes. Browns, whites, grays and greens. Just her style and size-but they weren't her clothes. They were much more stylish and expensive then anything she could afford. Mandy grabbed a gray hoodie from the bag and ignored the black flip-flops next to the bag, closing it and dropping it on the unmade bed.
Mandy walked to the window, peeling back the curtain and squinting her eyes against the sun. What looked like an endless ocean stretched in front of her, azure color choppy with waves. Okay...It's definitely not my city either. So where am I and how did I get here?
She tried to think back to anything before now...but all sshe could recall was being at school and drawing....
It came back to her and she jerked back as though hit. All the blood, Jeanette stabbing herself in the neck with a pencil...And her father....
Mandy shuddered and hugged her hoodie tighter to herself.
Well, I'll figure that out later...First things first, I should find whoever brought me here.
She looked over to the door. She was scared to open it. What if her captor was out there? But she had to figure this out. She cracked it open and stealthily moved down the hall on her toes, moving past several doors. She even opened one slightly to peer in, but all she saw was an open bag on the ground. Mandy kept moving and came upon a courtyard. Three others- two pretty girls, one sitting with a book calmly and one standing to the side, looking confused; and a guy with wide eyes who looked extremely scared- were talking, mouths moving silently in conversation.
She lingered by the door for a minute, contemplating if she should go in. But they didn't seem to be captors, not even dangerous in the least. She slid in the door silently in time to hear the girl with the book say, “...I didn't even know there was anyone else here. I probably sound crazy, but do you guys feel any...different? Ever since I woke up, I haven't felt...normal.”
Mandy thought about it. She did feel slightly different, though she couldn't put her finger on it. It was almost like a the sinking feeling of guilt. She felt it was time to make her presence known.
“I do.” She said shortly. Mandy didn't pause to think how the three might react to her popping out of no where, especially since they seemed panicked and confused as it was.
OOC Notes

"I do."
With that, Aria stood up, closing her book and dropping on the ground where she had been sitting, "you, too? In what way? I feel like I've gotten something bottled up inside of me, like some hidden power. It's strange. Oh, by the way, my name is Aria, I used to live in a cabin in the Panchi Woods, most likely many miles from here, with my...with my...father." Her voice was weak when she mentioned her departed father, departed because of her. She chewed the inside of her cheek, he had it coming, she thought, trying to convince herself that she wasn't such a bad person, Killing all of those animals, all those trees, what did he expect? It was murder! But I murdered him, so wouldn't that make me equally bad? But, don't police execute the murderers? Well, that's exactly what I did.
OOC Notes

The girl with the book looked to Mandy and stood up quickly, dropping her book on the ground with a thump that had Mandy flinch slightly. She launched into a short rant about strange powers, where she lived, and that her name was Aria. One of her questions rang in Mandy's head. "You too? in what way?"
In what way indeed, Mandy thought to herself. She thought about how to answer.
"I just feel weird." Mandy said vaguely, then considered the way Aria's voice had faltered when she spoke of her father, and got the feeling something bad had happened to him. "Sorry...for your dad."
She wasn't sure what else to say. It wasn't in her nature to tell her own life story, or even speak as much as she was. It was hard being like that meeting new people though, and she figured she should force herself to talk so that she wasn't an outsider among this group. “Um...I'm Amanda. Call me Mandy...” She trailed off, glancing over at the other girl and the boy. Not really knowing what to do, she just settled down in the dark shade against the building, popping her hood up and leaning onto the cool brick.
“Where are we?”
Even as she asked it she was becoming distracted. One, the scenery was beautiful. And two, this whole 'strange powers' business had got her thinking.
It doesn't mean anything. Maybe everyone in class went insane for no reason. And all those other people...well, maybe they had issues.
She dropped the thought and starred up at the others from the shadow of her hood, wanting answers and hoping they could provide them.

Rose slowly opened her eyes and instantly felt the rays of heat touch her face. Her body was laying on an extremely soft bed. She wore a light brown tank top and dark shorts. The windows were open and letting in a cool breeze. She smelled the salty air and turned on her stomach to embrace the softness. Nothing came to her mind as she heard the gentle lapping waves of the ocean... And then she came to her senses. Ocean? Bed? Sun? She instantly shot up and panicked. She looked down at her body. Her belly button pierce was still there. She woke up one day with it after a long night of drinking. She was fine, intact. But clearly her insanity wasn't.
The bed was probably a Queen size with a black and white comforter. The room looked like a picture from a five star hotel. Everything was perfect. She stood up and glanced out the window. The sun glared down at her causig her to squint and turn away. She tried to get a hold of her surroundings. Beach. It was definitely a beach. Her breathing quickened. Her eyes darted from left to right. It was way too perfect. She didn't deserve perfect. "Where am I?" her voice came out in a whisper. "This is a dream!" her heart rate slowed and her body relaxed. She let out a laugh. "Dreaming! I am obivously dreaming!" She laid down on the bed giggling. She looked around the room again warming up to it's perfect styling.
And then she remembered. The fire. The moon. Her family. Tears sprung to her eyes. She saw the house burning; she heard their screams, cries of help filled with agony. "Nightmare.." she hissed bitterly.. Her little brother's face popped into her mind. His eyes sparking with life and she took it away. "Monster!" she cried. She grabbed with looked like a glass flower from the side table. She hurled it with all her force into the mirror, aimed at her reflection.
A sharp pain entered her arm. She screeched as the mirror fragments sliced her skin. No, not a dream, she thought. Tears streamed down her face as she sobbed. Rose really hoped someone was here. At least to tell her she still had her sanity.
OOC Notes
Kiba glanced around at the others so far there were four other people here and all of them were girls. Then he heard them talking to each other about being different. Different? Do I feel different now? Kiba questioned himself as he stared down at his hands extended out in front of his body. He couldn't recall entirely what had happened the night before. He remembered the children beating the animal to death and then nothing. Nothing that is until he came back to in the same classroom, but it was different and horrible. Everyone was dead even his only friend and Kiba was the one to blame. And then the other girl mentioned her father and it brought back even more horrible memories of Kiba and how his father treated him. As these emotions came flowing through Kiba he began to feel an anger and then a rage building up at himself.
That's when he started to notice his hands. They appeared to be changing in flashes from human to something else. It only happened for a split second and then it had stopped but Kiba had noticed it. "W-what am I?" Kiba whispered to himself as he gathered his emotions together and then managed to chain them away and hide them. After he felt normal again he looked up from the his hands and towards the others. "I feel different too." Kiba said quietly to the others. Immediately after his brief words he sat down in the sand and began to stare at his hands again as if he wasn't sure they were his.
OOC Notes
Rose cursed under her breath and the seconds ticked by. Walls must be sound proof or something, she thought bitterly. If anyone was here they would have either heard the mirror breaking or her cries of pain. Suddenly a thought entered her mind that made her knees tremble, what if she was alone? Alone on this dream beach? Must be impossible right? But she killed her own flesh and blood, wasn't that supposed to be nonexistent?
She finally accepted that if she didn't get out of this room now, she may never have her arm. Biting her lip to keep from screaming she tugged the shards from out of her bleeding arm. Her leg was blood stained and it was ruining the carpet. Well at least it hadn't lodged itself in my eye, she thought with a painful groan.
She got on her feet and cradled her bloody arm with her right hand. Most of the bigger glass shards she managed to get out without killing herself but the smaller ones she didn't dare touch. Her feet carried her to the hall. The thought of ripping up cloth to wrap around her arm crossed her mind. Rose desperately wished she listened in Health class instead of sass talking the teacher or skipping class. Now her arm was probably going to get infected. Her heart was pounding. She might lose her arm. "Help!" she cried ask the blood dripped down on the floor. She had just one large shard that was tilted so it was at an angle that dug into her skin from the side. She couldn't take it out without somebody else's help. "Help!" she cried again louder. She heard mumbling coming from outside. "Help!!" she screamed hoping the people talking would hear her cries.
OOC Notes

She sighed and closed her eyes. I'm so utterly confused. Mandy thought, lost. Where are we, and why are we here?
Suddenly her head snapped the the side, eyes narrowing on the standing boy. He was starring at his hands in shock, apparently. And such anger radiated from him, almost like a tendril of black smoke, reaching across the courtyard to Mandy. It suddenly snapped back into his body, as he looked form Aria to Mandy. "I feel different too.”
Mandy continued starring at him as he sat down and stared at his hands again. What had that smoke been?, she wondered. She registered that he was confused. More smoke slowly floated from his head and shoulders, whisking gently above him in smokey yellow, unsure and foggy. Mandy blinked long and hard. When she opened her eyes the smoke was gone.
Is this something I should bring up?[i] She wondered, quite confused and panicking. [i]Will they think I'm insane? But...maybe I am...seeing smoke...three times...insane!
She sighed deeply and urged herself to calm down. Her stomach was just beginning to settle when something struck her in the side. Or that's what it felt like. Intense waves of scarlet red fog swarmed through the walls, striking Mandy. She fell forward onto her knees and one hand, the other clutching her stomach, head hanging down. A voice suddenly called, “Help!”
Mandy let out a squeak as sudden pain shot through her arm. Like something was stabbing her. What's wrong with me!? She screamed inside her head. What's happening?!
There was another verbal cry for help, louder, near the door, and just as suddenly as Mandy had felt the pain, it was gone.
She had no clue what was happening. All Mandy knew was that someone outside the door was going through that. She didn't know why, or how she knew, but as she stumbled up she knew she had to help.
Mandy ran to the door and pulled it forcefully open. The first thing she noticed was the girl. The second was the blood.
OOC Notes

Rose watched as one of the girls pulled open the door. Rose had tears welling in her eyes as the pain got sharper. Why did I have to throw it at the mirror? she scolded herself. Her legs carried her a few more steps and then something extremely strange happened. She had wanted to get to the girl fast. She suddenly felt lighter. No not mentally like the mood got lighter. No, her physical body was less heavy. Her legs where rising into the air. She could feel it. It may have only been a coupe of centimeters from the ground but to was enough of scare her into another scream. Her body recoiled and she landed on her butt. Her injured arm flung into the air and landed limp on her already bloody lap. She cursed into the air taking all the invisible knife of pain stabbing at her arm. The large piece of mirror had flew off into the wall leaving a light bloody stain on it. What on Earth just happened?!
OOC Notes

"Omigod, are you okay?" Aria said, as a shard of glass flew into the wall, "what just happened?" She was so shocked, and lost. She ran up to the girl, she was so covered in blood, that Aria almost fainted, but she kept her cool.
"Let's find something to get the rest of the glass out of you, and then we can clean and bandage up your wound. Okay?" She tried to help the girl up, "by the way, my name's Aria."
OOC Notes
After a few moments of gathering himself together again Kiba had finally felt like he was normal again. That's when he realized that a girl had been screaming, and it also made him realize that most of the people outside had gone inside probably to find out what was wrong. I don't know what help I can be. But I should go with the others I think... Kiba may not seem like he wanted contact with the others, but he secretly did. AS he entered the room he saw what exactly had happened a girl had injured her arm it looked like it was from a broken mirror and then the blood. There was blood everywhere and it wasn't a comforting sight, especially because of what had happened recently in his life.
Fortunately it seemed like the other people had everything under control here. So Kiba just kind of stood off to the side of the room watching the others. He really wanted to help if it was possible but he just didn't know exactly what to do. "Are...are you guys okay?" Kiba questioned the group. IT was only the second time Kiba had spoken so far and again it was mildly quiet since he was still kind of hidden inside his shell of shyness.
OOC Notes

Wow..That's probably the longest sentence I've ever said. Mandy thought in surprise as she jogged off down the hall. Even to my dad... She immediately winced and cursed herself for thinking of him. Willing herself not to think of the man who had raised her, Mandy began opening doors in the long hallway. mostly it was just bedrooms, completely clean and empty. She finally came across a bathroom towards the middle of the hall and ran in. There was a medical cabinet above the sink, but it only contained a small pair of splinter tweezers, some lotion, and an almost empty roll of gauze. Mandy gathered up the tweezers and gauze and set it on the counter. Then, getting on her knees, she pried open the cabinet under the sink. It was sticky as if it hadn't been opened in awhile. There were just the pipes and two bottles. One was a Windex spray bottle and the other was hydrogen peroxide. I don't think you're supposed to use Hydrogen Peroxide on deep wounds... Mandy thought, wondering if she should take it. But...It's better then nothing.
Finding nothing else useful in the bathroom, Mandy grabbed the towel from the counter, the Hydrogen Peroxide and the tweezers and gauze. Hugging it against her chest she set off back down the hall.
OOC Notes
Rose was still freaking out from the lifting of her body. The girl who was helping her managed to keep calm. Her name was Aria she said. "My name's Rose. I threw a glass case into the mirror and the splinters landed on my arm. It hurts really bad." She was trying to stay calm but the red blood surrounding her body was a hard thing to over look. Rose managed to stand on wobbily legs with Aria's help. The boy stood still by the door. Rose watched him as he said something to Aria. Rose looked down at her arm. Tears sprung to her eyes. I deserve to die!, she screamed in her mind. She wanted to yell it to the world but it came out in an agonized whimper.
(sorry its so short)
OOC Notes

She found the kitchen easily, and ordered Rose to lay down on the kitchen table, while she put down a pillow from the connected living room for her neck. "Stay calm."
OOC Notes
Kiba just nodded as Aria ordered him to stay put and wait for the other girl Mandy to return with the medical supplies. That's when it struck him he hadn't even told anyone his name yet. It felt odd because he didn't even know these people but he felt more at home with them than he had with...well with anyone in his life ever. "This place is so strange." Kiba muttered to himself he still didn't understand everything that had happened but he almost felt like he didn't need to understand it if he got to stay here.
Alright! Kiba thought to himself. He had decided that he was going to do his best to help the injured girl and whoever else needed his help here. He didn't know exactly what he could do to help but that wouldn't stop him from trying. He was bound to be useful somehow and for right now he was being useful by waiting for Mandy.
OOC Notes

“Hey...er, guy?” Mandy called over awkwardly, not exactly sure what to call him. Other then the partial sentences she had heard him say to Aria, he hadn't spoken at all. “Two questions. One, where'd they go? And two, whats your name?”
Mandy looked at him expectantly and adjusted her grip on the bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide.
She realized suddenly that she had composed a sentence at a perfect stranger. It was strange enough that she was even talking to Aria, but now, to a boy whose name she didn't even know....When she had said maybe seven words since her ninth birthday... It was to strange. Even now this guy felt like someone she knew before everything happened....
Mandy shuddered slightly as she noticed that she was acting exactly how she had before her mother.....had gotten sick.
Sick. What a funny way to put it. Mandy thought bitterly. More like gotten addicted to drugs and become a drunken whore who wondered the streets at night and came home drunk of her rocker. More like, become violent and demanding and...and...
Mandy mentally slapped herself, glad that her neutral expression was still holding. She wanted to break something, scream to the heavens,...Kill some body...
Mandy actually gasped quietly. Had she really just thought that? What's wrong with me? I already...killed my father...
It was strange to admit, but Mandy knew it was true. She knew she had done something. She just wasn't sure what.
Snapping out of her mental breakdown, Mandy took a deep breath and glanced down at the gauze. It was now balled tightly in her fist. 'oops.'
Mandy then looked back up and tried to concentrate on the boy. Hopefully he hadn't answered her questions while she was off in 'hate-my-life' mode
OOC Notes
Rose managed to obey Aria and stay calm. She focused on keeping her breathing at a normal rate and the white of the ceiling. She felt awkward laying down on a table. It made her almost think of surgery or even dissection. She involuntarily shuddered at the thought. Her short black hair covered her eyes a bit remembering that she was supposed to get her bangs cut. Using her uninjuried hand, Rose pushed away the long strands of hair. I'm going to have to cut them, she thought with a frown, Or maybe not...
Her dark eyes watched the ceiling with boredum. She hoped the other girl, who's name seemed to be Mandy, would get here soon. Her arm wasn't going to heal itself.
Breath in.
Breath out.
And repeat.
Rose commanded herself quietly. "Aria," she said in a hushed whisper which came to a surprise to her. "Where are we?" she asked putting more force into her voice.
OOC Notes
Kiba looked up slightly surprised as the girl, Mandy he believed her name was walked back into the room. She then asked him quickly “Two questions. One, where'd they go? And two, what’s your name?” Kiba was about to answer her and then it seemed like she zoned out and went to space. When the girl seemed to come back down to earth Kiba took it as his time to answer her questions.
"Well my name is Kiba and the other two left going for the kitchen." Kiba said to his new friend Mandy. "You can follow me I think I know where it is." Kiba added as he walked over to Mandy and gently took her hand in his and then proceeded to lead her towards the Kitchen. At first Kiba hadn't really realized what Mandy might have thought when he took her hand. This caused Kiba to quickly let go of her hand and just continue on their way to the kitchen.
"Were here." Kiba said to everyone as they entered the kitchen.
OOC Notes
Aria looked at Rose and frowned, "I..I don't know." She bit her lip, she hated not knowing things.
Just then, the boy and Mandy came into the room. "Thank goodness, here, Mandy, fix up Rose while I go and clean the blood and glass from her room."
Aria quickly rushed off to get some cleaning supplies and get started. This was going to be messy.
OOC Notes

When they reached the kitchen, Mandy was greeted with the injured girl lying on the kitchen table. She was obviously focusing on her breathing, each forced. In, out, in, out.
”We're here.” Kiba announced. Aria, who was looking a bit flustered and biting her lip next to the girl, looked up in relief.
"Thank goodness, here, Mandy, fix up Rose while I go and clean the blood and glass from her room."
“What?” Mandy asked, surprised. Aria just rushed out of the room. “Okay...”
Mandy walked over to the girl, called Rose, and set the tweezers, gauze and Hydrogen Peroxide on the cabinet across from the table.
“Hi Rose, I'm Mandy. I'm going try and fix you up as best I can, okay? I had to clean up my brother a couple times, so I can't mess things up too bad...” Mandy said to Rose as she examined in gash in her arm. It was fairly deep, not to mention all the little glass splinters stuck in the skin around it. Mandy figured she best take care of the splinters first, as she actually knew how to treat them. Her brother, Alden, had ran through a glass door once...
“Um...Okay, all I have are little tweezers, but I'll try my best...” Mandy grabbed a towel from by the sink and wet it. She then added some Hydrogen Peroxide. Setting it next the Rose, Mandy readied the tweezers, recognizing how poor they were for the job.
“This will probably hurt okay? Just...um, keep breathing?” She held Rose's arm down with one hand and with the other carefully grabbed one of the small shards. She pulled it straight out quickly then dropped the tweezers to press the paper towel with the water and Hydrogen Peroxide on it over the wound. She repeated it on some of the other shards, wincing as she felt Rose's pain.
“Kiba...Maybe you could hold her arm down for me...”
Mandy suggested, having trouble using one hand.
