History: Like darkness and light, Shade has always been around. How he came to be or even came to in to power, is all legend; a story told amongst criminals and crooks. Anyone with a name worth mentioning can tell you a thing or two about Shade. Some old school gangsters can even share a war story about the Mogul of Villainy. However since Shade has become crime lord of Burden City, nobody has seen him since; in person that is. Now he only speaks to his generals via video. Many speculate that father time has gotten a hold of the Godfather of Murder and that he resides in mansion barking out orders to his elite guard. Others say he is busy building a vast criminal empire that spans the across the world. As of late the King of Crooks has just appointed two new Hands, to fill the positions of his former ones who now reside in the upper room. Nobody knows who they are yet, but their identity will be revealed soon...
