Background:Not much is known about this Warrior Chief's past before he enlisted in the Alchemist Army, but ever since becoming an alchemist, records show small appearances around the world that are as fleeting as a western wind. He has grown notoriety for this anonymity and has since been promoted to the rank of Warrior Chief. It is said that he has destroyed as many as 500 homnuculi.

• Form of Buso RenkinThe form of Auster's Buso Renkin is a pair of kusarigama, a weapon legendary for its difficulty to wield and unique nature. As an extra effect, when the Quicksilver Zephyr is activated, it creates an extra layer of clothing around the Warrior Chief to protect his identity.
• Special Attribute: The Quicksilver Zephyr has the effect of its chains lengthening and shortening by stretching the links that make up its length. The chains of the weapon move based off of Auster's will alone, but their speed is greatly increased if he uses his own body's momentum to propel the weighted ends forward. This Buso Renkin does not have much attack power on its own, but is excellent for quick dispatching of enemies because of its immobilization capabilities, as well as the combos that can be developed to increase its destructive power.
