Personality
Rebecca definitely has strong personality for she's pretty opnionated and outgoing. While out in public, she acts like the perfect noble vampire: elegant, confident, and polite. In reality she wears multiple masks in order to get what she wants, and that is ultimately to eliminate Elizabeth. One would never think that she hates the vampire queen with a passion. In fact, when around Elizabeth, she acts like they are best friends for she doesn't want to give the vampiress any hints of what she is planning. Rebecca has known Elizabeth longer than Aiden and holds alot of regret inside of her for not being able to save Aiden's true love. She is very protective of Aiden and actually once stopped him from committing suicide once. Rebecca really wants him to be happy, even though in public she keeps her distance from him for she doesn't want anyone to know they are planning to overthrow Elizabeth. This vampiress is pretty crafty and has ways of finding out things she wants. So she can be pretty persuasive, but is careful with how she says things.
Despite all the things Rebecca does, in private she allows herself to be herself for she only shows her true feelings to her personal bodyguard, who was been with her since she was turned and was the protogee of her sire's own bodyguard. He is the only one Rebecca trusts. She honestly hates having to put up fronts in public and around anyone else, but knows she must in order for her plans to go smoothly. In order to keep her sanity, she often paints and writes in her personal diary. She actually started her diary as a child and when the technology became available, she typed it on a computer. The electronic diary is actually hidden in a secret place where only she and her bodyguard know. Should anything happen to her, she plans on leaving a message for Aiden on where to find it for she eventually wants him to know the truth, that she's his aunt.
One thing Rebecca is good at is her interest in the arts and is very creative herself and she loves painting. She's really not afraid to get dirty and act like a man. She's well trained in fighting techniques and stealth. She's can be very intimidating when angered, which is actually rare for she knows that to get angry would mean for her to lose control of her abilities. This noble vampiress is also very good around children. She sometimes wishes she was human just so she could have one, and she will never turn a child into a vampire either. Rebecca has nothing against humans, but doesn't trust them either and worries that Elizabeth will start a war with them.
Brief Description
Rebecca is not very tall. In fact, she's only 5'3", but don't underestimate her for she's stronger than she looks. She has the perfect hourglass figure though and enjoys wearing clothes that accentuate her curves. She has long blonde hair and is a bit vain about it for she considers it her best physical feature. Her eyes are hazel and like all vampires, she has creamy pale skin without any imperfections on it. She likes wearing different clothing depending on the occasion.
Skill(s)/Abilities
Rebecca does have natural healing abilities, but they are pretty basic. She is however, very skilled when it comes to fighting techniques like swordplay, shooting, and hand-to-hand combat. She's very good at putting on different facades and is very smart. She's also a wonderful painter and has made a living out of doing it. One of her few magic skills, is the ability to blend into the shadows and is telepathic. This comes in handy when she does steath work and is very good at it.
Likes
Painting- Rebecca was always creative, even when she was a human. She now sells her work.
Traveling- Even as a human Rebecca longed to see the world and after becoming a vampire, she found the means to do so and whenever she needs a break, Rebecca still travels someplace to relax for a few days.
Chocolate- She developed this craving when she visited Spain once and now is what you call a chocoholic. In fact, she uses it as a stress reliever.
Kids- Even though she doesn't have her own, Rebecca loves kids. She once thought of adopting one, but knew she couldn't bear it when if and when her child would die.
Drake- In order to find out information on Elizabeth, Rebecca once got into a relationship with her bodyguard, but when she started to fall for him, she terminated the relationship because she knew she would hurt Drake in the end and it actually nearly killed her to break things off. She still harbors feelings for him and tries her best to avoid him actually.
Her privacy- Despite being a social vampire, Rebecca cherishes her alone time for it's the only time she is herself and she hates it when that privacy is interrupted.
Dislikes
Elizabeth- More than anything she hates Elizabeth and for several reasons. For one thing, Rebecca believes Elizabeth was behind the death of her sire, who was also Rebecca's first love too. Elizabeth doesn't know this. She also hates Elizabeth for what she did to Aiden and Emilia.
Elizabeth's Supporters- She really thinks that they're either too blinded by their loyalty or too ignorant to notice how unfit of a ruler she is.
Her charade- She really doesn't like having to put up a front in public and wishes she could be herself.
Aiden's suffering- Rebecca really tries her best to keep Aiden safe and hates seeing him so sad, even when it's oblivious to others.
Being told what to do- Rebecca is her own person and hates being ordered. The only one who actually does this is her bodyguard, and that is usually for her own safety.
Children suffering- Rebecca hates seeing children suffer, so she actually opened up an orphanage in order to help the ones in her city.
Fears
Losing anymore loved ones- This includes Aiden and her bodyguard for they're really the only family she has left. To some extent, this also includes Drake since she harbors feelings for him still.
Elizabeth finding out her plans- Rebecca knows what Elizabeth is capable of and is somewhat afraid of that, but she'll never admit it.
Rejection- She has experianced this before in her life and fears being rejected again, especially from Aiden.
Letting her supporters down- She knows that her own followers depend on her and she fears failing them after all the work she's done.
The Sun- Like all vampires she fears the sun for she knows it can cause her death.
What do they wish for most?
To see Elizabeth dethrone (and hopefully eliminated) and for Aiden to rule.
History
Rebecca is actually the sister of Aiden's descendent. She was born during the Byzantine empire in the late 900's. She was always a willfull child and deemed she could do whatever she wanted for she hated being inside and acting like an 'average lady'. Her parents tried to tame her spirit, but she just wouldn't let them. She was arranged to be married when she was 18 to someone in the Navernus family, but she refused. This caused her to be disowned and she was ordered to join a nunnery to be a 'Bride of Christ'. Instead, she ran away and discovered how harsh the world really was. Fortunately for Rebecca, she was taken pity on by what appeared to be a young man of great wealth and was taken into his household where she became a servant. It was here she learned the value of 'playing a role' and actually fell for her new master. She never breathed a word to him about her feelings though for she fears his rejection of her. Actually he had fallen for her too and actually confesses to her before revealing he was a vampire. He turns her into a vampire when she's 20 and she becomes his consort. They were planning to get married, but one day all that changes when her lover is killed as well as his bodyguard. He leaves his fortune to Rebecca and she decides to travel in order to ease her pain. It is during these travels she learns much of her skills and learns who was responsible for killing her sire. During her travels she keeps tabs on her siblings' descendents and in time hears about Aiden's upcoming marriage. One of the things she regrets is having ties cut with her siblings for they were close and made a promise to always watch over her family, especially if they came into contact with Elizabeth. Unfortunately, they did. She had plan on attending the Aiden's wedding so if anything happened, she would be able to do something. So from a distance, she viewed the ceremony. When Elizabeth appeared, Rebecca would have attacked her, but her bodyguard had to literally subdue her. It was then she decided she would do her best to overthrow Elizabeth. As time goes by she starts to develope a relionship with Aiden and hopes after Elizabeth is out of the picture, he will become the ruler of their kind for she has no desire to rule herself. Also, in order to protect her identity, she changed her name numerous times over the centuries. So Rebecca Hennessey is not her real name. In fact, she has a hard time recalling it for it was such a long time ago.
