Introduction

Century City has become the center for one of the bloodiest gang wars it has seen in its entire existence. Two multi-racial gangs have been causing conflict or "beefing" with one-another for some time now and the violence and bloodshed has only increased since. Gang numbers have skyrocketed in the last couple years and funding and manpower in the CCPD (Century City Police Dept.) have done the same in order to combat this growing threat. Citizens within the city have now become accustomed to almost block-by-block security check-points on major roads and increased patrol on the streets. Needless to say the number of inmates exploded as well, and Century City can boast that it has the Country's highest inmate population.
