Introduction
Splicers are humans infused with the genes of non-humans. They think like humans but have the power and skills of the race who's genes are spliced with their own. The only problem, the process is unstable. Those who undergo the spicing lose their minds and turn into bloodthirsty creatures that resemble nothing of the human they once were.
The splicers follow instinct, and with their strength and abilities this is a huge threat to the population of humans and non-humans alike. This is why the Hunters were created. Hunters go through strict training to deal with the splicers. They learn to capture them and how to kill them. Their main purpose is to capture for study of a cure, only the most dangerous are killed on site.
A strain of ultraviolent splicers has broken out. It is unknown whether the creatures are evolving or if somebody, somewhere, is creating them for some sort of gain. Whatever the cause, the Hunters have their work cut out for them.

"Mr. Jackson has an assignment for you, Ms. Wolke." the woman with a headset behind the desk said upon seeing her. Emily nodded before enter the elevator and heading to the top floor.

"Ms. Wolke." He said, nodding Emily to ease. She did slightly but kept her seriousness.
"Sir." She acknowledged him back. He smiled before speaking authoritatively.
"We have a Splicer, I think the wolf breed, in the isolation chamber for her monthly stay. I fear she is on the brink of the change. Release her, then kill her. Killing here just scares everyone and teaches the Splicers not to trust us. Go now." He said seriously before nodding Emily out of the room.
"Of course, sir." Emily replied quietly before entering the elevator and heading to the basement. She approached the cell where the Splicer, Lynn, was staying.
"It's time for your release." Emily said, in a professional tone.

He had been staking out buildings in the city for the last month, but they all turned out to be false leads. The reasoning behind this was to find out where splicers might be and if any where being held there. He also was tired of waiting and needed to do something.
"This one might be the one," he mumbled to himself.
Ten minutes after the woman entered the building he walked through the door.
OOC Notes
"Do you have an appointment?" She asked him.
Troy ignored her and started walking towards the stairs at the end of the room.
"You need a pass to go there!" She says, her voice rising.
Troy turns around and says, "I don't need a pass." He then goes through the door.

"Where you live about?"
She asked, not looking back to the splicer. The girl was small, thin, and seemed weak. This would be easier than she expected. She probably wouldn't even be able to fight back. Emily seemed a little disappointed she was't assigned much of a challenge, but at least she was personally requested. She was extremely good at her job.

Emily replied, feigning interest. She just wanted to get this over with. She was focused on her task, not faces, names, or stories. This was who she was, and it made her good at her job. They left the underground level by elevator and walked out of the building. Then they walked towards the apartments that were much like Emily's building.

"Well, here we are. Will you be needed any other assistance?"
She said in a soft and sweet voice, smiling at the Splicer.

Troy needed a plan and he needed one before that woman at the front called law enforcement. Troy figured his best bet for finding a splicer was to follow the woman who always came in on the dot each day.
Running past the woman at the front desk and out of the building, Troy looked around. Luckily he spotted the woman just as she turned the corner. He noticed she was leading someone.
Walking quickly, Troy managed to get ten feet behind the woman and grimaced. There was a strange smell from the girl the woman was leading. Sudden realization hit him and almost stopped him cold. The smell was wolf, yet not entirely. It was strained, almost fully wolf, yet he knew it wasn't and that the girl in front of him was a splicer.
Sudden adrenaline hit him and he started to run towards the two in front of him, drawing his blade at the same time.

"We're on the same team, remember? and this one is mine."
She whispered bitterly at him, staring at him with aggressive eyes.
OOC Notes
Pulling away, he says, "What makes you think we're on the same team?"
From his back pocket, he slowly slips out a dagger quietly.
OOC Notes
Emily shot back at him, feeling the small movement.
OOC Notes
He said, shifting his weight onto his back foot.
"Besides, I'm practically doing your job, aren't I?"
At this Troy grins again.
OOC Notes
Emily replied, exasperated, but still aggressive.
OOC Notes
Troy said, backing up and starting to walk away.
OOC Notes
He was now just entering the city, As he read a sign saying "Iron City, No Splicers Allowed." But, it didn't bother him, because he know that they allowed him here as long as he didn't live in the city. But, what they didn't know was that he had an apartment next to another Splicers named Lynn.
He went behind a building so that no one saw him change into a human. He brushed his hair with his hand making it look normal. "Ahh, Much better." Content he walked two blocks from where he changed to his job at Microsoft Help Store. He walked to the back of the store where a door was marked "Employees Only." He opened it and then closed it behind him as he walked over to the time punch in and punched in at exactly 7:00:00 a.m.
He went through another door that let to his office as Assist Manager. He sat in his chair and turned on both his Xbox 360 and Laptop. He then check his emails on both, answered the questions he had and started to play Modern Warfare 2. Every time a new question came in or a new project was to be done he would stop playing and finish it as fast and as efficient possibly, then would go back to playing, this is how he had become Assist Manager.
