She is a: Healer Conduit. Deene hasn't long discovered that she had the ability to heal and is still learning some of the basic things she needs to know. Due to her calm nature, she seems to be quite a natural healer and is progressing quickly. The young girl almost has full control over her ability however, though it does weaken her more quickly than those who have been training longer. Deene throws her all into her training and wants to be the best Healer that she possibly can for her Tribe. She is extremely proud of what she is and can often be found trying to practise on those with minor injuries.


Personality: Deene has never considered herself a warrior and that is because she isn't. She is quiet and thoughtful, rather than brash and violent. She could slip away unseen, as gracefully as any cat, but she could not deliver a killing blow with only one hand. Often she will be found sitting alone, deep in thought, in a world completely of her own. But whilst in this world of her own, she comes up with some intelligent ideas and plans for the Tribe. Deene is also observant and sees things that perhaps the others don't always see. She is a clever young woman, who keeps herself to herself, preferring not to find herself in the middle of a conflict. But she does have a heart of gold and a rather calming influence amongst her sisters. She's a peaceful woman, who will try and resolve problems. If she can offer assistance, then she will gladly do so for she thinks the world of her family around her and would do anything she possibly could for them. But, there is a determination and anger about this young woman when it comes to the likes of Men. Whilst she is a calm, gentle person, she would do all that she could to prevent the Men from invading them and destroying everything.

Description: Deene is a slender woman, with curves in all the right places. Although her body is toned, her muscles are not obvious and her arms and legs are fairly strong. She is lithe and graceful and stands at 5'6". Her eyes are a brilliant emerald green, flecked with gold which shimmer and sparkle in certain lights, they are framed by extremely thick black eyelashes which only make them stand out more. Her lips are a pale pink in colour, similar to flush of her cheeks. Her skin is quite tanned and smooth apart from the scar across her stomach from when she was a child. She's not quite sure how it came to be and in time she hopes to be able to get rid of it with her healing powers. Dark brown, almost black, curly hair frames her face, though it can sometimes be found pulled back into a tight plait so that it is out of the way. Often she can be found in a short light blue tunic and trousers, preferring to be able to move in her clothes.

Likes, Dislikes and personal fears: Deene has only one real fear and that is that Men will come and destroy her sisters. She lives for her family and it would tear her apart to see them killed or taken as slaves by the Men. She has seen what they can do and she does not wish for it to happen to them.
A personal like of Dene is the ability to ride. She adores horses and finds them gentle, careful creatures with a mind of their own. They fascinate her and she loves the feel of the wind in her hair as she rides upon their backs. She also loves the feel of rain upon her skin.
However, she dislikes snakes. Deene does not see the point in slithering creatures and would rather avoid them where possible.

Thoughts on men: Deene fears and despises men. When she was a child, she saw men from afar, treating their slaves with brutality and cruelty. It is her fear that this too will happen to her sisters.
