Introduction
Welcome to Planet Earth. I assume you know it well.
The world we live in provides the stage for all sorts of action-adventure stories, tales of cops and robbers, spy versus spy and all sorts of intriguing, exciting and dynamic adventures. The D20 system allows you to become part of these stories. It allows you to breath life into your favourite thriller or action movie. In this world, you can be the assassin who shoots a corrupt dictator from afar. You can be the group of FBI investogators who take down a drug cartel. The possibilities are endless.
I hope to assemble a group of players who can regularly enjoy this fantastic gaming system on a regular basis, both as players and GMs. I can provide all the things you need, from books to character sheets.
And now, what you should submit under the character tab.
I've seen some pen and paper RPs on here that use the character tab for individual characters, but as I intend to run a diverse range of campaigns, you will probably need more than one character. So, to avoid cluttering the tab with profiles, each player will create a "player profile"
You can name it with your gateway username, and then post links to digital copies of character sheets, to keep all the information in one place.

I figured if we did IM that's how it would be done but that requires us to all be online at once. So will we have a set time to get online or no?

Do you see the "chat" tab on Gateway? That is where it will be happening. /roll command for dice

Hey quick question is this going to be a p2p game type or a chat-based? I can't remember if we talked about this already but any sort of dice game would take an eternity to do on p2p (esp combat where each character must post in turn) so if there was a way we could do this over a IM chat connection I think that'd be better

Geared toward modern technology in general, with fantasy and sci fi combined ^^ You should check out the D20 future stuff too.

The system looks relitivly the same. You basically rip out the fantasy setting and replace it with the modern world. The combat system is optimised towards firearms
