Physical Characteristics: Owen is a lean, limber man with distinct Pakistani accents to his appearance. He cuts his curly black hair short and maintains a clean shaven face. His skin color is on the border between tan and olive, but his face has strong Middle Eastern accentuation with slightly prominent cheekbones reminiscent of a German. He was the son of a second-generation German immigrant and a Pakistani father.
Mental Characteristics: Owen tends to break rather than bend. He tries to control his panic during intense combat situations and usually fails. He doesn't, however, lock up during times of stress. Outside of combat, Owen is rather chatty and emotional. He is capable of holding people's attention and leading through his slick words. He has his lows and his highs. He is bilingual, knowing English and Spanish, and he understands basic Arabic.
Advantages: Owen, being a Heavy Weapon's Specialist, is familiar with a wide range of equipment and how to use it. He also knows how to take out vehicles, aircraft, and anything that's big and that moves.
Disabilities: His Close Quarters Combat skills are atrocious. Owen is naturally a lightweight and easily bruised.

Military Background: Owen was active as a Marine for two tours of duty. He served in Afghanistan for two years and Japan for four. During that time he advanced to Specialist and stayed there.

Civilian Background: Owen joined the United States Marine Corps immediately after he left high school. He was stupid then.

Job History: He had typical high school jobs. After leaving the marines, he served a short stint with Xe (formerly Blackwater) before leaving on ethical grounds. Now he works for LMO.

LMO Assignment History: Owen has seen two combat situations during his time with LMO. His first experience in Sudan, where he took out a heavily armored technical with a LAW. The second time was in Mexico, where LMO had been hired to help crush a militant coup. He destroyed two tanks with two Javelin missiles.
