It was just an old folk tale. Or at least that's what everyone thought...

Hundreds of years ago, a powerful sorcerer by the name of Kageyoshi lived.
He was known across the lands for his unparalleled power and skill in the magic arts.
Though no one truly knew how he came across his power.
Many believed he was born with it.
Some thought he was blessed by the gods.
But this was far from the truth.

Early in his life, he had made a pact with a demon.
He gave his soul away for great skill in magical arts.
The demon took the deal and turned Kageyoshi into the most powerful sorcerer ever to live.
Though his life was short lived.

Two decades later, the demon returned, claiming what was rightfully his.
Kageyoshi refused and fought the demon with his powers, though it proved useless.
The demon was unaffected by the magic.
He reached deep inside Kageyoshi and ripped his soul from him.
As punishment for his attempt to break the deal, he sealed Kageyoshi inside a small gem.
The demon hid the gem somewhere, leaving Kageyoshi to forever be imprisoned until someone found him.

Though while sealing Kageyoshi inside the gem, he also sealed some of his own magic by mistake.
Now whoever finds the gem and releases Kageyoshi may be granted a single wish.
Samurai, Ninja, Sorcerers, and Warriors from all across Japan set out in search of this magic gem.
The Dawn of Dreams.

What role will you play in this adventure? Will you be a honorable Samurai in search for the gem? Or perhaps you are one of the gem's protectors. Perhaps you're someone who just managed to get caught up in all of this madness. Whoever you may be, the choice is up to you...

No auto-hitting. The player will decide if their character is hit.
No auto-dodging. Even if it is text, sometime some things are undodge-able.

Character Rules
Please include name, age, height, weight, gender, nationality, appearance, role (Stuff like samurai, ninja, assassin, ect), a brief description of their personality, and a small list of the equipment they are carrying. You may add other things you feel necessary that I may have left out.
