Six teenagers are born on Wednesday the 16th of November, 1994.
All six meet through the internet, and soon come together in the flesh - remarkably, all live within no more than an hour's bus journey of one another.
All six are suffering through something that, through each other's encouragement, they decide is too much to bear.
They decide life is not worth living.
One girl silently appoints herself as leader, subtly twisting their little group of depressed friends into something far more sinister -
A suicide pact.
Today is the 16th of October, 1010.
On Friday the 16th of November, 2010, they turn sixteen.
At 0:00hours that day, they will all die.
Characters.
- Ruby (the "leader") - Female - in the pact because her parents drove their car into a river. Played by: Hena.
- Sydney - Female - in the pact because her brother torments her. Played by: SilentShivers.
- Elena - Female - in the pact because she's pregnant with her father's child. Played by: LovelyRose.
- Jeremy - Male - in the pact because - according to himself and the kids at school - he's fat and ugly, and that doesn't seem to be changing. Played by: quen.
- Christian - Male - in the pact because he just can't stop being sad. Played by: Calamity.
- Robbie - Male - in the pact because he killed his best friend in an accident. Played by: ifihavewingstofly.
Other than what's listed above - and the ages, obviously - you have free reign over the character you choose. Have fun...

He would be about 19 going on 20 so he is doing classes at college but he works in high schools and middle schools for a Christian organization called To Write Love on her arms. Which is a real organization which helps with teen depression and suicide.

Well, one idea was that maybe one or two of the kids themselves would try to back out of the pact and therefore fill the role you're suggesting - in a way. However, what sort of "guy" exactly were you thinking? Perhaps you could give me a little more detail, so I have a better idea of what you're getting at...? Would this guy be their age, for example, or an adult?

Any chance you can open up the rp for a guy that wants to help the kids, as in not kill themselves? Wants to protect them? got to have an antagonist to a story...and antagonists usually prevent the characters from reaching their goals.

Hello to everyone!
Thanks alot for your interest!
All the slots have now been filled, and we're just waiting for a few people to post character sheets. I'm very sorry to the people who didn't get the character they wanted but, as Hera mentioned, I have been running this on a first-come-first-served basis, and I already recieved a whole load of PMs asking for characters. However if it turns out that the character sheets I haven't recieved yet are... unsatisfactory, the character may open up, so keep an eye out?~
To answer Mitzymoo6 and TwiliXDragon's question - the storyline is going to be very open. I had an idea that perhaps one or two characters could want to back out of the pact, causing disruption etc. etc.. Once all the characters have been confirmed I was thinking we could discuss a storyline briefly on the OOC board, if everyone is up for that? Or just launch in and see where it goes, whichever. I was intending to begin the roleplay with the characters meeting up or perhaps having a group internet chat/skype-ish session, that sort of thing.

I actually have the same question. This seems very interesting, but do all we do is die? will one try to stop them? Can we do that?
