((I believe the pack leader is 'Deathly' but Jaira never made a character for her. And, if 're chatting OOC like this, we should use parenthesis, so it makes it easier for us to distinguish OOC from IC. Sound good? By the way, if anyone would like to take up the pack leader, just say so, because at the moment we don't have one. I'll make the beginning post, shall I?))

Avalon's ears pricked forward ever so slightly. Her nose picked up around fifteen scents here, all of them easily identified. A sweet breeze would be coming from the mint patches around the northeastern border, with a cold wind intersecting that from the lake. But Avalon wasn't looking for mint nor water, she wanted prey. Something to feed the various members of her pack. She stepped forward slowly, her paws avoiding twigs and dry leaves. And then she spotted it; rabbit. It was staring at her. It's eyes were white with terror. They looked at one another for a minute.. both completely motionless. Then the rabbit took off at speeds that Avalon wouldn't challenge. But she took on after it anyway, hoping that it's burrow wasn't nearby.
With a gigantic leap, her front paws landed on the rabbit's back. Before the hare had knew what happened, it's spine was snapped and it was dangling limply from Avalon's jaws. Satisfied, she turned around and trotted to where the camp had been set up. Basically it was just a circle of dens. She entered camp, her head held high. The rabbit was plump and heavy.
"Rabbit, anyone?"

Marcus sat in the corner of one of the dens. His nose picked up the smell of fresh rabbit. He suddenly perked up, crawling out the den. He was excited to see Avalon after so many hours. He was a simple minded wolf, always looking for the positive of every situation. "Finally, food!" He shouted, letting his hunger get the better of him.

Roxy looked at Avalon as she entered the camp."I'm going hunting for myself" Roxy announced to everybody but mainly Avalon. She trotted out of the camp to search for the hiding prey. "I should be the one hunting I am the hunter." Roxy was upset about not being able to hunt for the group. She saw a large bird of some sort, and she went after it. She was as quick as a hiccup when she ran full force. She surprised the bird when she grabbed its neck. It wasn't much but she wouldn't have to share which made the little bit of meat on it much much more.
She was quite on the was back in to camp tring not to get noticed. Roxy knew that if some one was still hungry and didn't charish their life they might challenge her for nice bit o' meat she brought back. Roxy hated to kill her comrades but she couldn't stand being challenged.

Koganei was laying away from the rest of the pack a little outside of the camp but still the whole camp was within his sight. He preferred not to take food until everyone else had aqlready gotten their share and if none was left he might go hunting himself or just not eat and skip the meal.

I wouldn't mind being the pack leader as when I joined I was hoping to have this character as a love interest for Deathly

Avalon flicked her ears in amusement as Marcus padded forward. "It's a good one, too." She offered. She let the rabbit sink to the ground, then hesitated. She was planning on eating it..
"Shall I go out again? I can catch something else for me. You can have the rabbit if you like." Her front paws crossed slightly. Then she adressed Roxy as she began to exit the camp, "Sounds great. Be careful."
Even though she was a bit young, she took care of most of the wolves here. She turned, her nose picked up the scent of Koganei. As usual, he was away from the rest of the group, but always in sight of the pack.
"Hey," she said softly, "would you like something to eat? I was about to go hunting again.." her paws ached and her limbs were sore, but it was always nice to be out in the forest... right? Her sleeping time was stretched thin with the hunting, guarding, and training she did. But it was all for the good of the pack. And that was what was important..

"No you don't have to Avalon." Marcus said
He wasn't used to being alone. He was the youngest and smallest of the pack and was still getting used to going out on his own. "I mean, not without me first. " he was incredibly shy around Avalon and was glad he was in wolf form, for he was blushing like mad. He shifted from paw to paw, avoiding her gaze.

(Am I the only one that can change into human form. Also Marcus has a crush on Avalon)

Avalon would've smiled if she could. She returned to Marcus.
"Well, I think neither of us wants to go out hunting. So we'll share.."
She said this decidedly as she sat down across from him. His eyes were at the ground. "Something wrong?" She asked casually as she nibbled on the rabbit's back, where she had cleanly broken the spine. "Go ahead and sit down, you're making me nervous," ane let out a bark of laughter.

"Um...nothing. Why do you ask?" Marcus stuttered. He nibbled on one of the rabbit's legs. He tried to leave as much as he could for Avalon, seeing as she was the one that made the kill. He focused on the leg as if it was the only thing there. Keep cool, maybe she won't ask any thing personal he thought to himself.

Avalon gave Marcus a nonchalant shrug. "You just seem on-edge. Nervous," her words were innocent but she was thinking about it. Ah, well, it's not your business.. she noticed he didn't seem to be eating much. Neither of them were.. she reached over and took one of the front legs, knowing it's good because it takes time to gnaw the meat off the bone, and then pick out the rest of the edible stuff after. "You been out lately? I heard the training spot's been very nice lately. With spring and all, the undergrowth's blossomed." She made some small talk to wipe off the awkward moment previously. "And with that, we get all this good, fat prey." She laughed again.

Marcus's ears perked up at the thought of leaving camp. "Really?" He asked excitedly. A chance to leave the den was good enough news for him to want to bounce around in glee.
