Akira made her way to her school with a calm look on her face like always, she never really showed any emotions but when she did that was usually the best or worst of times to try and see her. Ayame floated close by her, with an apple that Akira had given her for something to eat for awhile Akira are you okay this morning? She asked looking at the young girl with a concerned looking in her eyes Yes I'm fine I just didn't get much sleep I was up writing some people's names down in the notebook She said back with a small yawn.

Motive, the reason that a person committed a crime in the first place. The original Kira punished criminals at first, the goal in mind was to make a childish dream of a crime free world by making people fear breaking the law. But then when Lind L Taylor was killed that Kira revealed that he wasn't just after the law breakers, anyone who stood against his ideas also must be purged. Maybe in his own sick way he saw them as the true evil, but regardless he was killing innocence according to the way god did things. After half a year Kira switched to taking out corrupt business men who didn't really commit crimes accept get in the way of the stocks of a group called Yatsuba. Iratori had already deciphered that whatever the weapon was that killed, it wasn't bound to one person. Someone within Yatsuba had to of been wielding it, but the reports were too broad and general with most of the pertinent physical evidence left out.

Later on Kira started punishing the same kinds of criminals except a lot more of them a day. Heart attack rates went up significantly during the time his parents were killed. Kira no longer targeted just police either, after all the members of Yatsuba died he was now taking out anyone who spoke out in public and didn't believe in his will. That's how corruption always started, small and in a narrow objective... but now it was out in the open. Soon though even those deaths came to a grinding halt, had Kira been defeated? It didn't seem likely but the inactivity spoke for itself. What was a boy to believe?

Well boy may of been a loose term, wearing the girls uniform for the same school Akira was progressing into, Miyuki headed up the walk way. One hand was on the bridge of his glasses pushing up on them. As always he ignored the cat calls from men, it was just something he had to get used to... wait, those weren't at him... The girl up ahead was their focus?... What? It wasn't like Miyuki was jealous or anything, he was rather glad actually. Passing as a girl was easy on the physical front, it was the psychological where his disguise took some obvious flaws. Still his mind should stay focused on Kira, the deaths were bad yesterday and the motive was too broad to trace. Criminals on the news or the internet, non of it was focused. This Kira was too smart to do anything that would break their normal routine. Still they all had weaknesses, their weapon may of been god like but their mind was still human which meant there were vulnerability's to exploit. Staying behind Akira while in thought, trying to break down the recent killings. They were always long shots, but he could call up the television companies that were broadcasting the criminals right before they died. The problem was Kira could control the time of death as well as the cause. One of Kira's weaknesses is he wanted the world to know he was the one killing so his deaths usually all fell under the same condition. It wasn't much, but against Kira Miyuki was going to take what he could get.
