Skills/Abilities:
Axel is the typical Speed user: he takes advantage of speed to outwit and overpower his foes where raw power and intelligence fails him. Despite that, he moves noticeably slower than other speed users, lagging behind in their raw shows of force. Herein lies his greatest trait: Acceleration.

Most speed-users base their swiftness around Velocity. Axel is unique in the fact that he capitalizes on Acceleration to compensate for this lack of innate swiftness. Making a turn will noticably increase his speed with consecutive turns certainly outplaying a fellow speed-user in terms of raw speed in short bursts of time. Most lethal about this is the fact that he can translate this raw speed into deadly concussive force, striking heavily by combining his top speed, momentum and gravity to deal crippling damage. Smashing his enemies with blinding speed, Axel delivers the coup de grace when it comes to speed battles.

Accel Turn: Compared to other speed users, Axel is much slower by a considerable margin. However, upon making a turn he gains a massive speed boost, making him almost twice as fast as a Speed user on top speed for a few seconds. Every speed boost gained by each consecutive turn boosts his speed to a maximum of Ten times his acceleration at the time. Stopping immediately or preforming an attack sets his speed to 0 and slows him down for a second after he finishes the attack, further slowing him down the faster he was prior to stopping.

0-Grav Trickster: Able to withstand intense speeds, Axel's body has been conditioned to endure intense punishment from High-speed impacts. Unphased by almost sonic-speeds, Axel gains reduced damage from attacks augmented by momentum or speed by 50% and cuts recoil by 25%.

Sonido Shield: Whenever Axel successfully preforms an Axel turn, the speed of his movement creates a Barrier just in front of him, deflecting certain projectiles. The faster Axel goes, the stronger the projectiles he can deflect. Alternatively, he can turn potential speed into additional force when preforming impact attacks. Only certain Grappling/Wrestling moves are affected.

Accel Smash: Upon making a turn, Axel capitalizes on the speed boost gained from Accel turn(s), crashing his Air Guitar at his foes in a wide cleave in front of him at close range. The attack deals damage based on how fast he was prior to making impact, translating speed into potential force.

Accel Impact: Gaining momentum, Axel jumps high into the air to add gravitational momentum along with his current speed as he descends from the sky, only to land causing an earth-shattering stomp that sunders the earth below him to leave only ruin and a wide crater. The attack doubles the damage down on enemies directly in the middle of the impact zone.

Accel Z-Smash: A classic spin on a classic ability, Axel strikes the enemy after which he sharply sidesteps to the side, ramming his enemy with full force once more. The quick movement preserves the speed he had accumulated before, striking quickly and truly.

Axel Suplex Surprise!: Mustering all he knows about Professional wrestling, the tireless Guitar Hero crusader refuses to believe it is all a ruse for entertainment and zig-zags alongside his target to confuse him. When sufficiently confused, Axel grapples his foe from behind, using the momentum from his speed to flip his foe directly above him, slamming the victim overhead and into the ground.

El Torro Fuerte!: Despite the rough translation he gave, no bungled translating website won't save his enemies from the deadly charge that is the Greatest Bullcharge (Or so he tried to translate it as). Charging directly towards the enemy, Axel crouches slightly, aiming for the enemy's legs. Then he charges at his enemy, flipping them over by ramming through and knocking them off the floor from the seemingly unstoppable charge.

Axel's Elbow of Justice: Every 'professional' wrestler needs a finishing move. The Piledriver was just too gruesome and hard for this Crusader of Justice, so he opted to use the Flying elbow instead. Jumping high into the sky, with a wild scream Axel lays down the law in a powerful elbow smash. The move has the same mechanics as Axel Impact, only the damage dealt also doubles if he used a vector (A ramp, a wall to jump from, crates, ect;) to jump high into the sky.

Bonk! Atomic Punch: Axel is no super-human; he too gets tired. So what does he do? He advertises a Power drink AND looks good while doing it to! Talk about killing two birds with one stone! Axel stops for about ten seconds, posing and talking in monologue about his power drink and all about the daily intake of Vitamin C in each drink. Surprisingly, the drink isn't all talk, because it gives Axel enough energy to do his more dangerous and daring abilities. Allows the use of one of the abilities Cresent Moontide Ripper, Tiderift Glade Slammer and Zetta Uber Speed per drink. If Axel is downed a short while after drinking Bonk! Atomic Punch, he can use the passive ability Rebel against the Pain! . User experiences an extreme lethargy soon after, slowing down Axel for a short amount of time.

Rebel against the Pain!: When you combine two good things, what do you get? That's right, something Awesome! So, when you put an already Resilient Body together with a sufficient Power source, Axel gains the ability to Rebel against that Pain! In this state, Axel cannot be incapacitated for up to two minutes, refusing to be a loser and sleep out in a coma. Though he is capable of taking in tremendous punishment, his ability to hold on the ground becomes...severely limited, almost as if he became as light as a feather. Sadly this grants him no speed increase, increasing the distance flown when knocked back, increasing the effects of numbness, paralysis, sleep and adverse effects. Completely exhausts Axel soon after, greatly slowing down Axel right after the Duration for a considerable amount of time.

Cresent Moontide Ripper: Axel, upon realizing his moment of glory, takes a few seconds to say something very inspiring (But short!) words to his invisible audience, prompting the stage to change theme music to this epic song. Then, he dashes forward and psyches the enemy with an immediate turn followed by an jaw-shattering uppercut, sending his foe to the air. With the power of Bonk! Atomic Punch within his veins, Axel preforms an impressive set of consecutive Accel Z-Smashes, equal to twice the amount of speed and turning all that into raw concussive force. For those who can't see themselves being thrashed by this attack, it looks alot like Ichigo's flashsteps when he's tearing apart an unimportant Story character in Bleach. Careful; it exhausts Axel to a degree that he would not be able to fight on for the rest of the battle. But it's not like any enemy can survive a thrashing that bad...right?

Zetta Uber Speed: One time, Axel was offended when a certain Math freak told him he was too 'Zetta slow'. Well he'll be glad to tell to that man that he is all but slow, especially when powered with energy equivalent to the power created by two Nuclear Power plants. Axel moves so fast that people swear they are seeing two of him (Sadly, there is no overall increase in speed). However, he strikes so hard and fast that his beat-up victims claim there were two Axels hitting them. After each successful Accel Turn he makes, a clone tailgates him closely, vanishing only after connecting with a successful strike or by being idle for more than a few seconds. Axel can only have a maximum of 3 clones for each strike. Axel must actually make contact with his foe, otherwise his clones miss. Axel can also command his clones to attack from any side, catching many well off guard when fighting a speed demon like Axel.

Tiderift Glade Slammer: Moved by a desire to fight for this world, Axel's heart burns with intensity, powered by a High-energy drink he spins around his enemy at dizzying speed beyond his limits. The rotating force creates a squall so powerful that it prevents his enemy from escaping especially after he had spun around the enemy for atleast a few seconds. Axel spins so fast that he blows his enemy in a raging tornado, only to stop and preform a running jumping cutter when the enemy is sufficiently high enough in the air, slamming with a great force that could reduce mountains to nothing more than a pile of dirt. Despite all this, Axel takes a portion of the damage dealt as recoil. But with a strike so brutally powerful, it's out of the question whether or not you would survive.

Weapon(s):
His Air Guitar isn't for all looks. This sleek, Ivory white model, complete with Fire side burn designs, is actually signed by the 18th best Guitar Player in this World! Who you ask? None other than Axel himself. Complete with an Autograph too! Well, other than the fact it's rigged with spikes all around and is durable enough to be swung like a mace, it'd be for the best if you stay away from it. Seriously, no one wants to be at the recieving end of a Speed Fiend who hits like a truck.

Personality:
He tends to try and steal people's spotlights. Flamboyant and a bit naive about the true nature of people, he sees the world in a basic 'Good Versus Evil' ultra Brawl where the Good Guys inevitably win. Right. Nonetheless, his beliefs drive him forward to the fight, undeterred by the words people say. Despite his black-and-white reasoning his formidable abilities and prowess as a rollerblader is nothing to laugh about. Taunt him about his ideology he will get mad. But he will still roll you out!

Bio:
Human kindness was something that Axel never understood, even from a young age. Scorned, hated and despised by many, the criminal once known as 'Daz Bonez' of the brutal AT crew "Bonez" was openly shocked when the victim's sister asked to repeal his death sentence even though he was convicted 0-19 for a Guilty Sentence. How it came to that? Well, no better than to look at the bloody history of the Bonez crew.

They didn't fight for Emblems, territory or glory, they fought for the sheer pleasure of causing suffering to others, denying them of the dream to fly or to even walk. Operating in a mafia-like manner, the Bonez crew intimidated the inhabitants of the Kawaguchi neighborhood, ensuring a thick atmosphere of fear and danger. Extorting 'protection' money from inhabitants, the lawless block of Kawaguchi was ripe for the picking to the Bonez crew. Insolence and defiance to their silent rule in the city sector rarely overseen by police. Those who trespassed paid dearly for it. AT technicians defeated by the Bonez Crew were maimed execution-style in open clearings, their forelegs smashed and knees broken to ensure that they would never again ride. Numerous assaults on school girls had been reported as well, reporting the crew to be like Wolves feasting upon lambs in their sanctuaries. They assaulted AT technicians with extreme prejudice, crippling their victims and hanging up their emblems soaked in blood on their flag. Daz Bonez and his cruelty to those was demonstrated in various reprisals from severe beatings, property damage and vandalism to those who defied him.

Daz Bonez was the leader of such a cruel gang. Thriving upon prostitutes, alcohol and infamy, the gang was avoided by other AT technicians as if they were the plague, witnessing no resistance as they over-extended their reach. What destroys Power is even more Power, and the wolf that is the Bonez Crew eventually began to devour itself. Even a few of his own began to cringe at what their leader had become: a power-hungry sadist whose desire was to cripple countless Technicians, to force himself on their sisters and girlfriends as the ultimate humiliation.

But things came to head one unfortunate Tuesday Night. Drunk out of his mind moreso than ever, Daz Bonez went on a rampage, smashing windows, spray painting front doors and lifting skirts where he went. Then, when he was stopped by an AT Technician who fought only for the self-defense of his sister, he snapped. It was at that day that he murdered the young man and his girl-friend in a horrific manner, bludgeoning their remains until the blood made it impossible for Crime Scene investigators to identify the victims at first. It was then that society no longer tolerated the silent tyrannical rule of the Bonez Storm Riders, along with other gangs whose strong moral code pit them against the Bonez Crew after stories of their horrifying rule came from whispered words.

With this, the Government took swift action. Hopelessly overwhelmed by Policemen, special Units and other Storm Riders turned Vigilantes. Unable to retaliate against such a forceful opponent, the Storm Riders once known as the Bonez was flushed out in just a matter of days, with more members surrendering to police. The Gang had seen a decrease in activity, mostly with other Crewmembers appalled at the brutal behavior of their leader. Lyxander, better known as 'Daz Bonez' at the time was arrested on account of 1st Degree Murder. He was also convicted of Assault, Robbery, Sexual Assault, Defacing Private and Public property, causing Bodily harm to others along with other sentences. With this, he was allowed the death penalty until the victim's Sister stood up amidst tears. She wanted to repeal his death sentence.

Despite the outrage from the many victims in the courtroom, she had tearfully told the jury that she knew her Brother to be a kind philanthropist, a gifted soul who longed for justice and opposed the Death Penalty. She wanted Lyxander to live the rest of his life knowing that her brother had shown mercy to the person who had taken her life. Openly touched, the surprised Daz Bonez could not retort at all, openly touched by her request not for his life, but rather how she had forgiven him. Unlike other times, the emotionally distraught Lyxander shed tears for the first time, offering no resistance as he was led to prison to serve a short term in an asylum.

He extended himself to all helping hands, rooting away the cause of his aggression and even discovering Zen Buddhism. He pledged never to again ride the skies with intent to kill, participating in a personal AT ban. When he was released from the Asylum he stopped by the graves of the two he murdered, openly apologizing for a murder he had committed. Since then he frequently visits the Tatsunoko residence, helping out his victim's sister with taking care of her rapidly-aging parents as a sign of good-faith. Eventually he got into video-gaming to entertain himself, often seen at the arcade lined up for Dance Dance Revolution or Guitar Hero. Reformed and whole for the first time of his Life, the man named Lyxander, now going by the name of 'Axel' , had long retired from reaching the skies.

But sometimes, just sometimes, he would look up to the sky longing to grasp it once more...
