Bio: For most of her life, Mai has been a completely ordinary girl. Up until she was about to turn twelve, her life consisted of such complete normality it was almost boring. Of course, that all ended when she disappeared for three months. The police were frantic for the time, and it had actually become the headline news for a time, but then, just as the police seem ready to give up all hope, the miraculously found her. When asked where she had been, she could respond; she didn't know. It was like she had been asleep the entire time. As Mai returned to her normal life, she noticed something was off. She finally figured it out around her thirteenth birthday; she hadn't grown at all since she had disappeared. People just told her she was naturally short, but she knew that wasn't the case this time. But something else drove all her thoughts of her own problems out of her head; the emergence of the demons. From then there onward, her life has lost all semblance of normality.
