History

Bio: Richter was born to be a scientist. From an early it was clear he far surpassed his peers in sheer intelligence and drive. However, as if in compensation, he was also lacking something crucial; a conscious. He had no qualms about being cruel and had no concept of be unethical. However, that's what made him such a great scientist. A little thing like a human life was not enough to stop his pursuit of the the apex of human evolution. He even would pull people of the streets to perform his testing. He has even used himself as a test subject more than once. God only knows what he has done to himself and others.
