Storyline
They fell from the heavens . Where did they come from? No human would ever have the knowledge to know. In a world completely separate from Earth is another known as Vseria,. It’s a war-torn place where a civil war between two races has been raging on for centuries. The winged-people are called Souls and the tailed-people are referred to as Thorns. An incident happened centuries ago that disturbed the tranquility between the two species. It all started when the Thorns became self-righteous and did what they believed was best for their people. They started bribing people within the world’s government to creating laws that gave them more power than the Souls. Slowly Vseria’s laws had changed to give the Thorns the most protection and political strength. The Souls were forced out of their homes and had the choice to either live in the slums or be thrown in jail. For many dark years the Thorns ruled over the lands catering only to their own people. The Souls grew tired of being treated as second rate citizens and sought out a way to change the world back to it’s former state.
After much debating they arrived at only one conclusion: kill the Thorn’s beloved prince and to make their voices be heard. The assassination of the prince caused a wild uproar and it was no surprise that a vicious war ensued. A sickness had befallen the Soul community, a disease known as the Defect was killing their fighters, and others were losing the powers that made them such great fighters. They were determined to win though, sadly there has been a two-hundred year stalemate between the two species. Each day the death toll rose and some of the people, from both sides, started abandoning the battlefields to flee Vseria altogether. They were considered traitors and because of the rising number of them, a special force was created. Simply known as the Hunters, their sole purpose is to find and terminate anyone who dares an escape attempt. One group, both Thorns and Souls, managed to escape but they were sick. The Defect had infected the Thorns too and in their escape they ended up falling. Where did they land? Earth of course.
During the fall the sickness took its toll on the group. The Souls lost their wings and the Thorns, their tails; along with this, something else disappeared: their glow. Both the Thorns and the Souls each had a different glow similar to an aura, it changed depending on their moods and burned so brightly that it would blind a human. Now that they’ve lost some of their powers they appear to be just as human as the actual ones do. Something else strange happened during their descent, they separated from the group and landed in different locations. Each of them fell in a different country because they were automatically attracted to their soulmate. To the humans they appeared to be shooting stars, but once they actually landed directly in their soulmates backyards during the dead of night, it was obvious they weren’t falling stars.
Their human soulmates found them and the story starts from there.

Cursing, it's allowed, F-bomb and all, just don't go overboard unless that's part of your character
