2011 of an alternate timeline: Aliens made their first appearance to Earth but before landing, the US military opened fire on them. Within days many cities in North America were reduced to rubble. Following that, the aliens began to abduct millions of humans worldwide, mostly using them for research or turning them into headless slaves. Sometime the abductions stopped and the aliens suddenly disappeared.
It has been 10 years since then and still no sign of them. But mysterious things are happening that awakens suspicion. Some people believe to have found relatives who were thought to have been abducted. Some who were missing came back home only remembering that they were abducted but not what happened then and how they got back. Some of those who look like relatives are in fact aliens who have copied the appearance of the previous person and those who came home with a memory gap had their DNA manipulated, permanently making them part of the humanoid alien species. There also have been sightings of people who are completely unknown to anyone (these are the aliens). This is actually an experiment on how humans would react to those who have been found and what will happen when abnormalities happen such as a person bleeding the blueish alien blood.

The story begins in a small town in southern Japan called Miyakoshima. The people there live their normal lives and the students go to school, but then a couple missed faces and new faces show up in town. The story is mainly focused on the teens and young adults of the town.

Aliens: The aliens in their actual form look like humans, just with odd hair and eye colors. When they get injured, they bleed a blueish fluid. The part that their blood is blue gives away their alien nature or at least causes suspicion or panic. If humans were turned into aliens and see that their blood is blue then they often panic or have other negative reactions such as crying or they try to prove that they arent what they look to be.
