Introduction
Rules!
1. It's kind of hard to say "No Godmodding", when the DBZ universe is all about people of insane strength flying around, shooting destructive energy like baseballs. Just be FAIR about your overpoweredness.
2. Dont try and cheese off the excuse "Character revived by dragonballs" Those guys are dead and burried. Leave them that way, and create your own damn character. Lazy lazy lazy....
3. It's okay to be the badguy. Just remember. For every badguy, there are the 10 or so good guys that want you dead because....well...you're evil!
4. If you're going to be a son/daughter of someone, try and give them their own outline. The "Like father like son" is cliche. Give them their own attributes.
6. To make sure you were paying attention to these, I skipped 5.
Real 6. Have fun. It's not a fun roleplay if you're sitting at your computer, nerdraging about everything. My solution? "Like it, or leave."
7. Try to have decent post sizes. I'm not expecting a bajillion neatly wrote paragraphs, but "He fiyarz his laz0r beemz at [Insert person here]" Is....bad.
8. Major combats will be played out in Chat, and copy/pasted into post so others can view it.
For your character, let's have....
1. Appearance- Duh. What your person looks like.
1.5. Race- There are four major ones. Human, Alien, Saiyan, and Android. You could mix the first and last, or even the first and third. But I dont think saiyan pride would like being forced into a "Tin can". Just be creative, and you'll be fine.
2. Personality- How your character acts.
3. Equipment- What does your character have? A weapon? Perhaps some kind of armor? Who knows but you. TELL US!
4. Alignment- Well, you could be a good guy...or you could be a bad guy. I guess there are neutrals, but I mean...that's saying "I'm not trustable" to the good guys and "Another possible foe" to bad ones.
4.5. If you're going to be evil, have a nefarious plot. And even if it's as simple as "Destroying Earth", why?
5. A background- Who exactly IS your character?
6. Misc. Info- Anything I miss?
Just as an offnote, Chulance is Co-GM. You know....so....yeah.

A long period of peace has been over Earth. 200 years have passed since Omega Shenron fell at the hands of Goku and Vegeta. Many of the brave heroes of that era have passed on, taking with them their legacies. However, as new villians and new troubles arive, new heroes break the surface, to add their name to the wall of Earth's Defenders. Will they succeed, as the heroes of the past? Or will darkness, doom and hopelessness fall over the Earth? FIND OUT THIS TIME, ON DRAGON BALL NS! (I'm so sorry, I couldnt help but do that once.)

OOC Notes
#30 looked out over West City, standing on a bluff outside the it. His scanners detected nothing was wrong within the city. No fires. No bank robberies. It was an odd ocean of calm that had washed over his beach of activity. He hadnt been this inactive for as long as his data files could recall.
He enjoyed it.
It was still early morning though. His internal clock was set to 10:30. Plenty more wrong could happen today. He lowered himself into a squat position, unsure of his next actions. He thought to himself. Today would be a blaaaand day. His could almost "Feel" the dull set in around him. He jumped down from his perch, dragging his heels down the cliff, keeping himself in a steady slide. About halfway down the mountain, he pushed himself from the rocky surface, leaping high in the air. He kept himself in the air for a while, taking one last look out into the distance, before soaring down towards the city at a leisurely pace (to outside view, it was still pretty fast.)

OOC Notes
Shoren was in the companies training facility as usual. With the gravity at 200 times normal, he was sparring with a holographic fighter reminiscent of the late Gohan. Of course this was when Gohan was much younger, so he was more at level with Shoren. But even in the intense gravity, Shoren and the hologram were moving at amazing speed. But even with Gohan as he was when he was a teenager, it was all Shoren could do was to keep blocking his moves. However, with one swift kick, the fake Gohan knocked Shoren all the way back into the wall behind him and crashed, raising a lot of dust and debris. However this also caused the holographic emitters to stop functioning correctly, and the hologram disappeared.
"Shoren!" blared a loud voice over the speakers. "I knew I'd find you here! You broke the training room again!" Shoren groaned. This always happens. He thought. No one cares if a couple holo-emitters are busted, geez. "Hurry up and get dressed, I need you to run some errands."
Shoren got up and dusted himself off. "Yeees mooom." Shoren exited the training room and went into the locker room across the facility. He changed out of his athletic clothes and pulled on his usual tank top and jeans. I didn't even get any good training in today, He grumbled.
Shoren hovered over the city heading to the grocery store. "Sigh, isn't this why we have butlers? Geez." He was slowly making his way over when he saw a figure in the distance. #30. Huh. he wondered. Haven't seen him in a while. Wonder what he's been up to? Then he heard it. Sirens blaring and security bells ringing. This was Shoren's saving grace. Something to quell the recent streak of dullness this past week. "Ooooh yeah!" Shoren rushed over to the source of the noise.
"Shoren!" blared a loud voice over the speakers. "I knew I'd find you here! You broke the training room again!" Shoren groaned. This always happens. He thought. No one cares if a couple holo-emitters are busted, geez. "Hurry up and get dressed, I need you to run some errands."

Alto flies around a wide grin on his face, as he gathers energy in his hands, and then realeas two blasts, causing massive collaterial damage in te city believe. Screams are heard, as the amnesiac warrior has begun his ramopage. These innocent citizens of East City, the victims of these mindless slaughter.

#30 saw, and identified Shoren below him. He remembered the boy from his past, but didnt really 'know' him. He had watched him grow up, being at the Capusle Corp. building occasionally for tune-ups and whatnot, but they didnt have extended coversations. A determined, willing character, dispite being a young fighter. He could tell the boy was getting stronger at an alarming rate as well. He pushed his limits, frequently, and....
His thought was cut off.
The high pitched bell sounded for whatever building that it belonged to, just a constant ring. #30 stopped in the air, staying there for a moment, looking around him, trying to detect the exact source of the alarm.... In probability, it would be the West City Bank. He thought, before turning in the direction of the sound, he saw Shoren had already headed in that direction. Shoren was a smart one, his designer's grandson. Besides. At most this was an armed bank robbery, and he knew regular firearms were useless against him, most anyway. He wasnt quite sure about Shoren, but if he was as strong as scanners indicated, he would be fine too. He could've ignored the siren, especially since Shoren was headed there. But, he decided to 'overwatch' the entire thing. If it got out of hand, he'd give a hand. But this oprotunity was one he couldnt pass up. Powerlevels are a calculation of someone's skill put into numerical value. They do not actually show techneques, or styles. He could gather data on the boy, and see how 'strong he really was.

Kendon...a man with a plan, a man with goals. A man manipulated, and tossed around. Beaten and injured, a being unwilling to deal with the cruel ways life was treating him. Enough..no more! FATHER, MOTHER, SISTER, BROTHER! COUSINS! I will loose no more, no longer shall this cruel game called life strip me of things I hold dearest. This was the thought pattern of a man who exchanged his child hood for a life of savage battle', killing, murder, and manipulation. Kendon stood in a cabin, staring at a picture of a tailed warrior.
This tailed warrior was King Vegeta, and this was a picture his father had taken. His father had been one of the Greatest Photographers in the Northern Galaxy, hopefully he rested in peace. Kendon however remained in the realm of the living, dealing with the indelible pain caused by the saiyans, and the leader of these the ever so paramount King Vegeta. A wide grin, came upon Kendon's lips. "Do not worry..King Vegeta, I know you have been slain long before this time. I thank Freiza for completing his end of our bargain even with me gone. I'll make sure you pay, I'll wipe out your offspring, your descendants will pay for the sins of their fathers."
Kendon then picked up a green scouter, and put it on. He opened the door to his cabin, and took off flying into the sky, thoughts of vengeance fueling the warrior's mind. Moments later..around ten minutes later to be accurate this creature desperate for revenge stood in the middle of a West City bank, holding a bag filled with money in his right hand, and a machine gun in the left. Fools..I do not require money, for I can take whatever I choose to take..but this should attract competition..either saiyans directly, or people in contact with saiyans. The man laughed, he'd suppressed his power level to a measly 4000.

Alto... a man with a first name, and no knowledge on his past. Only the clothes on his back, a green device known as a scouter with a computerized voice sometimes speaking to him, and a magazine filled with lingerie. These objects did little to define the person leaning against a wall, soaked from head to toe. The rain beat down on this male humanoid, with a brown tail extending from...well a place only a girl would want to know. A man wearing a hat consisting of the colors gray, white, and black with two red marks on the front.
A man around the age of seventeen to eighteen, slim and about the height of an average adult, maybe a bit taller. Nah, probably 6'1, the weight 196 lbs. His body chiseled, and eyes dark blue. Average size ears, wearing black and white clothes, spray painted red. Currently having a Grey hoodie, the red spray painting extending to this particular articular of clothing again. This anti social "gangster" released a sigh from his lips, as he looked around the humdrum city.West City huh..it's quiet but not fo long. People were walking around, he looked down at his right hand.
He looked over at a woman, soon to be walking past. Ah now da's time, Imma get some change. This man had plans for a coup, capable of altering his financial status. An impeccable plan, for someone of his caliber of strength and speed. As the woman neared him, he moved like lightning, probably faster. He snatched the woman's purse, and took off into the mid air, flying like a bird. The woman's flight, and fight instinct kicked in too late, as a scene of mass confusion erupted on the side walk Alto had been standing on only moments ago.
He smirked, he'd picked up his cash for the day. He continued to fly, the rain pouring down on the aerial saiyan. "Well then..I got some change, now I best pick up a burger, cuz I need me something to eat" And with that Alto took off.

#30 flew at a mild pace, keeping trail on the boy below him. Sure enough, it was the West City Bank, and it had a fairly high power level inside of it, compared to the rest of the "4's and 5's" that the rest of the towns people had. His scanners registered it at close to 4,000. A pathetic powerlevel compared to his. He wasnt quite sure of the boy, who's power level was low at the moment. He hadnt powered up around him, but he wasnt sure of his overall strength. He decided not to risk it. He sped up conciderably, ahead of Shoren, towards the bank.
When he arrived, he saw a police barricade, policemen armed with weapons all pointed inside the bank. He landed behind them, peering inside the bank. He couldnt see the source of the powerlevel exactly, but he was definitely inside. He walked past the police, nodding to the chief, as he walked inside. His steps were loud as large and heavy as he was. He bent a little to get through the doorway, to see the man with a bag of cash, machinegun in the other hand. He was instantly puzzled. With a power level that great, he should'nt require a firearm. He thought. He kind of brushed the thought off though, as the man spotted him. #30 held his hand out in the universal sign of 'stop'. His stern monotone voice seemed to echo within the main room of the bank, now that the alarm had quieted.
"Please, put your weapon down, and give up. I am not required by any means to harm you, but I will if it is nessicary. I can assure you that no harm will come to you if you cooperate with law enforcement officers and myself." He hoped the man would comply.
When he arrived, he saw a police barricade, policemen armed with weapons all pointed inside the bank. He landed behind them, peering inside the bank. He couldnt see the source of the powerlevel exactly, but he was definitely inside. He walked past the police, nodding to the chief, as he walked inside. His steps were loud as large and heavy as he was. He bent a little to get through the doorway, to see the man with a bag of cash, machinegun in the other hand. He was instantly puzzled. With a power level that great, he should'nt require a firearm. He thought. He kind of brushed the thought off though, as the man spotted him. #30 held his hand out in the universal sign of 'stop'. After a while, Shoren started to notice something odd. The power level he was sensing was incredibly stronger than the other humans around the area. #30 blazed past him heading for the same area. "H-hey!" He knew that #30 was strong, he was made with Capsule Corp.'s finest technology. If he got there first, then he might take all the fun out of everything. Well, sort of. From what Shoren was sensing, the man was definitely powerful, but the holographic Gohan he sparred with was at least three times that. Besides, he had learned a neat trick recently that he wanted to test out.
Shoren sped up after #30 and arrived at the bank. Once he landed, he found #30 giving the supposed robber a warning. The policemen behind him were about to say something and stop this teenager from going into the bank, but Shoren looked back with a raised eyebrow saying "That's my robot over there, and if anything, it's you guys who should be staying back." The other police men wouldn't stand for it and attempted to pull him back. Annoyed, he threw them off, with great self restraint. They only flew back onto their cars behind the barricades. He entered the bank behind #30.

Kendon had taken advantage of the situation he'd been placed in, and quite enjoyed his success. He'd picked up this weapon from an artillery store, and went to rob the bank. He had planned to attract some form of Law Enforcement, or authority on this planet after this he could gain information about the saiyans. He'd sensed a couple of power level's above the average human level, and he wasn't looking to hurt innocent people. He didn't want to turn out to be like a saiyan, stripping innocents of their family UNLESS these people protected saiyans, or in some way tried to save the saiyans.
He looked ahead, as a man entered the city. He had no info on the man, but he was capable of flight, and he could not detect a power level from him. Hmm an interesting individual, someone of this caliber of uniqueness would definitely know a saiyan. He looked outside, this man seemed to be in contact with the men in blue, police, cops, It doesn't mater what those men are called, I have more important things to think about. #30 half smiled as the gun was slid over to him. He bent slightly at the knees, picking the gun up. In mere seconds, he had the gun stripped, dropping the parts to the ground.
He didnt have any data on this man. Nor his race, so he found his explaination believable. "Information, I might be able to help with. I suppose you have been cooperative." He looked behind him. The police still believed the man was armed, so they were keeping their distance. "I will give you the information you want, provided that it is logical to give you such." He wasnt going to spill anything like the location of the largest hospital or city with the most people to the man.
He heard footsteps behind him. Surely the cops wouldnt try and move in after him. He turned his head, his scanners landing on Shoren. He knew the boy would catch up to him sooner or later. He gave a nod to the boy, acknowlaging his presense. He kind of shifted, to stay in front of him partially. He didnt want him to get hurt. Turning back to the odd-looking man. "To save a life? Is someone perhaps in peril? Or going to be?"

He refocused on the man. "What are you needing to know?"
He didnt have any data on this man. Nor his race, so he found his explaination believable. "Information, I might be able to help with. I suppose you have been cooperative." He looked behind him. The police still believed the man was armed, so they were keeping their distance. "I will give you the information you want, provided that it is logical to give you such." He wasnt going to spill anything like the location of the largest hospital or city with the most people to the man.
He heard footsteps behind him. Surely the cops wouldnt try and move in after him. He turned his head, his scanners landing on Shoren. He knew the boy would catch up to him sooner or later. He gave a nod to the boy, acknowlaging his presense. He kind of shifted, to stay in front of him partially. He didnt want him to get hurt. Turning back to the odd-looking man. "To save a life? Is someone perhaps in peril? Or going to be?"

"Tch, don't give this guy an inch #30." Shoren scoffed. The robber was way too suspicious to Shoren to simply tell him anything. "First off, an alien who decides to rob a bank, is not 'someone unusual to the planet's customs'." He looked back down at the gun. "And who points a gun at someone without some kind of intent to kill?" He glared at this stranger in front of them. "Just who are you? Seriously." He raised a tightened fist. "Answer truthfully and I might only break some of your bones."
Shoren tried restraining his power level, but it was difficult since he was getting angrier. Not to mention that everything about this guy seemed to only make Shoren's temper that much worse.

Kendon simply wanted to locate the saiyans, but he doubted Law Enforcement would help him hunt down their residents. He'd claim he needed to rescue the saiyans, it pained him to pretend to be the rescuer of the kind that had slaughtered his family. A race that enjoyed causing bloodshed, a species born and bred to kill. Their babies demolished entire civilization's on a whim. No more would this mindless murder ensue. He watched the android take his gun apart, a warrior of his caliber would not need a fire arm.

The confused Kamachi flew over to the bank, where he saw men in uniforms surrounding the entrance, weapons out. Three people were inside the building, though no fighting seemed to be taking place...at the moment. Kamachi landed on the ground outside of the entrance, attracting the attention of the police standing around the doors. He walked up the doors of the building, intent on getting inside to do...something. He guessed he would be there to stop any crimes from going on. Clearly, he hadn't thought out his motives, but he was still very disorientated.

Shoren raised an eyebrow at the strange criminal. How did he know the name of the Saiyans? From what his parents told him, the Saiyans were nearly wiped out to the brink of extinction. In fact, the last of them are still here on Earth. To their knowledge, all of the pure blooded Saiyans died out long ago, so to find anyone, alien or not to even recognize one was amazing to Shoren. "Maybe. Again, who, or what, are you?" His temper was rising still. "And what's it to you who the hell I am?!" Suddenly he felt another presence coming toward them. A strange presence. What is that...? He had not felt anything like it before. Another alien...? Shoren turned his head as the strange presence landed behind them just outside the bank. Now this was a sight to see. An angel for some reason or another, was outside, walking into the bank.

Kendon began to chuckle, he'd located one of the saiyans. His quest to end their species, began now. NO more would the saiyans be aloud to live and decimate innocent species. Kendon had his aura surge around him, a clear black color. Some thought the black ki represented his misguided soul, but it was the color of Ki Bodonta's had. Oh yes..this is a saiyan indeed! I suppose I should fight him, here I might have to deal with the android as well. This saiyan might no other saiyans..so.... Kendon stared Shoren down "My name is Kendon, and I am a Bodonta."

He couldnt recall the faces of any full bloods in his data, other than the defeated heroes. There were two full bloods among them, but other than that... He noticed the Alien's power building upon Shoren's power building. He could tell tension was rising. He placed his hand on Shoren's shoulder. "I will be back very shortly, Shoren. Talk, but do not attack unless attacked first." He withdrew his hand, walking towards the bank doors, passing up the angellic man. He nodded to him, but continuing to walk past him. Getting outside, he walked to the police chief.
"I reccomend withdrawl from the area. I also suggest evaccuation of the immidiate area." said #30 in his monotone voice.
"W-what? Why would we do that?!? There is a criminal in there!" the chief replied.
"Things might get a little more violent then first calculated."
"Well, I'm sorry to hear that, but we just CAN'T pack up and go back to the stati-"
"Please. Just withdraw and remove the people in the area. Doing this is going to save lives, more of than simply standing out here. I can not compromise on this. I hope you will do the correct action."

Kendon...Bondonta...? This was a race Shoren never heard of before. But he had no real time to think, as Kendon lunged at Shoren with a hail of punches and kicks. Not bad... Shoren Thought to himself. His power more than doubled, and probably still a lot in reserve... Shoren was able to block his punches, reading and following his movements. Shoren smirked. He caught caught one of Kendon's kicks, and threw him upward toward the roof. He hit the ceiling, and Shoren followed through by jumping up and punching him square in the chest, through the roof. Kendon flew through the air, but had managed to keep himself steady in the air. Shoren jumped up through the hole in the roof to where Kendon was at. "That all you got?" Shoren pounded his fists. "'Cuz I'm just getting warmed up!"

This it, I must not let the saiyans gather, I will end this one, then find out his connection's. Perhaps an interrogation of the machine will help. He was ready to fight, he'd raised his power beyond the level Nappa wielded, it was around the level of power Vegeta had 18,000 however this saiyan was blocking his attacks. The surges of power reminded him of two people. Vegeta 1, and 2..this must be the descendant. EVEN BETTER! "I'll tear you apart!" This was all he said after Shoren had managed to land some attacks on him, and send him flying. Kendon laughed, wiping some blood off his lip. It had seemed this had battle had been taken to the skies, Kendon gathered black ki in his hands "Good..."He screamed his power rising rapidly, as he released a massive blast of ki, and a massive explosion came next.
OOC Notes
"Stop!" was what the bloodied "angel" yelled when two of three people inside the building, one a kid, started fighting. The man assaulted the kid, but the kid threw the man through the roof into the air, where he now resided; the kid followed. The angel flew through the doors into the building, looking up at the hole at the kid and the man. Suddenly, the man in the air held his hands together; a black substance gathered rapidly, and then there was a huge explosion as a result of the substance. The angel, in defense, held his arms out in front of him. He didn't know what he he was doing, but he seemed to be "absorbing" the ki, taking minimal damage.

He floated stationary for a moment, examining the man for just a few seconds. His ki was black. An odd color for Ki, but he just supposed it was high powered. Just as the thought touched his CPU, he noticed a drastic increase of power in the Alien man. From 4,000 to around 18,000 in a few seconds. That was a quick transition....meaning he probably had more to come. #30 wasnt worried though.

I have no data on such a race. But you will certainly be added. I will also give you the information that surrendur is again advisable. The the odds are not within your favor." He looked over to Shoren, and the "Angelic" character, whom appeared to be on their side. "It is three to one. You are more than likely to be defeated."

Kendon's black Ki was amazing, Shoren hadn't felt this kind of energy in his life. He fired a large Ki blast at Shoren, who was about to dodge it, but the angel he saw earlier came out of nowhere and blocked it. Shoren simply stared in amazement and confusion. "Wh...what are you doing...? This is my fight!" Then #30 also joined the group. "Tch...man, I never get to have fun."

When the other man ran up to the man that just shot made the explosion and kid flew to the side of him, the angel didn't sit around; he flew at the man who apparently liked to assault kids, though he wasn't sure what he was going to do when he got there...he seemingly nufflified the effects of the blast the man had shot before, so it was obvious he had power, though how much or what he could do were still a mysterious. The angel held his hands out, hoping something would happen.

I cannot let this saiyan escape, but continuing to fight is pointless. The winged being, or angelic seemed to have a technique allowing him to partially absorb his ki attacks. Well, it's okay, Chu. I've been burried over english work for the past few days. We're learning to do our research paper, and it's been piled upon my needing to read a chapter of The Great Gatsby every night. Not to mention my Spanish culture presentation on the revolutionist Che Gurevara, or whatever his face is.

Well, I'd kind of like to develop this RP first, but after I get it started, I'd be happy to join. Especially as an android. I'm sure, if you've read my Sig., that #16 is my favorite. Gentle giant, and comepletely beasts all over cell that episode. Too bad he died. But he died knowing that his death would incite the death of Cell. My second favorite was #13. But he was only cool 'cause he had a hillbilly accent, and still whipped ass.
Aaaannny way, the reasons I like androids (Besides #16) is the fact that they're so...unpredictable. They cant be picked up by scouters, or ki sensing, which means they can hide if they need to. They have all these skills build into them because they're computers. Calculations, energy sensors that can pick up near anything, every kind of vision they could come up with....They can also surprise their foes with their uncalculatory strength. They are all durable, and are unique for the most part. But most of all, they have little itsy bitsy pieces that hide their true strength. #13 could uses the parts from #14 and #15 to become super powered. #16 had removable body parts. And limbs that shot lasers. "Arm lazor. Beech."AND LAZOR EYEZ! I could go on and on, but I try not to ramble...
And thanks for approving Bardock. He's my absolute favorite DBZ character. My motto about him?

IOF is an interesting roleplay. You really should read the rules, it's a sign your an attentive rper. One of the rules states any character from any point in the fiction. Since I plan to be using my character in other roleplays, I made his profile kind of vague and generic, but I can modify him to fit the Dragon Ball Z universe. The origins of his species are unknown, but I can just say he's from a race of people far away. And yes, I know about the basics of Dragon Ball Z: my character uses ki.

One Angel's "don't exist in DBZ, but then again nor do Bodonta's. What is the origin of the Angelic species? Because the ruling entity of the afterlife is none as King Yemma, a gigantic red ogre. And do you know the basics of DBZ..ki energy, and such? If not I can tell you, you'll be at a major disadvantage in combat with only a bow, and a sword.

Either way, as I was saying, enjoy yar cities. I'll add things like "Wasteland" "Forest" "Tito's Bar and Grill", and "Zapeto's Shoes" later. (Kidding about the last two, of course.)
Because I can totally see one of our characters trying to either hide or hold up a shoe-store. XD
