Personality: Tom is quite friendly but also very pessimistic. He'll be quite cheerful until something goes wrong. After that, he assumes everything will go downhill from there. It takes time but it is possible to make him cheerful again. Every morning is the start of a new day and, thus, usually starts with him being quite cheerful (too cheerful, in many people's opinions).

Appearance: Tom is 5' 7". He gives the impression of being optimistic and cheerful until something goes wrong, in which case one could honestly believe that the world as about to end. His smile seems fake because it never reaches his eyes. In fact, none of his emotion seem to reach his eyes. You know how the saying goes; "The eyes are the window to the soul". Many children- his own included- believe that his soul was robbed from his body which is why he always looks so empty. He has shoulder-length black hair usually tied back in a ponytail. He wears a black overcoat and brown vest over a white button-up shirt tucked into brown pants. He always wears white gloves - no one knows why and he's not about to tell - and he carries a black mask (the kind commonly worn to masquerade parties) in an inside pocket of his overcoat.

Likes/dislikes/other: Tom loves knives and has quite a large collection at home. If they're nice enough, then he hates the thought of actually using them and would much rather put them in his collection. He dislikes the dark because he can't see very well and not being able to see properly makes him nervous.

Short history: Tom hasn't, doesn't, and probably will not be doing anything extraordinary any time soon. He lived a relatively normal life, growing up in a family of five. At age 23, he married a beautiful woman and had two children - a boy and a girl. He was neither very rich nor very poor but lived quite comfortably until he was taken by Drake to participate in a "game".
