He stands at 5'11" and has steely gray eyes. He has short silver hair and his body is of slight build. Due to his nearsightedness he is always wears glasses. His clothing varies in shades of blue, red, and green.

Crush:He currently does not have anyone he likes. Nathan likes girls who are kind spirited and intelligent. He thinks of looks merely as a potential extra. When It comes to subject of age he prefirs no more then three years older then himself and only 1 year younger.
Personality: Nathan is quite amiable and quickly makes friends with those he meets. He tends to be outspoken and rarely talks of himself. He does not like conflict and always tries to talk his way out of situations before resulting to force. Furthermore he tends to be slow to anger and unbound by the prejudices of other students. When it comes to playing his flute he tends to be shy only playing in his room or when he thinks no one will notice

Magic Power: Runic Magic, has powerful spells, but takes time to draw the Runes (they can be drawn in air), The most powerful spells require Rune Stones (which are very rare)
Offensive Capabilities: Various Magics called by runes, effects include darts of magic, fireballs, and lightning (all of which have a distinctive black-green glow) The more powerful spells require more time and/or rune stones
Defensive Capabilities:By arranging rune stones of protection in a circle around himself he can raise a protective barrier. Doing so his draining and his attacks take longer and do less damage when inside the barrier (takes 5 rune stones of protection)
Supportive Capabilities:He can use a rune stone of Healing to completely heal individuals twice a day.
Bio:Nathan is the oldest child of the House of Rhal (he has a sister a few years his junior) as such he is the heir to a long line of Rune Mages. Furthermore he has studied with his father many subjects other than magic. He has also picked up his mother's lack of prejudices and this has led him to pick up many friends from different groups.
Extras: When Nathan laughs it always sounds maniacal despite his best efforts.
