Valerie heard someone and turned her head to where she heard the voice. Another girl was arriving at the park. A moment later it dawned on her that she had seen this girl before. Where was it? Oh, it was at the smoothie bar! The girl ordered the same thing she did. Valerie waved at the girl, and she realizes that this girl has a phoniex with her.
