Description

Richard is of no imposing size or presence. Normally he wears a plain tee shirt and carpenter's jeans. He has brown hair that is normally has no sense of order to it but has deep green eyes that betray a thoughtful demeanor. His skin is of fair complexion but since he's been in Kansas it has tanned significantly. If you were given a few words to describe Richard you wouldn't be able to really come up with many. Richard just looks.... ordinary. He has no outstanding features that someone might key into.

His physique is not stellar but is adiquate. He is a capable athlete but nothing outstanding as he is physically well balanced. Although since being kidnapped he has gained the ability to bend steel. He's not exactly sure why or how but he knows he can. He does not know about any other abilities he may possess.

Personality

Richard tends to stand off most of the time. He is uncomfortable meeting new people due to his eastern accent. He tends to be cerebral when approaching a problem put in front of him but when he is challenged he can get rather emotional and will attack a problem without thinking. Few have ever seen him get truly anger as he likes to keep calm and rational but when he lets out anger it floods resulting in a wild mood swing. When normally conversing he is not very adept. He tends to say the wrong thing and kills conversations quickly as he is not exactly sure how to start them.

Equipment

Richard keeps his Ipod in his backpack with a variety of songs from blues to rock on it's half filled contents. Also in his backpack he carries around a notebook to entertain himself by making up puzzles and writing rarely. Other than that he keeps one or two pencils in his jeans pocket. He tries to carry his cell phone with him but frequently leaves it at his house.

History

Richard lived in Pennsylvania until he was 14, then he moved to Manchester Kansas. The move was hard for him because all of his friends still live back there. In school he remained quite secluded not exactly knowing how to introduce himself. After all, he had grown up with the same crowd in his school all his life. He moved through that year quite uneventfully, getting used to life in Kansas and being self concious of his accent and quick manner of speach. But one year later he was mysteriously kidnapped walking home from school.
