Panting, a young girl, no werewolf comes to a stop in a forest near the town. Taking the shelter of the trees to conceal herself she takes a moment to look around, not completely sure of what had recently happened. This young werewolf goes by Rita and this was the last thing she was expecting to happen. She had been expected to be hauled of to the mines, farm or maybe even back to the place everyone called Hell. She hadn't expected a chance at freedom. In fact she never even knew it was possible outside of death. Now, however with the guards' slip up she was free from their grasp, for now. She knows that she must keep going in order to have any chance of getting away from it all.

Rita decides that climbing a tree might be her best option at the moment. Up in the tree she'll be able to keep an eye on things while resting and if she's lucky maybe find something to eat, preferable a rabit that comes into view. She should be able to eat it raw right? Wolves did after all. Up in the tree she looked down on the ground waiting for something to appear.

Small, shy Mouse waited for the front doors of a big mansion to open. Two hunter guards stepped to the door's massive handles and pulled it towards them, welcoming little Mouse. Mouse was a werewolf slave, one that had just been (un)lucky enough to be welcomed to 'the best place ever', or more often called 'hell on earth'. She was 8 years old and worried, clutching the sturdy straps of her enormous overalls, which hung loosely at her shoulders, though somehow managed to stay on. A few other werewolves were watching her, but were quickly whipped until they got back to farming. Looking to her right, Mouse saw the woods, and in the far distance, the sillouette of a girl. Inside her mind she smiled faintly, glad that one of her kind had escaped, but terrified at what might happened to her if they caught her. A badge-bearing guard released her from her distractions by welcoming her inside the plush palace. Rugs. Werewolf servants. Couches. Furniture! Mouse had never seen such luxury in her miserable life.

OOC: (Can't go much further without someone to be the person for the Hell on Earth place :D)

Skye stalked out to the head guard. "Explain to me again you dirty Ape let a handful of those werewolves get out!" She pulled a patch of brown hair off the fence line. "Damn monster should mind her tongue." The guard muttered to the other who looked up seeing Skye's smile bolting. She walked over to him flipping her hair behind her shoulder. "Mind throwing that one at me just one more time." He balked up at her "You heard me Mons--." Skye slammed her fist into his rib her fags bared at him the sick sound of ribs snapping from the punch she gave him. She picked him up glaring at him "You best learn manners Ape or I will happily teach them to you. She tossed him to the ground stepping on him as she headed towards the hunters "war room" looking for the leader for orders.

Matthew was running. He and his best friend were running for their lives. Matt and Ryan. Although they werent quite the average pair. Ryan was pureblood, while Matt was Halfblood. And being a halfblood in the mines is no where near easy. Some of the worst werewolves ended up there. Including racist pureblood scum. Mostly he got beaten....well...kinda.....he dished a lot back.

He kept that memory alive, of him defending himself and Ryan from the werewolf who tried to push them around. "Hey, halfblood. Your worthless keeping his adreniline going. He knew there were vampires behind them. They couldnt outrun vampires, not without shifting into their werewolf form. Which was prevented via coller. Luckily, Matt snagged the key.

They stopped in a clearing. "Allright, get ready" Matt noted, testing the key on his color, and it opened successfully. Ryan had taken off his clothes, and Matt gave him the key. Granted, they really didnt like those clothes, but it was better then nothing, and they didnt want to lose their clothes.

Now that they were both free of collars, matt then noted "I hadnt done this in so long ever since my collar was put on....this will be interesting....". They quickly shifted into werewolf form, and picked up their stuff, before sprinting away. That put a bunch of distance between them and the few vampires hunting them. But Matt then remembered the other werewolves that had escaped. He quickly motioned Ryan to stop and talk, and they shifted back into human. "We have to go back and get their collars off too. Otherwise, they wont be able to get away most likely!" he noted.

Ryan nodded his head. "I think i smelled one this way!". They quickly went off towards the werewolf smell.


Meanwhile, one of the Hunter captains entered the war room. He looked pissed. And its never a good thing when he is pissed. He has extensive knowledge in hand to hand combat, and if he has any weaknesses, he doesnt let anyone know. He looked into Skye's eyes, his own crimson red eyes looking meanacing. So far, no one even knew if he was a vampire or not. But then, he asked in a deep, threatening voice "Why are you all still here! Get out there and locate the runaways! We just confirmed one of the guards keys is missing, and he says he got hit by a werewolf kid that was with another werewolf kid, and since he was that strong, one of the miners. Now, we are only missing two werewolf children from the mines. Their names are Matthew Reed and Ryan Beret. They have probably already removed their colars, and therefore are gaining time and distance each day. Therefore, you must find these two and bring them in. With that key, they could potentially release several werewolves, and that would lead to the freedom of all of them!". He was pissed.


Meanwhile, some of the servents took this "Mouse" to chain her up, then bathe her, then "put her up for display". Some of the humans and vampires here are so sick, they would gladdly....well....lets just say its probably illegal even to mention what they would do.....

In other news, the investigation into what appened is still underway. The entire wall just randomly collapsed on a guard rotation making a hole. It seems like a total accident.....but something just doesnt seem right....

Mouse smiled when she saw the nice ladies coming to take her to "her" room. She told them her name before giggling and taking one of the servant's hands. Both guided her through a series of areas before quietly opening up a door, where there was a beautiful, elegant, four-poster bed with a few pink, plush chains on it. Little did she know, that beneath the plush casings were chains of pure diamond, the hardest matieral on earth, to prevent her from escaping. While she was distracted looking at the purple and gold bed, one of the ladies reached down and entered a code on her collar, switching it from human form to werewolf form. Instantly, Mouse grew a bit and sprouted a thick, white coat of fur, which was speckled with brown and black. Her clothes were unaffected, being too big for her, and gently, the servants unclothed her. She didn't mind, since her coat was so thick that she didn't exactly need clothes, since it covered her entirely. Rubbing the black and brown mark on her forehead, the nice servant ladies then led her to the bed and put the plush pink collar over her metal one, and also put a few shackles on her wrists and ankles. Considering that werewolves were quite strong compared to humans, Mouse had to put on a shackle that restrained her middle.

"Wheeee!" Mouse squeaked, clearly unaware of what was going to happen.

(OOC: Ok, I seriously need someone to be the human/vampire in the next part @_@)

Up in the tree Rita could see what looked and smelled like two werewolves. As the got closer she could see that their collars were missing, where they wild werewolves that had never had to suffer as she and the others had? It was either that or they had found some way to remove the collar, which as far as she knew could be done only one way, the key. This might be her only chance to free herself of the collar, she knew she had to take it.

Rita jumped down from the tree landing in front of them. She narrowed her eyes looking them over, they looked as if they had been burried or something like that because they had dirt on them. Then it hit her, the mines. They must have worked there.

She was still staring at them intensily, making sure she was ready to attack if need be. "You have a key," she asked, but it was more like a statement. She knew they had someway of getting the collars off. "Or something that'll get this thing off," she said gesturing to the collar. This collar was still fairly new to her, she'd only had it for about a year and it was really starting to get on her nerves.

"Take it off me," she ordered them, baring her teeth.

As Kanth ran from the "mistake" in the guards guard he found himself lost in the forest. Kanth looked around and it finally dawned on him. "I am free... Well more free than I ever have been before this anyway." With that Kanth ran he ran free and wild. He only wished that he could once more put all four paws on the ground and feel the wind in his fur. Since he was shackled Kanth had only been changed to pull a harrow through the ground. He wanted to once more feel the rush of running at speeds that the foolish apes could never even imagine. But for now Kanth needed to get as far away from this place as he could... *sniff sniff* "Wait." *sniff* "This way. More wolfs free of the wall." With this amazing realization he ran for the others.

When Kanth got to where the other three where at he found that the girl was ordering two others around. He figured he hadn't been smelled because they where too busy talking. "Take it off me" The young pup of a girl barked at the others. As a response Kanth came out from behind a tree slightly behind the young one. "tisk tisk. Is that any way to ask assistance from your own kind? We have all been enslaved for generations and the first thing that you do with your freedom is spit in its face by ordering another of our kind to do something. It is so sad that this is what some of us have become. So very very sad"

Colleen Red-moon, that was her show name of course. A name designed to match her velvet red fur when she was told to prance around the ring like a poodle, showing the humans and vamps what a good little pet she was. She was generally ranked high, always well groomed and healthy. In fact just last week her and her mistress had brought home another trophy. Colleen hadn't really cared either way, as long as she had her bed -a cozy little pillow on the floor- and received a good meal out of it she was rather content. She had been a lucky one. She knew well that her kind were treated worse than dogs and killed and maimed... and worse.

Today was just further proof of how lucky she had been. Her master and mistress, both human and well into their early forty's were taking their eldest daughter to pick out a pup for showing. Many of the other shoppers, she could tell, were not looking for house pets. The mistress had Colleen dressed in fine silks for the occasion, a dark blue shortened kimono with knee high matching socks and wooden sandals. The leash her mistress led her with was just as silken and just for looks. Following a step or two behind her mistress she eyed the wolves that were chained up and for sale. Some in human form, others as wolves. Colleen judged them as potential threats. Even if they were shopping for their daughter's pet, it didn't mean they couldn't find ... a replacement. Not that she'd given them reason to. She rolled over and played dead with the best of them, but better safe than sorry.

"Well isn't she just lovely" Colleen looked over at the pup who had caught her mistress' attention. The white wolf pup was pretty, her speckled markings making her fur more valuable in the show ring.

"Now dear don't get too close" Her master warned off his wife even as he looked the pup over. "We can be sure she's not as well trained as Colleen is at least... What do you think Sara?"

The daughter nodded her head, "She's got a nice coat, do you think she'd do well?"

"Well enough. We'd have to get a breeder to ensure you a winner but since you're impatient I think this one will be a safe bet." Colleen's master had apparently decided because he gestured the two women along before giving her orders. "Sit, stay. If any other buyers come by let them know this one is no longer available." After sitting down beside the bed and responding with a nod her owners left the room and Colleen turned her attention to the pup on the bed.

"Do you bite?" She asked Mouse curious to know this wolf's human appearance, but not stupid enough to reach over and tamper with a potentially rabid wolf's collar.

She spun around to look the new wolf stright in the eyes, she was a bit surprised and mad at herself for not noticing him sooner. "I'm not asking for assistance. I need assistance, I don't need anyone's approval to get it, so I'm simply stating that I want it off. Do you have a problem with that?" She continued to stare at him still staying aware of the other two. As far as she knew they were all out to get her, in fact they had something she wanted and they might know that they could make her done whatever they wanted because they now held the key to her offical freedom. Now she didn't hate her fellow werewolves, but she still wasn't really happy with them. If they had wanted her to be free why hadn't they gotten her out before her mother died and she was collared? All they did was keep her dying in a cabniet.

Smiling as best as a pup could, Mouse shook her head and wagged her tail. She had always loved to act like a real dog, and she was enjoying this much more. Since they were humans/vampires, they couldn't understand her when she talked as a werewolf, and only as a human. Leaning as far down as she could, Mouse grabbed her overalls and white shirt from underneath the bed and shrugged. Placing the clothes carefully back down under the bed, she turned her attention back on Colleen's Master. For the first time in her life, Mouse noticed that she had golden, autumn eyes, which reflected off of Colleen's Master's eyes. Sitting like a dog would sit, she wagged her tail and tilted her head, offering Colleen's Master to pet her if she liked.

Kanth shook his head saddened by this young ones look upon her brothers "Even in our times of need we still must be kind too our brothers and sisters If we want to stay away from what the apes and the parasites have become. If we all become like you then I would rather stay chained up than follow this new waive of foolish young lings like you." Kanth then looked at the other two now ignoring the foolish young blood. "So You two escaped from the mines? Tough work I am glad to see two strapping young men like you survive that horrible place." He smiled as he felt the breezes fly through his long hair and heard the blissful sound of leaves flying in the wind. That is when He realized that they where still quite close to the wall. "However right now is not a time nor the place for us to be talking or lingering for long. So if you are willing to de-collar-ify us then I would be grateful. If not we must move now before they come after us. Do we all agree?" Kanth said as he looked at the three young bloods waiting for response from them all so that they could get out of here.

Rita did actually feel bad about the way she had acted, but she wasn't going to let them know that. It would be a sign of weakness according to her and she was not about to let anyone think she was weak.

When the older one stopped talking she nodded in an agreement, "Fine, I'll go along with that as long as we have truce. You guys don't hurt me and I won't hurt you. Also along the way I will try to get us something to eat. I don't know about you three, but I'm starving." That was as close of an apology as those three would ever be able to get out of her, she had never been good at it or needed to. Actually when you think about it she haas basically no social skills, but she was proud of herself for being able to come up with that much of an apology and hoped they'd see it as one.

She now looked at the younges of the group, "If you want to wait until later to remove our collars that is fine. It is up to you." She really wanted it off now, but she didn't have the key and apperently her earlier behavior was concidered unacceptable.

Colleen watched as her Mistress nodded approvingly and gestured her over before taking Colleen's collar off. Though she didn't show it she internally bristled at the missing object. Sure, her masters trusted her enough to remove the collar at their home, but she felt exposed here. If her owners were distracted and a hunter happened by, all they'd see is a werewolf without a collar. As is was the human woman fixed Colleen's collar around Mouse's neck. Her mistress had an eye for fashion and was probably already picking out a wardrobe and using Colleen's collar as a comparison. After assuring the salesmen that they would use Colleen's collar they led the pup back outside and the three humans were about to be heading home when it happened.

The first hunter that came around the building saw Colleen and gave the alarm. "One of the escaped wolves are over here!" It took Colleen all of three seconds to realize it was her the hunter was running towards. Though running wasn't smart staying was less so. Mistake or not, the hunter wouldn't ask questions till it was too late. That aside instinct screamed for her to bolt and she did so knocking the useless leash that was now attached to Mouse out of her mistress' hands by accident. If the pup followed or stayed she had no clue, all she knew was if she didn't run her position as a pet would be over anyway.

Shaking her head wildly, Mouse attempted to shake the collar off and put it back onto Colleen with her mouth. That was easy, because the collar was a bit too big for her, and fell instantly. Still with her own collar over her neck (it was hidden by Colleen's), she flattened her ears to her head and stared at the ground. Was she going to get in trouble for this? Maybe. Chances were they'd take her back to that place and make her wait longer for someone, who was probably evil and wanted to hurt her. Staring at the hunter with a whip in hand, a tear fell from her eye. Oh no, she hated the whip.

"SHUT UP!" Ryan yelled, after Matthew had been trying to speak. Notably, somehow everyone missed Matthew and Ryan transform back into human form, get dressed, and take out the key. Probably due to arguing. "Thank you" Matthew noted. He then proceeded to unlock everyone's collars.

"Better?" he asked, before he heard a stick break, about 2 miles off. It was a quiet forest....mainly because everything within 10 miles of the place where slaves were kept was brutally murdered. Mattthew and Ryan looked at each other and then noted "Well, i think its time to run....". They had started running already in the other dirrection, unintentionally grabbing whoever was closest.........

Matthew and Ryan both ran in the same direction, but it was clear which one was halfblood. Mainly is, while Matthew was just as fast as Ryan, he had a fairly notably limp when he walked in his right leg. And while everyone was beaten, the vampires or humans never did anything to damage their slaves....mostly..... Only a pureblood would do that to a halfblood.

Yep, what could possibly go wrong now.....

As the two boys began to run Kanth decided that the smarter idea would be to transform. So why not do both? As he ran Kanth jumped into the air still carrying his forward momentum and began to change. By the time he was halfway to the ground Kanth's cloths had been torn to shreds and he was fully turned. Getting on all four paws he barked at the others saying "Run like that and they will catch you fools, Vampires are faster than we are in human form" and with that Kanth ran ahead of them hoping that they would follow his lead and transform. It was the only way that there kind could escape there vampiric pursuers

Rita saw him transform knew that would possibly be best. She hadn't had much experience being in wolf form. Even though she grew up without a collar she had always avoided changing because it made it so much harder to move in her tiny confined space.

She copied Kanth though, running and transforming at the same time, her clothes shreded as she transformed, hopefully that wouldnt be too much of a problem in the future, but she wasnt thinking a out that now. She wasn't the prettiest wolf around, she was just had long plain brown fur with her brown eyes, she was much prettier in her human form. When she first started running she was a little wobbly, not used to running on four legs. Eventually she got the hang of it and her tail was wagging happily as she ran catching up to Kanth. This had to be the happiest moment of her life.

Matthew and Ryan had kept running for a reason. They weren't coming in one direction. One hunter, one of the ones that got up earlier, aimed at the huge werewolf that was Rita, but right before he could fire, Matthew gave him a good right hook. Matthew had become very good at that. He and Ryan quickly picked up his gun, and shot another hunter that had just lined up a shot on Kanth. That was actually pure luck. Well, that and learning how to throw stones helped his aim. Thats when they jumped up in the air, while yanking off their shorts and shirts, and shifting, now that they had done that, managing to destroy them. Kanth also barked at them, but the one downside of being in werewolf form, nothing you said was really audible, you could try sounding it out, but that took awhile sometimes, so they had NO clue what Kanth said.

They ran, and ran fast. And i mean they ran. They ran past Kanth and Rita. Surviving in the mines meant you had to become fast, strong, and bright.

They ran so fast. Reaching up to speeds not reached in so long. Past trees, faster then horses, faster then vampires. Faster.

Werewolves were back. Some had gotten free. This was the beginning. Whether they knew it or not, the entire field has changed. The bells rang.


And history would be changed..... (insert epic music here)

Kanth kept himself at a pace he knew he would have to run fast. But it didn't seem like the two boy's ahead of him realized that they would also have to run for a long time. He continued to think to himself "Remember Fast steady, Fierce, Precise, and always honorably" His father had drilled that into his head Kanth never understood why he needed to know this. But he knew that at the very least the first part of his fathers "wisdom" Was useful for him now. Kanth continued to run not bothering to catch up to the boys. He loved the feeling of the wind in his deep black fur. As the sun shown down upon him through the trees the red of his fur glinted with an almost glow as he and the girl ran through the woods finally free. Finally finally, finally free.

She was greatful to the younger werewolf that saved her from being shot, by one of the hunters. She was tempted to actually run back and fight the hunters off once he did that, but based on how quickly that had run off after disabling them from attacking them she knew that the smarter thing to do was to keep running. She hoped that she'd be able to run for as long as the others, but her being a half blood ment that she got hungery much faster and she was already staving. How long would she be able to keep this up before she fainted from lack of energy?

She knew that she couldn't think about food right now, even though she'd have loved to turn around and grab the hunters to use as a nice meal. Nevertheless she continued to run behinded the eldest of the wolves. For now she was free and it felt great.

Now, obviously there were many more werewolves that escaped besides them, but they all ran in other directions. SOme of them even snagged a key probably.

But right now, they ran, and ran fast. Also, vampire hunters were also following them, some of the first that always stay on guard. A silver bullet passed 1 inch to the left of Kanth. Very close. A few more followed, there were at least 5 hunters. They werent as fast, but they had ranged weapons. SO yeah, going as fast as possible would be a good idea.

Thats when they reached a river. The Vampires were mainly using scent at the moment to track them, and going across a river would have them lose it. Matt and Ryan ran across, and the water felt good anyways. Probably their first bath in forever...

At the other side of the river, they went further into the forest before waiting for the others they had met before. But they stayed in werewolf form, just in case.....
