"No, not a crazed gunman Dad, I'm an assassin. "

HOW SHE IS: In towns or cities, Scarlette is the opposite of how she is in battle or traveling the wastes. She enjoys company of others to a certain extent, she can be flirtatious at times but mostly only when she's tipsy, and she likes to joke around and take serious subjects lightly. Once she leaves the gates or perimeter of those places, she becomes incredibly quiet and she'd be cautious of the area around her. Her role as a silent-killing sniper plays part in her actions for she prefers sneak attacks over running head on into battles. Her personality proves to be determined and deadly in battle, all without sound.
EQUIPMENT:
A decent amount of rifle rounds, some spare 12.7 bullets, about 13 lockpicks, a small canteen of purified water, rad-x, a few stimpaks, a bobble-head, and a scope that attaches to her rifle.
WEAPONS & TOYS:
Medicine Stick - primary weapon used for sniping. It's her favorite gun and it's pretty worn out from the years it has serviced.
Silenced 12.7 pistol - secondary gun, hardly used, but useful.
Frag Grenades - attached to a strap that wraps around her torso diagonally.
A single Bottlecap Mine for a Deathclaw or Super Mutant Behemoth encounter-- as rare as they may be, she's prepared.
Knock-Knock- axe used for melee.
HISTORY: Scarlette was born and raised in California by a single-father who taught her the beauty of guns and lockpicking. When she turned 18, she was recruited into the NCR. After hearing stories of people who fought head-on dying or never returning, she believed attacking from a distance was a much better option. For a year, the NCR allowed her to return home for a while before she and a group of other rangers were sent to Texas to investigate an important "current situation." When they arrived, the group was set-up on a one-way trip to death. Apparently, the NCR had no more desire to keep that group because they believed they were Caesar's Legion spies. Only a handful of the troops survived- but the NCR announced they were dead. Disgusted by their ignorant betrayal, she decided to start fresh. She kept a small part of the armor and incorporated other armors to create light and handy armor that would suffice for her skills.
She had created the perfect motorcycle, crafted from used clips, shells, tires, sunset sarsaparilla and nuka cola bottles, as well as "recycled" armor. However, as she drove it 20 miles from where she crafted the beast, it broke-down. She chucked it off the road and walked the rest of the way to where she resides now. Her goal is to find the perfect set of materials needed to repair it before a raider or traveling merchant discovers it.
Her father is still alive- somewhere out in the Californian wastes; her mother's location or status is completely unknown.
CHILDHOOD:
Scar never had a mother, at least to remember, and her father doesn't mention her. Even if her mother is alive out in the wastes somewhere, Scar doesn't really care. She figures that her corpse is rotting somewhere or that she is in a Vault.
Scar has an older brother that works for the Brotherhood of Steel, but she's never actually encountered one of them to know where they are or how to get to them. She heard rumors of their base being in the DC area, but it's much too far to even think about going.
NOWADAYS:
Scarlette travels a lot, but once she gets to a town or city she stays for long periods of time before leaving again. She could be, but hardly accepts, to do mercenary work. She likes to spend time in saloons, or bars, to drink and meet people. She does repairs for odd-jobs to get caps to get her by and out of places.
