Introduction
The year is 2277, the place is The Windy Wasteland, what was known as the area of Chicago and Detroit. The nuclear bombs devastated the cities, leaving only destruction in their path. The United States of America built their citizens shelters, these shelters were known as Vaults. Only the humans within the Vaults survived, after a time had passed the Vaults were opened, and the survivors emerged, to find that their earth, was for ever change. Proud and tall skyscrapers now lay in ruins, once beautiful meadows and fields now are scarred and wrecked rock, the entire cities lain to waste, now all that remains are bastions of human hope and survival in the wasteland, the Windy Wastelands. Factions, have formed, the sinister Enclave's influence invades the northern reaches of the Original United States of America. The Brotherhood of Steel, sent their own troops to the Windy Wastes, in search of the vehicles the city once known as Detroit was famed to produce. Now even as the war between the Brotherhood of Steel and the Enclave rages on, raiders, the sick torturous bandits of the wastes, the slavers and the regulators, self appointed peace keepers and justice bringers of the wastes, fight their own war.

The Motown:A city made from old wrecked cars. Located in the heart of Detroit
Notable People- Jack Michealson= Civilian Major of the town
Alice Redman= Military Commander in charge of the police force.
The Palace: Based off the ruins of the Palace of Auburn Hills,it is a strong hold for the Brotherhood.Located a short while away from Detroit Ruins.
Notable People- Elder Wallace=Leader of The Brotherhood of Steel in the Windy Wastelands.
The Tower: A Skyscraper that survived the blast, now serves as the Enclave base of operations, In the Heart of Chicago
Notable People- Harold Carver Jr.= President of the Enclave, a bigot that hates ghouls and the Brotherhood of Steel.
O'Hare Town: The old O'Hare Chicago Airport being put to good use a short distance from Chicago
Notable People- Lawrence O'Hare=Political and Military leader of O'Hare town, he took his name after taking over leader ship.
Zack Kelly= Leader of the Church that worships the flying ace O'Hare(Airport's namesake).

Max ran a hand through his hair walking into the bar a smile on his face as he looked around marking all the hunnies, to talk to later. He shut his eyes as he sat down at the bar taking one stool as his seat "I'll take a water" he said lightly to no one in particular.

Cassandra Reddin saw the newcomer walk in and payed almost no attention to him, instead just seeing him as another client, and not particularly dangerous. She looked down at her bottle, Nuka-Cola, it was such a simple drink but it was good, and cheaper than booze. She sighed and took another sip from the glass bottle.

Max opened one eye to see one of the hunnies across the bar looking at him, standing slowly he would walk over and smile "hey sweetie how about we have a drink together?" he tilted his head to one side his hands slipping one to the arrow quiver at his back and the other going into his pocket "I'll buy even" he gave her a slightly lopsided smile the hand coming out of his pocket to fix his glasses.

Cassandra Reddin glanced across the bar at the man and his charms she laughed to herself, and drank again from the cool bottle. She was playing it smart, sitting up against a wall, less chance of an attack from behind, she was in a corner, again, harder to sneak up on her, she could see almost the entire bar and the shadows hid her. She kept looking at the man, curious of his bow, and odd weapon to carry in the Wasteland, he was either a completely harmless idiot or dangerously insane Wastelander, either way they never lived too long.

Max sighed lightly "not interested?" he looked a little sad his smile dropping slightly "I mean I don't bite, whats the harm in it miss?" his hand adjusted the lid to his quiver making a slight sound as the metal lid flipped into his hand.

Cassandra Reddin giggled, "I never said I wasn't interested, take a seat, please." She smiled up at him, maybe a little bit of relaxation would be good for her, plus she could handle herself better than most others. "Get us something from the bar, if your paying make it...Scotch."

Max grinned sliding the lid back in place before he took a seat. Raising his left hand to the bartender he would wave then hold up two fingers, then finally four fingers. "The scotch will be here soon enough" he smiled lightly and leaned back the metal bow clanking lightly against his metal lid. "I'm Maximillion Regil, nice to meet you" he smiled to the bartender and payed him generously.

Max smiled lightly and began to roll his own scotch lightly around in his hands, not being much of a drinker. He lightly looked up at the way she addressed him "please please just call me Max."

Cassandra Reddin smiled back at him, and took a sip of the scotch, "Alright Max, what brings you to this.." She sighs and look around the bar, not a particularly fancy, or clean, or even good bar really. "Excuse my language but, shit hole." The girl took another sip of her scotch, maybe the bar was crap, but the drinks were better than she had expected.

Max sipped his scotch and then leaned back fixing his glasses "Well, it's close to my camp and I didn't want to walk to far for drinks and company today." he smiled lopsidedly again "and if it's such a bad place why are you here, hmm?"

Cassandra Reddin shrugged, "Cheap Drinks, and I'm not exactly swimming in caps right now." She looked at him for a moment and started thinking, was he really just being friendly or was he after something else, maybe a distraction.

Max winked lightly at her "well did you come for the cheap drinks or the cheap whores?" he laughed lightly almost falling through his seat before he sat back up and lightly took another drink from the scotch. "Balls in your court by the way" he yawned.

Cassandra Reddin laughed in return, after a while she takes another drink from the scotch, "If I wanted a cheap whore, would I be talking to you right now?" She took another drink from the scotch, and to be honest, she wasn't sure why she was in this particular bar. "Well then again, maybe I won't have to pay tonight," It was her turn to joke and she winked quickly at him.

Max slowly leaned forward resting himself carefully on the table "Well, maybe I'm the expensive one hmm?" he shut his eyes smiling "theres only one way to know right?"

Cassandra Reddin winked, "Who said you have to make caps off of it?" She leaned forward, and she realized she wasn't her usual self, but this man was very very, persuasive. "Of course Max, if you really wanted to make a quick buck..."

Cassandra Reddin smirked at him, "That sounds like a great idea, but I carry a little something on me for thee special occasions," She felt something was wrong, very wrong. Random flirters were never a common site, much less in a sleaze pit like this, this man was either after her or he was gonna try to rob her. Cassie reached into her pouch and dug around 'till she found her needle of Med-X, if she drove it into the man's neck she might be able to distract him long enough to make a break for it. In a flash, her hand flew out of her pouch, the gleaming tip of the syringe aiming for the man's neck...

Max shut his eyes a light sigh escaping his lips as she made the predictable move to attack out of fear, his right hand raised on instinct by now and would stop the moving hand by the forearm. He smiled lightly "oh so sorry, you think I'm a bad guy don't you?" he sighed and stood before turning his back and beginning to walk back to the bar.

Cassandra Reddin stood in shock, the guy was faster than he looked. The girl put the needle back in the pouch and turned around to leave and head for the door. She put her hand on the cold steel of the door, then turned around and called back, "Maybe another night Mr.Regil, but tonight I'm still not drunk enough, I'm sure it'll be fun when it comes though." Cassie winks at him and walks out the door, slinging her rifle on her back of the way out. Fun night, maybe it'll be better tomorrowshe thought as she wandered back to the Common House she was staying at.

Derva Belmont had touched down near by in a vertibird. Her and her crew of five including her headed to Motown. The five approached and entered into the town, three soldiers in power armor and the other two officers in uniform.

Adam Hale sits near a sputtering fire, half asleep. He looks up and down the street, making sure no Super Mutants are roaming, and leans up against the nearest wall, closing one eye.

Cassandra Reddin sat in her bunk at the Common House, she was cleaning her gun making sure it was ready to go, and not rusty. The Wastes made guns go bad quick. She heard a loud whining noise and quickly stowing away her kit and attaches the scope to her rifle, the goes out and watches the entrance to Motown, ready for an attack, so then she could run like hell.
