Santiago Academy.

The place where it can actually happen.

Young women and men who are striving to be the best enroll in this academy. Don’t be fooled, however. Even if you are accepted you can’t be promised that you’ll make it all the way through. You see, underneath this ingenious building is a scientific research lab. Each student makes their journey there on the fifth night of their stay. None of them ever return the same.

Because Santiago Academy is creating an army.

And they are striving to create a perfect world.

A Utopia.

Once more, don’t be fooled. Even if a perfect world was to be created, these “superior” people would be the heads. But these people, the students of the academy, cannot be considered normal any longer. They may appear normal, sound normal, and appear the same as they were before entering, but they are not.

The students of Santiago Academy have been gifted.

The abilities they are given in the lab will shape the world for what is to come. Of course these abilities aren’t like the children’s ideas of super heroes. None of them can control fire or fly. No, instead these abilities enhance them as humans. To be superiors. Such abilities would include night-vision, enhanced hearing, incredible speed, empathy, and many many more.

But what the leaders of the Academy don’t know is that forces are building.

These forces are so close that they can’t even be detected.

They are the very students of the Academy itself.

Two secret groups have been formed to destroy Santiago Academy from the inside out: the Fallen and the Ravens. The Fallen are made up of five women and the Ravens of five men. If they can come together to dismantle the Academy once and for all, they could save thousands upon thousands of lives. So will you do it? Will you risk it all to save those you love?

Oh, forgive me, I forgot to mention. The genders aren’t allowed to interact with each other what so ever. So how are you going to do it? You could always run away from the academy, though that would defeat the destruction inside the school. You could always have secret meetings underneath the school in the tunnels, the level just above the lab. Or you could join the Scorpians, a student rebel group who reside in the forest surrounding the school. Each is equally as dangerous: running will only make them follow, secret meetings could bring unwanted visitors, and the Scorpians – a fairly violent and bloodthirsty group – want to kill as well as dismantle.

You must choose one, my child.

But choose quickly.
