Empire City is also home to some of Japan greatest warlords and since it has its own military base, this place won't be getting stormed by bandits anytime soon. Not to mention that this also used to be the home of The Blackguard. Other than that, the city also bolsters nice commerce and trade, since there is a lot of money there, nothing but the best can be found in the city.

OOC Notes
Saito Renbara walked the streets of Empire City, casually sifting through the crowd bringing no attention to himself, even though he carried a good number of swords at his side. These six katanas were his Dragon Fangs, and if he ever had to draw all six, death was near to be sure. As he made his way throught the city he finally reached his destination, the center of the city, and the location of the military base. He had no plans to attack it at the moment, yet, he sought only to observe his future target.
"Heavily fortified, just like I thought. This will be fun." He grinned as he looked at the massive building. "I'm dying to take a crack at it..." He gave one last look, then turned and left. It was about time he returned to the Kraken Headquarters. As he left the gates of Empire City he gave a sigh of relief. He hated the place, with its snobby atmosphere, where nobles preyed on the poor. Well, soon it wouldn't matter, as he planned to see this city ablaze. As Saito headed to the woods where he his his horse, he suddenly became surrounded by a group of men.
"Well, what do we have here? Some noble out on his own. Those are some fancy swords you got there...they must be heavy, so why don't you let us help you with those." The leader of the group said. Saito gave a small smile.
"Thanks for your generosity, but I think I can manage. Thanks anyway." Saito started to walk forward to move past them, but the leader drew a sword to stop him. The others followed suit.
"I didn't wanna have to kill you, but its more fun this way!" The leader charged, and in flash Saito had one sword drawn, and the leader was cut in half vertically. The others first looked in shock, then charged.
"Such good henchmen, to charge like that..." Saito guarded against all seven of them with his single sword. The bandits had an agape expression. "Unfortunately, I don't have time to play..." With another flash Saito swirled his katana around, turning the bandits into a bloody mess. He then sighed. "That was pointless. I hate weak people...Oh well, I suppose I should be heading back."

Ok thanks Soni, but I wouldn't want you to RP so many characters. It makes a person very tired as and it will make your posts suffer.
So I will re-post this RP.

This is a post to officially offer to assume whatever roles need to get filled to start this rp. Im working on a profile for the master of the school now, and if you need a rival I can do that and maybe double as the evil one??? If y'all wanted I could Re-Post this RP. So that way you all would have a fresh start, with the chance of new people joining. It wouldn't take that long, all it is is a lot of copying and pasting, then y'all could just pick up after the time-jump.

I'm here!! oh, and if writers block is an issue for people, I can post the introduction to both the Kraken meeting and the Shifting Shadow's, as I have two characters. But only if I'm needed to, i'm not trying to take over or anything.

Uh... me I guess. Although I'm not entirely sure how I became Kraken leader. Then again, I'm not complaining considering it's like, the first position of power I've ever held in an rp. :D

Well, to me the rp was dead and so I was going to declare it as so. But as long as people are posting and enjoying my rp, then it is alive. However I will be dropping out. It was my original intention not take place in this rp, but after I made such a amazing character, I just had to use him...
So just treat my characters as NPC's because I might decide to re-join later... Since they will be Important NPC's, you are still allowed to have interactions with them and god mod a little bit. I will still remain the active GM, so I will always be watching over the rp.
Even though I never made the initial post, I would like everyone to continue as if the time-jump has happened. So it is a month later. All the Krakens are supposed to be reporting back to the leader, you all posts should begin there. As for everyone else, y'all should start off in the school and preparing to go on a mission that you have heard rumors about. Whenever Neon returns I will help him develop the post to contain the necessary info about the mission.
