Introduction
Preface
Two thousand years ago three immortal beings now known as the 'guild masters' created the three guilds of power and with them ushered in the 'age of creation', a thousand year time of peace and prosperity, during this time each of the guilds created their own laws and moral codes that governed there members. The guilds are as follows:
Divinity
The Divinity is the guild of logic, honor, purity, and light.
This guild values the purity of its causes and members more than anything, its grand goal being to purify all of life by any means necessary.
The magic of this guild is comprised of Creating and bending light, summoning spirits of light, purification spells, magic of the mind, suppressing others magic and control over the element of fire it being considered by them the original source of light instead of a weapon.
This guild is centered in the city of Athendra.
Order of the Golden Rose
This guild represents freedom, nature and life.
This guild offers freedom to all its members and seeks to end all conflict and let life continue as it was before.
The magic of the Golden Rose is mostly comprised of shamanism and natural magic such as summoning and growing plants to desired shapes but also have the powers of the wind and sky including weather and flight.
The Golden Rose is centered in the city of veis.
The House of Blood
The House of Blood is the guild of death, destruction, darkness and chaos.
This guild seeks destruction to all of the world and enslavement of all other life for its gain.
This guild uses the magic of necromancy, dark summoning, destruction, poison and control over all the elements with a taint of darkness.
The home city of this guild is Nemaria
At the end of the 'age of creation' the House of Blood struck out at the capitol city with their legions of undead and dark forces, that the other two guilds had no knowledge existed, and took the throne of the high king this beginning the 'age of despair'. The Bloods reign of power continued for more than a thousand years until a high priest of each guild came forth and sealed the dark forces of magic away in the tomb of the fallen king, this gate was later named the gate of time. little did the priests know that in two short years the dark forces would break the seals upon the tomb just as the new king is crowned and send the world of Terrera into the void of time where all of the past and present have become connected on one never ending plane of existence and the survivors of this catastrophe were thrown into the very heart of the sands of time to make their way home... to war

In the heart of this city is a beautiful white tower that stands above all else in the sky line, this is the spire of the heavens, the home of the Divinity guild and where the 'guild master' of light sits upon the throne of crystal
Veis- city of the tree, the city of Veis is a forest within the walls vines having grown over everything creating its own ecosystem
At the center of the city is the great tree of life with its roots and canopy making the stronghold of the Golden Roses guild and at the heart of all this is the throne of nature where sits another of the great 'guild masters'
Nemaria- the city of secrets, little is known about this city hidden in a network of caves and tunnels but what is known is that no one comes back out alive when they enter the labyrinth of tunnels around it and that the throne of darkness lies somewhere within the city along with the House Of Blood
Seigneur- the city of the nobles, this is the city of aristocrats and the high throne of the king

Waa stands alone in the tower at the heart of the city Athendra peering out the many windows at the glimmering city he pondering something,
"messenger!" he waits for a messenger to enter then proclaims, "go find the high mage Casian Polarus and tell him his council is needed immediately." as the messenger leaves Waa goes to the throne and sits upon it waiting impatiently as he taps his finger nails on the arm of the throne.

Casian watched the Messenger come and go from beyond a haze of rippling light, smirking as he was sent away to summon him. It had been only a few moments since the Guild Master had entered and yet this new spell he had been using seemed to have fooled the man to his presence. Bending the light in the room to make him unnoticeable he waited for him to drum his fingers, which he did in his usual fashion. “You’ll wear your fingers to the bone if you don’t kick that habit.” He said suddenly, stepping out from his curtain of light to lean against one of the pillars.
“I wonder how long the poor messenger will search for me?” he mused as he looked to the Guild Master floating above his chair, “Any reason particular you need to see me?”

Looks at him with a look of annoyance but stops the tapping,"isnt there always a reason these days?" Waa pulls a world map out of his sleeve and rolls it out in front of him it floating in the air like it’s on a table, “my intelligence sources (Saalus Dalairmir) just informed me that a mass of Blood soldiers has been growing on the edge of the dark lands," Waa bends the light to make small flames where the encampments are, "I’m thinking of dispatching an attack force of a thousand angels to stop the problem before its beyond our control. What’s your take on this plan of action?"

He looked over the plans for a few minutes and scratched his chin as he watched the figures move. “Are you jumping the gun? Dispatching so many troops to deal with such a small force that has yet to enter our territory is asking for trouble.” He postured as she summoned a few candle like structures made of bolts of lightning that he moved to form a horseshoe that bordered their lands between the fire and the light side of the map.
“Sending half that many with a few upper maguses could prove to be enough to turn them back, without battle…” he paused, “Though, if they do plan to mount an attack you would be best sending 750 if not more along with a full squadron of heroes.” He said before stepping back. His eyes shifted, a large pyramid of pure light appeared and floated over to back up the forces. “If you are so worried, I’ll go their myself to ensue nothing goes wrong.” He offered, the pyramid clearly being him.

Thinks about this proposition for a moment, "we need to speak to the Golden Rose first it’s too close to their capitol for us to send troops without their consent on the matter." Waa sends a messenger to find Ashley Oakenwood and request her presence before making the decision final decision about troops to send.

“That’s a bit impertinent, asking another master to come see you, perhaps you should meet in the middle.” He suggested a she walked toward the door, “I’ll go get the team ready then, good luck Waa.” He said loudly as he reached the doors. A set of armed guards burst into the room having finally realized he was there. They all stood stock still as he passed between them, each looking annoyed, “Seven times.” He said without looking at them and they all bowed begrudgingly to him as he exited, having just once again ‘assassinated’ his friend.
He headed down toward the battlegrounds, calling the sergeant to his side, “Get me Clide, Mathers, and Alvaraz.” He instructed, the man saluting and heading off to find the people. He found the first two young men easily, but had to look about for Cinder Alvaraz, the young lady who the High Magus had shown decent interest in recently. “Alvaraz, Lord Polarus needs you at the training ground!” he called, his voice echoing around the barracks.
He headed down toward the battlegrounds, calling the sergeant to his side, “Get me Clide, Mathers, and Alvaraz.” He instructed, the man saluting and heading off to find the people. A few minutes after Casian leaves Waa loses interest in the view of the city and does something that surprises everyone he floating out of the throne room and to the barracks speaking to one of the generals before finding Casian, "I have something you need to see before you pick all of your troops for this mission."

Clyde yawned and looked around. Blood stained his clothes, while dead bodies layed around him. He rubbed the back of his head and sighed, "Ah.. my clothes are dirty." he muttered. He didnt kill all these people without a reason. In fact.. they were the ones who attacked him first. Clyde was simply... defending himself. From a broken window, a small black bird flew in, with a chirp. Tilting his head, Clyde put a finger, letting the bird land on it. "You missed it, but whatever." he said walking out of the building. "What to do...?" he asked himself before yawning once more. A nap sounded good..

Cinder felt her hear thump furiously as she ducked from a flying fist, kicking out her leg and it connected with her opponent’s stomach. She heard him grunt then felt his foot hit her side roughly, falling to the stone ground with a soft expiration of her breath. ‘That hurt,’ She thought to herself before rolling over, quickly avoiding the foot that was about to kick her in her head and jumped out lithely. Briskly whisking her hands out she managed to punch him two times in the chest and herd him laugh.
“Good hit Alvaraz but we all know who’s better at this,” She heard Kelsier say, just as he caught her fist in his hands when she went for a third punch.
“Ah, but we all know I’ll always outsmart you,” Cinder laughed, wincing a little when he started to squeeze his hand around hers. Though her foot was quicker than the kick she saw would come. She quickly kicked her opponent in the hip, unlodging her hand that was stuck in his that was followed by an open hand blow to his left collarbone that would leave her assailant breathless. She then quickly pushed the man on the floor, using her small body to knock him over. As he crashed to the ground Cinder smirked, placing her foot over the man’s chest.

Waa lets his ego go to his head and glares at Cinder for not bowing to him first, "here’s a perfect test subject to fight my Illuminator unit, dont you agree casian?" smiles it obvious he thinks his illuminator will give cinder a good beating.

The tall man in the white chainmail armor looked from her to the Illuminators, “If she’s confident afterward she can still perform as a good Sergeant, I have no issues with it.” he said. Polarus had just made the comment in good fun. The challenge was an order from the Guild master, and not to be overridden.
Though within, He was wondering of these Illuminator’s powers, he would watch, and if it went poorly he would make an example of them, the troops were around, so this was a good time to reinforce the Higherarch.

"Then it’s settled. Each of you take a side of the practice field and arm yourselves as you chose." the practice field clears off as the illuminator goes to the west half of the marked field it taking no weapons with it and takes a fighting pose

Ashley was enjoying the coolness of the springwater when she heard someone stumbling through the forest and cursing. She got up slowly and quietly made her way from tree to tree and climbed up like a shadow and peered down at the stranger. He was wearing all white and and had all the markings of the Divinity. She sighed softly and dropped down in front of buddy as silent as a cat. He jumped and brought out a pretty dagger, and then realizing she was naked, blushed deeply. "Um...um..I need to see the guild master of this wood". The nymph in her laughed at his shyness and she moved his dagger so it pointed to the ground. Her touch made him blush deeper and he quickly put it away. She laughed a soft laugh.
"I am her, what does the Divinity want with me? If its to convert me forget it, I am much to wild for your lawful ways". The man eyed her, as if trying to decide if she spoke the truth. Clearly, she wore no markings. Whether it was eagerness to get out of the forest or fear of angering one in their own territory he cleared his throat and quickly said, "The guild master of Divinity wishes to see you, I am to guide you". She raised an eyebrow. "Really? How interesting. Did he say why?" The messenger shook his head. She sighed and played with her hair, "I guess I shall come, though I will likely beat you back. I'll have one of the others escort you back". The messenger, still uncomfortable, cleared his throat again and said, "Um, ok, where should I meet them?" she smiled. "Oh don't worry, you're very easy to find". She left the messenger scratching his head and sniffing himself.
She went to the grand tree they called home and slipped in quietly. She called to one of her lessers, the one she trusted most. A satyr who stood taller then most, suggesting a half breed, came in. He had mud colored fur, black horns, and his flesh was golden. "I have to go to Athendra, apparently the guild master seeks to meet". The satyr folded his arms and looked at her, "Are you sure that's safe?" She looked at him and laughed warmly, "They are the order of light, they probably beat each other with pillows" she winked at him and the satyr smiled. "I will watch things while you are away".
She dressed herself, knowing how uncomfortable the people in the city got. She wore a pale green top with only one shoulder strap, a matching short skirt, dark brown leggings, and soft leather shoes. She brushed her hair and braided and grabbed a pack and gathered the necessary things. She climbed the stairs to the top of the tree and looked to the sky. She closed her eyes and gracefully turned into an eagle and took to the skies.
It took her half the time to get to Athendra and as she landed in the city and changed back, she felt weary. She made her way to the crystal tower and walked up to the guards. "I am the guild master of the golden rose, I was summoned by your leader" They looked at each other, "Really, and how do you intend to prove that?" She looked at him, "Really, I'm the only person in the city not wearing white and wear the colors of nature." The guard sighed and said to the other, "Get someone to verify". The guard went inside and Ashley just sighed.

The guard returns in a matter of moments, "the guild master is not in the tower at the moment... he is at the city barracks." the guard secretly wishes for her to leave him to his job before a high priest walks out the front gate and scolds the guard sending him away after an abrupt smack leaving the imprint of his ring next to the guards eye, "i apologize for his rudeness If you would please follow me to the Guild Master," he leads her to the practice ground just as Waa begins to declare the fight.

Cinder listened quietly as Waa suggested that she fight the illuminator, the thing looking fierce and angry, almost glowing in its power. She didn’t really know how she would fight the thing. It was a tall and well muscled man who seemed to be almost lit on fire with skin that looked armored. She faintly heard the other men agree and heard something about her being as confident as a sergeant and smiled, her face angled towards the ground. She would fight the odd thing and hopefully win, she wanted to prove herself to these men.
“Thank you for choosing me Lord Waa,” Cinder said, bowing slightly to the man and nodding in respect to her sergeant.
Cinder walked over to the East end of the field and took out her twin glass daggers, holding one in each hand, twirling them around softly. Eyeing the illuminator she noticed a fleshy looking spot located on the bottom of its stomach. It’s where she would attack it.

[Illuminator] In front of the illuminator rises a wall of pure white flames. Arrows of fire fly out of the wall and go everywhere showering the training ground in these arrows. The wall then disappearing, to the surprise of everyone but Waa, the illuminator no longer behind it.

Cinder watched as a wall of white flames erupted from the ground, shielding the illuminator from Cinder. She felt growing unease at this and tensed. Suddenly arrows came flying out of the fire wall and darted towards her. She ducked downs, frantic to get out of the way of the arrows though she felt one graze her arms and winced as she felt the blood start to trickle down it. “You sure are trying very hard to impress the Third…” Casian said with a sigh to the Guild Master, indicating he believed this whole display was more him showing off than actual training. “Still, perhaps you should attend to your guest.” He said before turning to smile to the Guild Master of the woods. Her aura was unmistakable and easily sensed the moment she was near.
“Madam Oakenwood. A pleasure to see you after so long.” He said with a slight bow. A few of the men kneeling in respect while others simply ignored it to watch the fight.

The illuminator forms from an arrow behind you if pulling a flame arrow from thin air and managing to stab it into the back of your shoulder though in its haste it leaving its stomachs weak point wide open to your dagger.

Cinder gasped as she felt a fiery arrow pierce her back, stars exploding inside of her eyes. She felt the heat melt of the back of her shirt and felt blood start to blossom from the wound, her skin groaning in protest from the heat of the flames. Though Cinder saw her opening, the soft flesh of the illuminators stomach and taking one of her daggers she lunged, piercing the things stomach. She didn’t intend to kill it, just enable it from harming her more. She looked into its eyes that seemed so emotionless, glowing with a fiery passion.

If she had been a magus she might have sensed the things aura in the arrow and been able to prevent it, but that was when she scored a hit at its weakness and he decided that was enough. This thing had proven to have some tricks but had made such an error and its abilities had been made clear. “Enough.” He said softly.

The sky darkened as his pale feet passed the threshold that was the city of Athendra rain started to fall from the sky in sheets… not even the world was happy to see such a monster that now walked through one of the few pure places. He came towards the tower his nose picking up the sickly sweet scent of nature… so she was already here. He moved swiftly leaping onto the rooftops and sprinting down jumping over the breaks before coming to a stop on the outside of the ring. “How improper… two Guild masters coming together to discuss how to attack the third… I expect such low blows from you Waa… but not from my sweet beloved Ashley… I am heart broken that you’d even consider talking to that…” He grimaced in disgust as he looked at Waa. “Thing…” He said with a long over pronounced bow. “Either way were all here now… instead of running around behind my back Waa… speak your mind to my personally…” Death polluted his breath… to the point most people couldn’t so much as breath without gagging.

The illuminator falls to the ground its eyes closing and it appearing at peace," that’s my cue," says Waa as he darts onto the field in a flash of light .Waa's crystals form a dome around the illuminator just before it explodes into a vortex of flame Waa’s crystals containing it so no one is hurt but the effects of the flames are shown by the crater left where the body was just before. Addresses Casian as if no one else is there, "that’s there talent, not even a DEATH LORD can turn these things against there owner..." looks at MieCara then walks over to Cinder and heals her wounds," you passed... now if you dont mind we three," looks around at the guild lords," can finish this convorstation in my tower."

Clyde woke up from his little nap when the bird pecked him gently. He opened his eyes, that almost seemed to glare, before softening. He jumped off the tree easily landing on his feet. "Guild master... huh?" he muttered before grinning. "Hmm... it should be interesting." The bird cocked its head from side to side before hopping onto his shoulders. He looked up as it started to rain, and sighed. Mumbling something under his breath, he started to head towards the Divinity guild stretching. "You might not like our guildmaster. He doesnt like nature.. that includes you. You probably wont like him either." he said. The bird chirped as if complaining to him befoe flying off. He smiled before jumping onto the roof, and peered down, seeing his guild master along with the Divinity members. He kept his distance, and silently watched them.

I know but there was a major skip and change in storyline to the point that all the characters would need to be changed and the places so i feel a new RP was needed because of all the change so its a totaly diffrent thought just with people who have already goten to know one anothers so im giving it the begining of its own chapter

Okay, so that was fun and all but one thing for future referance Waa. Don;t make an entirely new RP for the sequels if you want to have a long and prosperous one. I've been part of Carnes High (third longest RP Baby w00t!) since it began and the trick to having an enduring RP is to just keep it goind with those that have stuck around. We finished the original storyline months ago and have just made a new one, and then another, and then another, i think we're on canon 6 or 7 now... point being is that making another one just kills your GM stats, but live and learn right.

I do truly apologize for the quickness of this RP i should have slowed the events down like i do intend to do in the next being it how they have to find the kids one by one, then find the relics one by one (intended just to make more time for internal conflict and character development this RP was lacking in the most severe way) so it will have much more time and factors involved than just straight forward into conflict like this one
