Introduction
The world has slowly developed into several large powers, dividing it into more then one Empire in the world. Technology has advanced, introducing to the war zones the Mecha Frames, battle suits piloted from the inside. At first, they were only used for enforcing law and security. The seperation between the powers were maintained neutral, until one day that effected everyone.
It was 8 years ago, when a strange power was bestowed onto people depending on their deepest desire. This event was kept hidden, since most of the ones that recived it were the world leaders themselves. Their position in the world had opened them up to their wishes, awakening these powers. This event sparked a war, caused by the leader of the United Americas's desire to gain more power. The war raged as the UA's military power devestated the other powers. THe Mecha Frames were also changed for the battle grounds, adding more weaponry to them. It wasn't long till the world was on the verge of being conquered by the UA. If it wasn't for other world leaders also acquiring this power, the UA would have gained control of everything. Fixed on fighting this new foe, the other World Leaders have begun to ignor the needs of their own people, just to fight the United Americas's forces. The world was slowly being drained with this war.
The spread of chaos and destruction has effected the lives of many, but one life is capable of making a difference. A survive of a town that was wiped out during the war in the borders of the Japanese Federation. The swarm of despair from the event has managed to awaken a Power within this young man. The wheel of events to come has begun to turn as the coming war is on the verge of reaching it's climatic point in history.
World Groups

United Americas - The world power with the most power at the current moment. Their ruler, Shane Keller, was given the Desired Power of "Power" itself from his greed for more of it. This made him begin a war with the other powers as he aimed to conquer the world. So far, the other powers have managed to stop him from claiming everything, only managing to hold him back enough to have portions of each of their lands taken over. The United Americas is based in what was known as North and South America. Their conquered territories consist a circular region around them, claiming portions of old Japan, Asia, Europe, and Africa.
Japanese Federation - The world power with the most in fighters and technology to this day. Their ruler, Zetsu Kazer, was given the Desired Power of "Pride" from his pride as a fighter. With this power, he has concentrated on defeating the invading forces of the United Americas, ignoring the needs of his people, bringing them do suffer under his feet. So far, half of their land, made up of what was Japan and the neighboring islands, has been taken by the United Americas, making them struggle the most out of the powers.
Powered Desires
The power connects to the person's deepest desire, may it be something they know or something they subconsciously desire. Each power is represented by a different symbol of the Greek Alphabet, belived to be 15 in total. The symbol is formed on a part of the person's body, appearing when the powers activate. Also, not alot of people know the existance of this power.

Tokyo Academy
The warning bells rang for the begining of the classes as the students started chattering as they walked inside the building toward their classes. As the school grounds slowly emptied out, silence came along until one person came through the front gates.
Ryu had just moved here on his own as he looked at the building and let out a sigh. "A so called "Oaises in a Desert" it seems." He spoke out as the building was nicely designed, making anyone forget that a massive war was on the loose. The reason was because the Academy was at the center of the city. The closer you get to the borders, the more of the damage you see. Broken buildings, people on the street, and Mecha Frames patroling around to "keep order". Ryu could feel the troubles that people went through when he went by there of how bad it was. Only those with money or connections could have a normal life.
Walking up into the building, he made his way to his first class as the teacher waited for him at the door. "Ah, there you are, Ryu. Please, wait here so I can introduce you to the class." Standing by the door as the teacher walked in to settle the class down, Ryu wondered how this place would be like. He could use his power to sense all that, but he wasn't much on overusing an ability that connects him with others to much. Breaking from his trian of thought, he heard the teach call him in as he entered the classroom.
Standing by the teacher's desk, he introduces himself. "My name is Ryu Tenshin. I just moved around here." As the teach took over the greeting from there on, he looked through the class room at his new fellow students.

Namina was late. She always ran just a few minutes over time but that was because she hardly went to school and when she did she really didn't pay much attention. She was just there to grab tools and leave really but the big guy always made sure she went to at least one class.
SHe kept walking through the empty halls until she reached her class noticing someone new was being introduced. She tried to slip into class, hoping the teacher hadn't seen her.

Maximillian smiled brightly as he walked heard the school-bell echo in the distance. Ever since the raid on England, and his moving here, he hadn't been to school. His private schooling there had been much more intensive than the curriculum here, but he didn't really care. As long as he was able to do what he loved, he could care less about education. He refocused. Right. No time to get distracted. He walked back into the garage, smirking at the man whom was sat in with him, looking rather nervous.
Max wiped the grease off of his gloves and onto his work apron, walking over to the man. "Well, Mr. Robtson, you sure did get in on a wreck, didn't you?" He said, trying to keep the coversation light-hearted. "I'm glad you're okay. And your car's damages are not going to be perminant. Though, they might be a little costlier than you wanted them to be, I'm sure pop won't mind cutting the price back just a bit for you; since you're such a regular." He said, looking back towards the vehicle. The front end was badly dinged up. "It's honestly just because of the framework that'll need to be done. Internally, only the containers for fluids are damaged, and we won't charge you maybe ten dollars for those."
The man sighed. "Yeah. Thanks, Max. What are the probability of we getting it out of here today?" He said dully.
"About as high as you might think. We've got a lot of business these days. Max responded, returning to the car to look it over once more.
"That's a 'fat chance', isn't it?" The man said with another sigh.
"Well... if we had the parts ,we could get it out in a few hours. But we just don't keep parts lying around. Or at least not car framework..." He said, shrugging.
After about an hour or so passed, Max was outside again, gazing towards the school, waiting for the class change bell to ring, as it always did. He really was waiting on his father to finish giving their customer the dues on his repairs. However, his mind wandered. What was school here really like...?

The teacher spotted Namina sneaking in as he calles out to her, "Namina...stay after classes later, please?" Once he was done directing to Namina sneaking in, he turned back to Ryu, "Well, since you already know who Namina is, you can take the seat next to her." Ryu nods at the teacher and walks over to his seat as he sets his bag down and looks over at Namina before looking back at the front of the class. The bell for starting the classes rang as the teach started to teach.

Namina huffed at the teacher but had sat down and waited for the him to finish talking. When the new boy Ryu sat down beside her she watched him for a bit then cleared her throat to say 'Hi'. Unfortunatly he had already got up and was leaving when the class ended. Sadly Namina looked down then walked down to the teachers desk "Yes sir?"

Ryu had reached a tree by the school building and was laying down against it. He was just going to relax until the school closes and then leave to try and find out where a good place to start his plans would be, maybe a place to get himself a Frame. He defiently wasn't expecting to be stuck with someone, that's for sure.
As Namina came around a corner, he could easily spot the engery look in her face, even without his power of detecting it. Something was wrong, and he did not want to stick around for it, that's all he knew. So, he started getting up off the ground and began to dust he pants abit to find a new place to realx. Picking up his bag off from against the tree, he started heading off.

As Namina rounded the corner to go get Ryu she noticed how he was laying down calm as if nothing would ever happen. She huffed and pushed her bangs out of her face. She looked down shaking her head in annoyance then she looked back up with, what looked like, hardly any movement. She watched Ryu stand up and go to move but she gave him the stare. The one that cried out 'Move a muscle and die' She was in no mood to have to play tag.
She swiftly moved closer to him her body moving so elegantly and gentle. She body said she wouldn't hurt a fly, while her eyes told a different story. As she got closer to Ryu she half hesitated to make sure he would be ok with her coming near. It was the only time she lowered her guard a bit.

Ryu could almost feel the tension in the air as Namina came toward him. Doing as her looked "commanded" he didn't move an inch until he finally spoke out, "Um...can I help you?" He asks both confused and abit nervouse as to what she wanted exactly.

Namina stopped about 2 feet away from him and stood still dor a moment. Then she started shifting her weight from one foot to the next. "I'm your guide for the rest of the day." She finally answered flatly. She didn't know exactly how else to put it so she just left it and waited for him to answer. She half expected him to tell her off or to say she wasn't needed but that was just something she expected for boys.

"Once we're in, remember to attack all resouce, weapon, and goverment targets. The more we get, the weaker the city will be for the next step."
"Got it!"
The group of people split up, each heading to get equipment and ready themselves for a sneak strike on the city.

Hey guys, just wanted to indicate that I was interested in the RP and waiting on a formal acceptance/addition to the list before I posted. Although... I was thinking that maybe I should make Bonifacio more of a direct antagonist so that the Rebellion could have a constant memorable enemy to fight instead of having him be a mole. Any opinions?
