Alice stumbled out of bed into her sister, Yuna's room "Yuna wakey wakey no eggs or bacey." she said poking her sisters back "come on it's time to get up." Alice walked back to her room and pulled on her black shorts and her black shirt and of course her black hoodie. she brushed her hair and walked down to the kitchen to cook some pancakes. "Yuna! get down here it's breakfast time!" she yelled up to her dumping all th pancakes onto a plate in the middle of the table.

Jared was wide awake on his computer chatting with people who were part of the dragon haven community An internet community for full dragons and dragonhalves thou humans were always welcome . "Go to go guys its morning." All the people he was chatting with said goodbye. Jared then turned his display which was holographic display. As he walked downstairs, he yelled Kayden. "Kayden get your ass up. I smell bacon and it will be gone and come downstairs ASAP."

"no........"Kayden mumbled,at the word of Bacon he sat up and put on his glasses.He was wearing sweatpants and a white t-shirt that said 'Meh'.He looked at the clock which said 9:30. Trying to ignore the numbers on his wrists,He ran down stairs and yawned "is the bacon done yet?" he asked his brother,wiping sleep outta his eyes."And arn't you tired? you don't look like you got any sleep last night." Kayden was about to launch into a big brother speech about how he should go to bed at a normal time,but stopped knowing he would probably ignore him.

Martin finally hit the alarm clock to make it stop ringing, his parents had encouraged him to get a digital clock, and they had even thrown away the clock he had and replaced it with a digital one. It took forever to wash off the smell of the stench of garbage after having searched through the dump all day just to get his old clock back. He yawned as he sat up and looked at the time, it seemed to be about 8:30. He didn't like sleeping in that much, as there was too much to do in the day to just sleep through it, though he wouldn't get up for school as he often just ditched it. He got out of bed and got on a pair of jeans and a black shirt with his favorite band. As he made his way to the bathroom he brushed his teeth and hair(Though he still tried to keep that 'messy' look) and put on a black mark across his face, which was really just a random mark across his face, though his parents always thought of it being a 'gang sign' or something like that.

He went to the kitchen and, as usual, by now his parents were gone, not even leaving a note saying that they loved him. Typical of them to do that.

"Sir, your breakfast is ready," A butler said to him, gesturing to the plate of pancakes and bacon on the table.

"You put the bacon in them like I asked, right?"

"Yes sir, just like you asked," The butler said, though he himself could never understand why the boy had such a weird taste.

He sat down and took a bite of the pancakes, "Not bad," He said as he continued to eat the rest of his breakfast.

"I'm half dragon Kayden or did you forget that. I only need 2 hours of sleep." Jared said refuting his older brother. "Also the bacon is ready. Mom and Dad have already left for work." He took out what looked mobile holograhic display with the lastest twon news. "Huh seems that wierd anomolies have been detected lately." He took three peices of bacon from where tehy we placed as he reads.

Pip had been up for hours already, sketching out a blue print for her next project. A pen with a honing beacon so taht when she lost it, she could easily find it again. This was a rather serious issue for her and one that caused herself, and her pocket much grief. The moment of inspiration had struck her at 3 in the morning and so, though blurry eyed she had been drawing as not to follow her usual tendancy and forget. Stretching, she moved away from the desk and pulled on some clothing before heading down to the kitchen. Pip lived in an apartment above her Fathers Gadget shop, part of the deal was that she had to make things to sell, she loved this job, getting good pay and doing something she liked was an absolute score in her mind. Grabbing a bowl of High Fibre she ate it quickly and headed out to the shop, tieing an apron around her thin waist she turned the sign to open and pulled the door open, ready to begin a new day.

"Ellie, it's time for breakfast dear!"

Ellie's darkness slowly gave way to a blurred myriad of colours, then more defined shapes as her eyelids fluttered open. Still half-asleep and hugging Bean, her old brown stuffed toy bear, Ellie willed herself to sit up best as she could. For a moment, she drifted back into sleep and all became dark again... but when she realised what had just happened, Ellie was jolted back into reality at once. Sighing, she stretched long and hard, yawning and then finally getting out of bed. It was going to be a nice day! Or at least it would be once she stopped feeling so sleepy.

After taking her morning bath and pulling on a slightly oversized shirt and cargo shorts, Ellie made her way to the dining table whilst still drying her short hair with a towel. She smiled, sitting down to breakfast cereal and milk. It was the simple, nice sort of breakfast she felt like having sometimes - breakfast cereal was always a winner. Happily, Ellie spooned the cornflakes into her bowl and filled it with milk, helping herself as her mother walked over to join her.

"Morning, Mommy!" Ellie grinned at her mother, offering her the cereal box. Some found it strange that she still called her parents 'mommy' and 'daddy' instead of 'mom' and 'dad' at her age, but she liked how it sounded. Kind of warmer, so Ellie thought. She wondered why her father wasn't home today, but she guessed it wasn't very important. Mommy looked happy enough without having to take her questions, anyway. As the two of them ate breakfast together at the small table of their equally small house, Ellie couldn't help but feel strangely lucky to just be like this.

"ARGH! For Heaven's sake, Alice, I'm coming! Or shall I come down there naked?" Yuna yelled down the stairs. She slipped off her old underwear, put her black dressing gown on and hopped in and out of the shower. She slipped on a hoodie that only covered half her torso, leaving her belly exposed. Slipping on some ragged jeans and a baseball cap. She ran downstairs and her eyes lit up when she saw the pancakes, but she pretended not to be surprised and she grabbed a plate. She took a pancake, some maple syrup and ate it without knife a fork. "Thanks." she grumbled before taking her football and running out the door, dribbling it down the street.

Alice smiled and eat her pancakes quickly before washing the dishes and running outside and walking down the street and down to the shore sitting on the pier no one was there today so she sat by herself thinking "It's only ten 'o clock I still have five hours before I turn." she sighed staring at the ocean waves coming and going quickly "my life goes like that I come and go so I guess we relate."

Violet quickly ate breakfast alone then she did her morning routine. As she was putting her gothic makeup on, she saw a spider crawling on her mirror. Violet didn't see a reason to kill it so she left it alone. Once all of her makeup was on, she left her home that she owned and she walked to the library. As she walked to the library, she saw a black cat. It looked lonely to her. Violet had a bag that had food in it so she took out a piece of her bread and gave it to the cat. She smiled for a split second then she continued to walk to the library.

Winter burst out of his front door and jumped onto the railing, sliding down onto the street below and taking in the fresh morning air. It wasn't the sort of day to be having breakfast indoors; he was going to meet up with Eddy for coffee before college. He ran down the street, occasionally hopping onto a wall and back off, and just generally being extremely hyper. On the way he passed a house which he passed every day...the house of that zany inventing lady who's name he didn't know. And as sometimes happened, today she was just coming out of her house on her way to...wherever it was she went, to do whatever it was she did. And as always she looked a little cooky...in a mysteriously hot sort of way.

"Hey professor!" Winter called out with a chuckle, "If you ever want to invent yourself a social life, call me sometime!"

He continued until he reached the café, where Eddy was already sat with a tall mocha.

"Hey Winn," he said, "cutting it a little fine this morning? We have to be at college in, life, fifteen minutes."

"There's nothing rock and roll about always being on time my friend." Winter replied, with a broad grin.

Yuna yawned, and she realised that she was thirsty. She thought about mooching off Alice, but she found a fiver in her pocket. Well, that's strange... I'm usually bankrupt she thought. She picked her football up, and she went to the cafe. "I'll have a Cherryade, thanks. And three energy bars." she said to the waiter. "Hey, Eddy, Winn, find me in the park if you wanna play footy. But it's okay if you don't want to lose again!" Yuna grinned and ran to the park, practicing kickups.

After having finished his breakfast, Martin got up, put the dish and silverware that he used in the sink, and then went and got his coat on.

"Where are you going, sir?" The butler asked him.

"Outside," He simply answered, he never said about where he was going specifically, not even to his parents, though the reason why was sort of obvious if you knew of his back story. He went out the front door and then grabbed his skateboard. He then got on it, getting a bit of a running start before going down the stone street that was built on a hill, meaning that though it made him go fast, he had to be careful to not hit anyone or he might crash and injure them, something he definitely did not want to do.

After some more skateboarding he was in Emvion City, which happened to not be very far away from his house, as he directed himself through it on his skateboard, avoiding and dodging various people. He planned on going to the dump and try to find out more about this "experimented theory" that he had heard about with the gang.

Pip's Father came to the shop and he looked at her in surprise, "watcha doin' here girly its yar day off so you can go do that study of yours," he chided, playfully shooing her from behind the counter, Pip grinned and pulled the apron off and ran out to the garage where she grabbed her bike. Dinging the bell twice she began riding towards the college. She was in her first year of arts wuth a major in inventing and loved it. Working in the store meant she was able to stay ahead with the practical section but she had a tendency to fall behind in the written. Arriving at the college yard she pushed her bike into one of the secuirty stalls and punched in her code, the stall becoming immediately inpenetrable. With a smile she looked at her watch and saw she had 10 minutes until class so she headed toward the food hall.

Alice walked around the shops absorbed in the time to worried about it. she decided a trip to the park, but as she was only a few blocks away there was a little girl selling bubble blowers she tugged on Alice's jacket "Please buy one there only two dollars." Alice pulled out her wallet and handed the girl five dollars and responded "I'll take two you can have a extra dollar." the girl nodded and handed Alice a bag with two bubble blowers "have a nice day." the girl said. Alice walked to the park and sat down on a bench, she opened the one bottle and placed her straw inside (like in Air TV) then pulled it out and gently blew a bubbled out of the straw and watched it float away.

Eddy twisted his head and saw Yuna dashing away with a bunch of energy snacks. Like that girl needed any more energy! She was so strange...not in a bad way but in a mysterious way. And what made it even more mysterious was that she never seemed to be around in the evenings...Eddy had asked her before if she'd like to come to one of the band's gigs, but she was never around and never had an explanation for it.

"Yeah you talk a good one Yuna," Eddy called back with a grin, "see you at break, and you'd better bring it."

Winter came back to the table with a couple of coffees.

"Sorry it took a while, service is slow this morning." he said.

"Yeah well we'd better drink on the move or we're going to be late." Eddy replied.

"Ok sure." Winter said as they got up and started walking towards the college, before adding, "Hey, do you know that strange inventor girl who lives a few streets over?"

"Yeah, you mean Pip." Said Eddy.

"How'd you know her name?"

"We used to have a couple of classes together, a few years back. She was...well, a little different."

"Well hey," Winter said excitedly, "if you know her you should try to get her to come to the show tonight."

"Oh yeah...uhh, where are we playing again?"

"The Waterats clubs!" Winter blurted in exhasperration...Eddy was always forgetting about their gig dates. "Don't be late again, that always sucks."

"Right, sure, no problem. OK well if I see her I'll ask." Eddy said, making a mental note to ask Yuna as well, even though she'd probably wriggle out of it again.
