Skin pale with a soft glow of magical light her hair is jet black with a glossly glow short and normaly hiden by her egyptian style winged crown of gold. Her eyes look to be a dark blue but a closer look shows them to be a swirl of stars much like a galaxy. She is also know to have angelike wings of light shining every color of the rainbow though she does not always show these wings.

She wears the robes of a preistess pure and white the top cut just under her breasts showing her skin from their down to her waist where the skirt of her robes hangs down to to below her knee. The robe is then covered with many jeweled and gold necklaces and holy symbols. Lastly she welds a staff of white gold topped off with a glowing hourglass.

Personality:
Time is all important to her to waste time angers her so she must always be doing something. Time stops for no one and ethier does Istris. She has even been know to leave during meetings, fights and even sexaul encounters just cause it was taking longer then she planed for it to. this has made her seem rude to other but such is the way of time it moves on before we are ready for it to.

Opinion of mortals: She values those that value time. Those that waste time doing nothing angers her. Even though her kind are elven she has tought them that even with their long lifes time is important (more on this in the people section)

God’s Domain: Within an oasis hidden by miles of sand lies the golden Temple of Time. made in Egyptian style with paintings inside and out of the events that have happened from day one to the here and now. As the old ages the temple grows larger to make room for all the new paintings.
Within the inner chamber lies the hourglass that holds the Sands of Time. The sands slowly run for 1000 years before Istris preforms the Rite of Turning in which she turns the Hourglass over so that the world goes on for another 1000 years.

Avatar Appearance: Black hair cut in a short egyptian bob with tanish skin scarred from battle. She wear Leather armor and is armed with The Sword of Lost time(see magic item) and a leather shield with a black Scorpion symbol with an hour glass on it's back
Personality: a holy warrior with no equal she is driven to protect her people and the power of time
Magic Abilities: She can summon sandstorms to confuse foes and has the power of the Sword of Lost Time

Society:
[People] The Guardians of Time are made up of a race of Elves commonly called Sand Elves. These Elves because of their Goddess are not like many other elves in that time mean nothing to them. they learn to value their time even if it is over 300 years. This makes them deside thing much faster then a common elf and not to hold on to foes or allies for years
[Economy] Trade comes mainly form the ports from ship of the more sea fairing nations as The Guardian fleet is mainly there to defend the ports and coasts from raiders. the guardians make most of thier weapons and armor and get most of their food from the seas near the ports and the wild lands of the desert
[Politics] Politics are normaly pretty simple they see the Queen as the voice and will of Istris they follow her till her death at which time the oldest female heir will take power. If their is no hier then a new Queen will be selected by Istris herself after the priestess say a ritaul prayer.

Other: Time is most important to the guardians wasting of time is seen as a sin. The symbol of the Guardians is a black scorpion with a red Hour glass on it's back.

Power: the handle is an hourglass holding 2 mins of time and can be used to go back into time that was lost to right a mistake or whatever
Weakness: once the 2 mins are used it must be taken back to the temple of lost time to be recharged by the goddess
History: The Sword was made by Istris at the start of the world and given to the First Guardian of time and has passed down from ruler to ruler though the years.
