Motivation: "One day Deus will be remembered as a hero, a god amongst men. Kids will cheer my name as they are regaled in the tale of Deus, The Titan." For this to happen, civilization needs to thrive without the threat of extinction. This is the thought that gives him strength when he has none: the preservation of humanity and the like. "I am their only hope."

Body Markings: He has two unique marking on his body, both claimed after he became a Redeemer. The first is on his chest: two X's side by side (roman numerals), are located on his right pectoral. They represent his rank and in a way, his name. The second is located on his left pectoral, which is the symbol of Tanks.

Description: Although Deus is seven feet tall and a whole three hundred fifty pounds of pure muscle, his most striking features is his eyes. When gazing upon this giant, you can't help but notice his eyes. They cause you to go through a torrent of emotions, filling your mind with thoughts. You want to tear your eyes away, but you are already lost in his. The atmosphere around him is otherworldly. His presence assures you that all will be better, that all your worries are gone. He is always warm and has a natural scent like no other, which you crave the moment he is gone. To be in his arms, is to feel safe, like nothing can harm you. Thick, long brown hair cascades down his back, it is easy to comb through and soft to touch. Even his bread has the same qualities, easily the envy of any dwarf. But, his hair is much more than aesthetically pleasing, it is an assertion of his dominance like a lion's mane. Deus' body is hard as rock, yet soft and smooth. His muscles are defined and carved into his body... There is no mortal word to describe Deus -- he is godly.

Quirks: The one and only quirk Deus has, you will notice immediately. He has the terrible habit of referring to himself in the third person. He will begin his sentences with Deus or even argue with himself, out loud. This may seem a bit crazy, but he is perfectly sane. In fact, if you were as awesome as him, you would do it too.

Fears: To die and not be remembered, is truly one of the worst things that can happen to a person. Even if your death celebrated, this means someone cared for you on some level and will forever remember the day you died. But, for nobody to mourn your death, forget what you accomplished, and go on with life as if you never existed? That is a fate much worse than death itself.

Likes Being recognized for his feats or who he is in general, absolutely excites Deus. He likes to do the impossible and revel in his own glory. Getting better and honing skills is something else he enjoys as well. Most of all, deus likes to boast without actually boasting; which can be quite difficult. He will claim to be an expert at many things, when boasting or bragging.

Dislikes Not being known or recognized, absolutely offends Deus. He can also be a little envious and will enter a state of denial or try to compete with those better than him. But, what gets to him more, is belittlement of his accomplishments or of himself. He considers his kids his biggest fans and greatest achievement, so to say he has done nothing worth noting, is asking for it.

Personality: Deus personality can easily be summed up in one word: narcissist. Through and through, he is a text book narcissist; he will never fail you at how narcissistic he can be.

He sees himself as perfect. When feeling deflated he may re-inflate by diminishing, debasing, or degrading somebody else. He gets security from a sense of superiority in the face of another person's greatness by trying to minimize the other person. The exploitation of others is not something he is against. He will do so without regard for their feelings or interests. Those below Deus exist for him, to meet his needs or else they may as well not exist at all. Deus expects favorable treatment and automatic compliance because of who he is. He may not outright ask for it, but he does expect it. Failure to comply is considered an attack and may trigger his rage. He detests anyone who does not like him or holds admiration for him.

Deus is cunning and manipulative; his glibness or superficiality aids in this, not to mention the fact that he is a pathological liar. The Titian is callous and lacks empathy. He has trouble viewing the world from the perspective of other people. His mind is free of remorse and guilt, ever-failing to accept responsibility for his own actions.

Deus is his primary focus at all times. This is the reason (among many others) he has trouble sustaining a satisfying relationship. In addition to his hypersensitivity: he can easily dish out punishment, but has trouble handling insults. Another one of his weakness is shame. Rather than being vulnerable to guilt, Deus may feel the shame for the things he has done. You will never see Deus express true gratitude, unless being complemented by those that admire him.

In all, Deus is a man's, man; he is the alpha male. You either love him or hate him; his personality is one that will grow on you. Because the more time you spend with him, the more you get to know him and find out he is actually a decent person with a good heart.

Armor: Armor is something Deus has never wore, mostly because it cost too much to get mail custom made for someone his size. Besides, he has always felt it should be up to the man to defend one self and not some metal suit. And now that he is a redeemer, his body has become just what he always thought it should be.

Casual Clothing: Not much clothing is ever wore by Deus. Even in cold temperatures, you may see him in just a fur robe and boots. As of now, he wears a toga or simple cloth wrapped around his waist and legs. It is loose fitting, but battle ready, so it does not hinder him. This is all he wears, except for his accessories, which include: a unique helm that resembles a crown, a belt, and necklaces, that are all made of obsidian and ruby crystal.

Carried Items: Traveling light is the only way to go. Any money Deus makes he sends back to his family, or is spent immediately on things he needs. Anything he might need, Deus will get from nature or from his devoted fans.

Description/Info: The God Gauntlets are custom made gloves crafted just for Deus. He has always been a man that liked getting his hands dirty and so close quarter combat came naturally to him. Deus has taken down foes twice his size with his only bare hands. Once he started getting famous, he was given these gauntlets as a gift to aid him in his hand-to-hand combat. They are not weapons as much as they are armor for the hands and arm. The fingers have sharpened points, granting better gripping and slashing attacks. Despite being made of metal, they are extremely flexible, as if made of leather. They also seem to enhance his strength and increase damage. The craftsmen went as far as to say they are unbreakable. Deus is rarely seen without them on.

Natural Talents:

Godly Embodiment: Being born with the attributes of a god, is what set Deus apart from others. His height, strength, endurance, stamina, etc... Is well above human standards and all came naturally to him.
Unyielding Will: Many underestimate one's will, but it is the source that many people tap into to accomplish the impossible. No matter what happens, Deus' will is always high and unyielding no matter the situation. He always has the will to push forward and see things through.

Skills:

CQB Mastery: No mid range or long range abilities, only means Deus has put all his efforts into one aspect of combat. His lack of varying abilities may be a glaring weakness, but he has managed to work it into strength. He is the master of a unique combat style: the Five Fangs, each fang or point focuses on a certain area:
Wilderness Survival: Hunting & Tracking is just one of many things Deus is talented at when out in the wilderness. He knows how to navigate the lands, what herbs to eat or use for healing, and overall survive in nature.

Weaknesses:

Medium & Long Range Combat: Though Deus is a master of close range combat, foes outside of that range gain the upper-hand over Deus. This is also means foes that specialize in long range combat can keep him at bay.
Easy Target: Being as big as Deus is, makes him an easy target out of everyone else. Enemies usually swarm around him and try to pick him off first. Whether he is the strongest or not, he is usually identified as such. Though he usually prefers this, it can become a problem when he needs to lay low and recover.

Titanic Power!: Becoming a redeemer granted Deus with terrifying strength. His punches can cause fissures by striking the ground; the earth will literally shake in his wake and even shatter. Super strength and precision punching is responsible for this. Objects have been known to obliterate under his might, leaving nothing but rubble behind. Endurance & Stamina have also been altered by the indigestion of Demoni Blood. He may not be able to run the fastest, but he can definitely run the longest. Deus is glutton for punishment, able to withstand sundering blows and fatal attacks and walk away unscathed.

Family: His wife and two kids.

History: Deus' life started out fairly normal, a young boy born to mediocre family. As far as he could tell, his parents loved him and though they didn't have much, they never went without what they needed most. It wasn't until he was ten that his life changed for the first time. His parents went out, leaving him alone only to never return. They had said they weren't going far, only into town and back. He never found out if they abandoned him or died... Today he still searches in hopes of finding some answer. Shortly after, he ended up in an orphanage.

At the age of fourteen, he was forced to leave. Due to his size, they assumed he was much older than what he said. Still with no place to go, he became a soldier and learned many of the skills he has today. Life began looking up for Deus at this point. He even met the mother of kids while protecting a rich lord. By the time he was 25, he was thinking that his life was perfect; but, his life would take one more drastic change.

A close friend of his was dying due to an injury sustained in battle. Death was closing in on his friend, when men appeared saying they could save his life, but at a high price. Deus followed, refusing to leave his friend's side. These men turned out to be Redeemers and the process that could save his friend's life, was the ritual that would make him a member of the same organization. They both decided to undergo the ritual, but only one of them survived, leaving the other to watch as his best friend was turned into hideous monster and then killed. After that day, Deus was never the same and eventually became the man people know him as today.

New Life:

Reason for Becoming a Redeemer: It was Deus' own choice to become a Redeemer. It was a sort of blood pact formed between friends. His friend was reluctant about it, until Deus agreed to do it as well, but only if his friend promised to take care of his wife and kids. They were well aware of the risk and potential benefits, and to them the pros outweighed the cons. Deus now lives on in the place of his friend, to protect the land and his family. This is his true motivation, though he will tell people otherwise.
The Changing: Deus barely remembers the process of changing; not what it felt like or even what he was thinking. What he remembers instead, is the death of his friend. He remembers being helpless: not being able to help his friend or even protect him. As if it were yesterday, he can see his friend laying there on the cold ground... Flesh falling off, bones contorting, he was becoming this hideous monstrosity! But as everything about him changed, his eyes remained the same. Deep inside that monster, his friend was still alive and he was in pain. Deus likes to think the men put him out of his misery, but he still blames them for taking his first friend away. It is this vision that still haunts him at night.
Demoni Fought: With fifteen years under his belt, Deus is very experienced. He handles Demoni was ease and thinks nothing of it. By them being, beings born of dark and evil intent, it makes them that much easier to kill. Knowing that they would kill his family and any other innocent person without a second thought, allows him to kill them with extreme prejudice.
Opinions: Though they are solely responsible for ruining his life, he no longer blames them. He has made peace with the fact that they are responsible for taking his friend away and turning him into the very thing he hunts. Deus has been on extended leave for a while now, being a family man and is actually excited about getting back out there.
Abomination Experiences: Deus has a hard time dealing with Abomination, whenever he comes across one. In the eyes, he can still see the human inside the monster and sometimes even his friend. But in the end, he kills them just like any other Demoni, but not out of hatred. He kills them to end their suffering and send them to a better place.
