John took a seat beside his best friend "is it me or today seems different" he looked at his friend who was drawing random things on the back of his bag "no today seems fine same thing everything school home sleep school home.." he looked up at john "your a odd one.. Pow!!" john raised an eyebrow then looked at the bag "are you drawing zombies again?" he chuckled but who knew that was what to come.. "well duh, zombies are like awesome rawr" he got up from his chair and held out his arms moaning and walking around the class as if he was a zombie. John took his pencil and hit his friend upside his head "no your dead again roy!" roy turned around "no fair you always have to kill the fun bro" roy was just his friend but he looked up at john like an older brother

She sat quietly at the back of the room, near the window like she always did. She had a book opened in front of her but she was currently staring outside in a daze, she had been feeling off all morning and couldn't figure out why! It had bugged her from the moment she got up but there was definitely something different in the air. Sinclaire snapped out of her daze when two boys were goofing around and turned to glance and saw one more acting like a zombie until she decided to go back to reading her book. She still couldn't shake what was bothering her but reading would take her mind off of it for awhile.

Ethan yawned loudly as he spent his period scribbling in his notebook. He was more interested in writing a story than the lesson being given, which he knew the answers to already. He smirked when he saw the two friends pllaying around. He had reached a momentary state of writers block, so he decided to look around the class room for the 50th time today. His gaze always ended up on the girl in front of him, who would always either be looking out the window, or in her book. He turned and looked outside himself, the clouds were drifting lazily overhead, and the tress swayed gently in the wind. Ethan over came his writers block and continued to write in his notebook.

She yawned softly and closed the book in front of her, it had started to get boring real fast. She would've been working on one of her many stories but she had left her journal in her locker so sadly, it was gonna have to wait until class ended and THAT seemed like it would never end! She stared blankly at the teacher as he seemed to go on and on about something but his words had went over her head as she went back to staring out at the slowly moving clouds as she lost herself in her daydreams. So far, she had managed to shake the uneasy feeling and the thought that today might be a good day even crossed her mind. She then let her wild imagination take over as she gazed out to the sky, her eyes having a glazed over look as she cut herself off from reality for awhile.

John sighed walking with Roy out of class he looked at sinclaire with a smile he leaned against the wall waiting for Roy who was gathering his things he waved at Ethan then chased after John an odd noise outside caught his attention someone was being a huge bother to the teachers outside "thats weird" he grabbed Roy to look out the window Roys eyes widen "z---zombie" he stumbled back running down the hall "look i said cut it out its nothing someone just being a prick to the teachers" and thats when things began.... john rolled his eyes hrading to his next class for now thing seemed to only be happenning outside ((short post fail sorry))

It took Sinclaire a moment to realize that class was over, she with a sigh and a soft curse she hurried to gather her things and started to run out of class when she realized she was still going to be late anyway, her class was on the other side of the school. She slowed her pace and walked out into the hall, heading to her next class with a tiny yawn, when she actually glanced out of the window, she saw some kids causing trouble for the teachers. She rolled her eyes and continued on to her class, hugging her books to her chest as she headed to her locker first. "You'd think that when your in high school, you'd grow up a little" she muttered after getting her books and her journal before turning and continuing on her way to class. (Lol, it's fine! ^^ )

John sat in class something wasn't right when his teaher was running late he glaredout the window again "no wonder he's la---" is he attacking other teachers? he rolled his eyes getting up from his seat he ran down stairs almost tripping on his own feet he stopped a few feet from his teacher and noticed something odd he summbled back falling onto the stairs "zombies!! roy wasnt kidding" he stummbled again trying to get up the stairs he reached the top quickly and ran down the halls "zombies..zombies!" he yelled some kids laughing one girl spoke "you been spending to much time with roy get a life" she laughed turning back and walking into class john ignored her remark "doesnt matter believe what you want then i aint dying"he ran into the gym grabbing a metal bat "this will do" a few screams came from the first floor "told them.." he sighed grabbbing another bat "never hurts to have more then one"

On her way to class she heard screaming and suddenly the halls were filled kids running and shoving passed her that she was shoved onto the ground. "What the hell is going on!?" She cursed, getting up to shove her books i her messenger bag, but when she got up and turned around, she was face to face with a student who was missing a jaw. It reached towards her and his movement broke her out of her state of shock as she let out a high pitched scream and used her messenger bag to smack him away before running like the others. W-Was that just a-!? I-It couldn't have been! That's only in the movies! She thought frantically, looking around as she ran to the first place that she always felt safe, the woodshop classroom. Quickly, she ran in and shut the door before running and hiding in the tool closet and armed herself with a nail gun, she was NOT taking any chances. So she sat there, alone, and waited, curled into a ball.

Ethan was walking down the hall when the screams started. For a moment he froze, Zombies? What is this a video game....shit, thank god Dad's on tour, probably the safest place in the world, which is kind of ironic considering its a war. Snap out of it people are going to die. What about you? are you going to die Ethan? Well Are you!? no? than stop standing around like a frozen deer and get moving you dumb shit!

He quickly thought about where he was, the woodshop class was close by, the gym would have a few bats....no the gyms on the first floor, prbably filled by now. Woodshop it was. He opened the door slowly peering inside to make sure it was clear, he noticed the girl from his class curled up in a ball he ignored her and walked in closing the door behind him. She had the nail gun...shit thats what i was going to use, well ladies first i suppose. So instead he wallked over to one of the wood constructions. With a grunt he broke a solid piece of wood off, and brought the piece of wood to the work bench. He quickly pounded some nails through the wood and made himself a makeshift nail bat.

Her head snapped up as she took aim and fired at the boy that entered the room, the nail missing him by inches as her eyes widen and she shrunk back in the tool closet. "Oh.. I'm sorry! I'm kind of jumpy..." She answered in a tiny voice, hugging the nail gun to her chest as she curled back into her ball, she couldn't wrap her mind around what was happening but she just wished it could all go away.

He plucked the nail out of the wall and hammered it into his weapon. "It's ok." Ethan said. "I can't blame you. This whole kind of thing, it's just not supposed to be real.....and now it is." Ethan shook his head. "I mean it's supposed to be movies and video games, not real life. To be honest most of me wants to go find a hole somewhere and hide...kind of like you. But I'd just wind up dead if I did. Hopefully, this is a contained outbreak, maybe, if there is a god, the military has already set up a quarentine." Ethan turned his head as sounds of screaming got louder outside.
"I'm sure the school is a goner, somehow, I've got to get out of here. Head home, grab some supplies, and maybe head to the airport, I'm sure an evacuation is taking place. I've got a military I.D. since my dad is a soldier, I might be able to talk my way onto a plane."
Ethan stared at the ground and gripped the workbench. How in the world am I going to survive?

He was ready to leave the gym but he noticed the rush of students "now they believe me" once he saw an opening he ran out Roy was already in the next rooim over Pulling John in with him "hush.." John almost freaked but noticed it was roy "they only react to sound wait here for a few and they'll be gone after those kids" John nodded sitting on the floor handing one of the bats to Roy we need to find others.." was all John managed to say before looking out the class seeing the hall was clear "ha you were right" john whispered "if anyone was smart enough they would have ran to woodshop upstairs theres a huge selection of weapons there if you think about it" John was already off running off checking every corner before he turned it roy was right behind once they reached te second floor Roy knocked on the door

"easy now if anyone's in there were still human" he smirked "are you enjoying this?" John looked directly at Roy as he opened the door spotting Ethan "told ya bro" he looked at John "anyone else in here with you?" john completely ignored Roy at the moment closing the door behind himself

"I guess that's true.. I really haven't thought anything through, so far my plan was to stay hidden in the closet until i hopefully died, human of course..." She replied softly, her eye brows furrowed at her plan. She didn't have anyone else to worry about, no loved one to get to or meet up with, so what else did she have but to slowly wait and die? She sighed and her depressing thought, closing her eyes just as she heard the knock and her instinct caused her head to snap up and shoot at the door just as two boys stepped, again missing by inches as she cursed to herself. "Sorry! Still a bit jumpy.. My bad.." She apologized for the second time that day, sighing and hugging the nail gun back to her chest.

Roy froze looking at the nail in the wall "im not a zombie girl watch it" John slapped roy "shes scared dont be an ass" he walked over to Sinclaire holding out his hand "I'm john and thats roy" he smiled "no need to be scared i wont let anything happen to any of you" Roy was looking at the the nail bat Ethan had made "smart, and John your to nice your gonna be first to go" roy laughed looking through the supply closest 'there should be another nail gun" he went on talking to himself now

Rosalen screamed as she ran down the halls she heard a few voices "people" she smiled just remembering she also had her wooden sword from her Kendo practice she took it from her side swinging it at one of the zombies side it stumbled to the side but lived "what the?" she swung again hearing its skull crack then a thud it had fallen to the ground she swallowed hard stepping around the body bumping into another she felt its cold hand grab her and try to bite her but she held the wooden sword infront of her hearing its jaws snapping as it bit the sword she then kicked the zombie and as almost fell back she leapt up hitting him with the sword as she landed on her feet "these are my friends..." her eyes teared up as she contiued to run down the hall towards the sound of the voices she heard earlier she stopped infront of the door "woodshop?, why are they here not running for the outside" she opened the door slowly peaking in but felt something grab her shirt "Help" she yelled pushing her way into the class falling onto her back the dead thing biting the air in front of her as she kicked to get it off her

He turned around hearing a scream for help he looked down to see the girl trying to kick the zombie off he also noticed she had a sword on her he took the sword and used it the same way he used a bat hitting the zombie's head over and over till he was sure it was dead he helped the girl out from under the zombie's limp body he looked the girl in the eyes "you seem familar miss, i know where she is from she was in my last class" he loked at sinclaire but you i dont know just met you now" Roy looked at the girl "thats miss Rosalen the daughter of some model" he rolled his eye "john you need to look through more magazines" John looked at Roy "sorry i respect women i dont go looking for boobs then researching other people's lives to stalk their daughter while playing some freak game" John finally snapped at Roy Roy looked at John syrprised by his reaction "sorry bro..." was all he said before going back through the supply closet. this is yours" John handed Rosalen her sword back

She had accepted John's hand before he went to help the girl, she had froze up when she actually saw the zombie. She looked away when he beat the zombies head in and turned to walk towards the window, ignoring the zombies streaming in below as she stared up at the clouds, the nail gun still close to her chest. She felt better now there were other kids with her but she still felt terrified of the whole ordeal. Suddenly remembering something, she turned towards Roy and bowed her head slightly. "Sorry about shooting the nail at you earlier, I didn't mean too" she apologized softly.

Rosalen looked at Roy some-what impressed "yes my mother is" but she couldnt help but giggle at what John said to Roy looking at her shirt seeing that there were spots of blood "i just got this" she started taking off the top "dont worry theres a shirt under " she laughed then looked at the other girl "that nail gun wont ever hit its target with out something to steady it. she smiled "may i get it please" she looked around finding two small rectangle cut planks of woods "and i need duct tape" she found the tape easily setting it on the table infront of her along with the small cuts of wood. she went through her bag finding a piece of ribbon she used it to tie her hair into a pony tail{baka shouldve just texted me and i do allow PMs do u know what ya doing}

"Sure.." She handed the girl the nail gun, when her arms where empty, she glanced around in search of something to occupy her arms for the time being. When she didn't see anything she'd hold, she just turned to watch the girl, tilting her head as she wondered what she was doing with all the things she pulled out. So, she watched silently, fiddling with the long sleeves of the gothic type dress she wore then frowned and glanced at her clothes. Of all the things I wear, i wear my favorite dress to kill zombies in... Sweeeet! She mentally rolled her eyes at herself before focusing back to the girl and her things. "Um, what are you going to do with that stuff?"

Reika and her brother had been on the track field but had soon retreated to the school, after her brother was bitten they had made it to the roof, and he jumped off to prevent himself from hurting his sister. Telling Reika to get home and see if everyone was okay. "Tsk.... What the heck is going on..." She refused to cry about her brothers death. Hell she was thinking of revenge. She mumbled smacking the zombie in the head spinning on her heel hitting the two others one after another. She grabbed her bag tossing it over her shoulder and she ran down the stairs hitting the zombies that were close enough to be harmful. She kept going trying to be as quiet as she could not wanting to draw attention from anything. She was looking for someone still alive. She wasn't wearing her normal uniform but her black and crimson red Gothic Lolita Victorian styled dress. She ducked under a zombie and hit it in the back of the head with the hilt of her shinai. She jumped down a flight of stairs and into a hallway moving away from where she had been standing walking slowly looking at a kid scream in agony, for help as he was bitten multiple times. Reika cringed looking away as she kept walking, she looked at all the blood on the ground feeling queasy. She hated seeing others in pain, but she knew she couldn't do anything for the boy, or those who were bitten. After watching nearly hundreds of zombie movies she knew not to make much noise, or help those who were bitten. She bit her lip moving around a corner hearing the shots, of a nail gun. She walked toward the sound and saw two girls blinking a few times. She also saw the one they had called Roy. "Yo." She called out so she wouldn't be shot at as if she were a hostile. She smacked three zombies in succession with the wooden blade taking a deep breath. Her black usually perfectly neat hair fell into her eyes hiding them for the most part. Her black boots came up to just under her knee, her dress going slightly past her knees. She spun quickly hitting a zombie in the neck before bashing her knee into it's skull as it fell toward, she then kicked it aside brushing blood off her dress walking over to the ground. She pushed her bangs out of her face looking, somehow very very calm.

Ethan had been relatively quiet during most of the conversation. But the noise out side was getting louder, the shuffling feet were growing in number. "Hate to interrupt all the chit chat, but can everyone please shut up. All this talking is Attracting more. Now I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just saying there is a time and a place," He picked up his nail board placing it on his shoulder as he walked to the door. "and neither of those is now." He opened the door slightly and peered out. The hallway towards the nearest exit was blocked off by a small group of the walking dead, looking in the other direction he saw that the longer way only had one or two as an obstacle.We need to get out of school soon before it's impossible to escape. Slowly he slid out of the doorway, and crept quietly down the hall to where the two zombies were aimlessly wandering. With nothing more than a deep breath he jabbed one wit the top of the board and then swinging over his head brought the nails down into it's head. With a kick he jerked the board out of the zombie's head and swung it into the side of the other's face. Both went down quietly, thanks to the screaming thatr could be heard outside. He stood motionless as he clothes now had blood splattered against them. Looks kinda cool against the black He thought to himself as he turned his head to see if any had followed.

Her eyes widened as she slowly went towards the door and peeked out after the boy to see him standing there with blood splattered on him, when he turned around to see if anyone followed, she glanced around before whispering so she didn't attract anymore undead. "You shouldn't just go out by yourself! It's very dangerous now, we should wait until everyone is ready!" She told him, a tiny worried frown on her face as she glanced around again. "It'd be better if we stayed together instead of going off alone, there are hundreds of them out there.." she muttered then turned towards him again and smiled a bit, "By the way, nice work! Nice to know some kids can keep their composure during this, I'm a wreck" she admitted softly, wincing slightly at admitting how weak she was outloud.

Ethan sighed and quietly answered. "I told you my plan, I can't wait around forever for when people feel like moving their ass. If the airport is safe at all it will only be that way for a little while. Now If your going to come with me then come, otherwise I'll leave you behind." He finished whispering as low as possible and leaned against the wall giving her time to make her desicion.
I have to get moving ASAP, the more time I waste talking the more people get turned.

Reika walked past Ethan quickly bashing one over the head with a frown on her face. "Pay attention...." She said softly and moved out of the doorway looking around she flicked her kendo sword the blood splattering off it onto the ground. She didn't know any of their names, and they most likely didn't know hers. She watched the crowds of undead in the distance, they hadn't heard anything. So that was good. But how were they gonna get off school grounds? And it would take a long while to get to where they were talking about. By foot at least.

Ethan shrugged as the girl took care of the one he was ignoring. The blood touched his shoulder, he brushed it off with his hand. "Guess I owe you or something. Anyway I'm done waiting and thinking." He pushed off the wall and walked down the hall towards the stairs. As he was walking he noticed an infected walk out of a classroom and stare at the wall. He shook his head as he got closer. Soon he was within three feet of the zombiefied person. Without stopping, without breaking stride, he continued to walk right past the monster and head towards the stairs.
