Evie looked up at the big school, squinting at the way the sun hit her eyes. She smiled, remembering all of the memories this academy has held for her, and for all of the friends she had made. Although, she was slightly sad because all of those friends she had made left the last year, all having graduated.

Picking up her bag, she slung it over her shoulder and headed into the main hall, passing many boys that stopped to stare at her. She wasn't cocky, but she knew she was pretty. As she started up the stairs, she passed Sgt. Bennet, the gym teacher and the military trainer. He and Evie were very close, Evie having been interested in the military aspect of the school. She stood at ease and smiled at him. Sgt. Bennet tossled her hair and told her not to stand like that. "I've known you too long for that V." He smiled back at her, "How was your summer Evie?"

Evie straightened out, not standing formally and laughed, "It was long, I missed my family during the school year, but I missed the school even more once I left. I can't wait to get back to training!"

"The school missed you too Evie. I missed you. I didn't know what to do with the underclassman that were here that can't leave for the summer. They don't know how to listen or take order. I'm going to need your help this year..." He laughed allowed, but looked away from her towards the end, looking to see if anyone was watching them. Evie flashed him a grin, knowing his thoughts. They knew they were flirting, and they knew nothing could happen. He was a teacher, her a student. Sgt. Bennet was only 21, but it was still not allowed. It killed them both not to be able to have what they wanted, but they made do.

"I guess I should go Sgt. Bennet. It was nice to see you, I can't wait to start class." She started to walk away but he grabbed her arm and pulled her back in a hug.


"Be good Evie." He let her go and quickly walked away.

Evie continued her walk up the stairs, and walked to the girls wing of the school. Nodding her head to the girls saying hello, answering their prodding questions about the school. Finally making it to her room, she threw her bag on the floor. This year she would have a new roomate, her roomate having graduated. Quickly going into her room, she pulled open one of her drawers. Nothing having been disturbed over the summer. She threw on a bikini, all black, and headed to the outdoor pool. Upperclassman had free time on their first day, underclassman had to meet their teachers and learn their schedule.

Evie jumped in the pool, not caring who was there or how cold it was. And watched the new comers.

Ashley hopped out of her parents car she was less then happy to be here and you could tell that by the expression on her face. Ashley wore a white top a pair of denim jeans and a pair of white flats.She watched as her sister got out of the car after her, her parents also got out the car and started unloading her bags out of the car. Ashley sister stood smiling with that stupid grin that Ashley hated and just maybe her want to strangle her sister. Ashley and her sister Anne were twins growing up they were close but when junior high came they had kinda drifted from one another slowly Anne had her friends and kept to the books while Ashley stayed with her friends and partied. The way she saw it her sister was the good twin and she was the bad at least that is how her parents made it seem and the only reason Ashley could come with for them sending her here. Her father looked at her "I know your not exactly happy to be here but you could help us with these bags seeing as all of these bags are yours" she shrugged "Well seeing as your the reason am here I think I will just stand here and look pretty" she sai putting her hair up in a nice and neat ponytail her father sighed but just took out the next bag. Ashley mother walked over to her "Sweetheart look I know you think that you don't need to be here but trust me you do and by the time this is all over you will be thanking me and your father" Ashley just looked at her mother with the you must be kidding me look on her face. "Okay before I curse you all out am just gonna go to my room" she handed her mother a piece of paper with her dorm room number on it grabbed her purse and left she had gotten mailed her key card along with the information packet with information about the school and its success record and all that other crap.

She walked around the school walking to the girl's wing she had to ask three different people how to get there before she finally found her dorm. This place was big and nice but of course she wasn't going to let her family know she liked the look of this place besides she figured all boarding schools were like this not like she would really know this being the first boarding school she was ever been to. She used her key card and opened the door to her new place she walked in and walked around the place was nice first she checked out the downstairs then shewalked upstairs she noticed that downstairs there was a bedroom and now as she walked around upstairs she noticed a second one which meant she was going to be getting a roommate she sighed in fustrating and sat down on the bed looking around what she claiming as her new room. A few minutes later she heard a knock coming from downstairs she got up off the bed and went downstairs and opened the door, her sister was the first to walk through the door with one of sister's bags in each hand "Oh my gosh this place is amasing I don't see why you wouldn't want to stay here" Ashley stared at her sister while her parents came in caring the rest of her stuff "Wow Anne if you love this place so much why don't you stay here and I go home" her sister smiled her wide grin that always ticked Ashley she rolled her eyes and looked at her parents "You guys and put my stuff in the bedroom upstairs then you can all leave" she said walking to the living room. Her parents sound like they wanted to say something but instead they just did what she said putting her stuff upstairs and leaving, before her mother left she walked over to Ashley and gave her a hug Ashley sat on the couch not moving or hugging her mother back. Her mom slowly stood up straight "Don't forget you have to go meet you with your teachers today and pick up your schedule" then with that her mother left and Ashley was left alone.

Violet went up to entrance and took a deep breath. She opened the doors and started to walk around the school until she could find the girls dorms. Violet looked at the envelope that the school mailed her. She opened it to find the letter telling her where to go. Violet went to the dorm that the school assigned to her. The letter also told her that she would be sharing a dorm. So Violet wasn't surprised when she saw a bag near a bed. She put her bags near her bed and started to play with her PSP while waiting for her roommate.

Rosaria arrived in her Porsche, driving to the school parking lot she parked her car. Putting her keys in the pocket of her jacket she walked to the dorms. She was wearing a floral dress with her wedges they fitted perfectly on her. This wasn't her first year here actually her second,her mother and father sent her here because she wanted fencing classes and also she skipped too much classes. Finally, arriving she took out the key card and swiped it then opened the door. There was someone already there,she was perfectly tan a brunette to be exact. "Hello" Rosaria said....

Ashley heard someone open her door then a few seconds later someone opened it she got up off the couch and looked at the girl. She looked interesting Ashley thought, the girl had said hello so just to be nice seeing as she was going to be sharing this dorm with her for the whole school year she said hello back "Hey there am Ashley and you are ?" .

"I'm Rosaria nice to meet you."
"Also,did you pick your room yet please tell me because I might have left something in one of those rooms." Rosaria quickly lifted the suitcase up and walked up the stairs..

Ashley followed Rosaria upstairs "Um well nice to meet and yes I choice the room upstairs and I haven't unpacked anything yet so whatever was left here should still be here unless moved sometime during the summer".

"Yeah,so I left the things in the room downstairs....bye"
Walking downstairs Rosaria opened the door to the room. It was a good thing that Ashely didn't pick this room she had took over month decorating the room. Putting her suitcase down she took off her jacket.......

James arrived at the school as he looked around and sighed heavily, "Another year, I guess I just have to stick with this until I get to go home again." He walked through the familiar entrance and through the halls until he reached the boys dorm which he greeted the other guys that he knew from other years and saying hi to some freshmen, or fresh meat. When he finally arrived in his room, he threw his bags onto his bed and looked all around. "The rooms never change, man I need to redecorate." A swift shake of his head before he walked out of the room to get some fresh air. The halls felt longer than before as he made his way through them, quickly running out of the entrance and to the outdoor pool where he saw a girl inside of it.

"Looking good!" James called to the girl with a soft smirk upon his face as he walked closer to the pool. The girl had on a black bikini and was staring at the people filing into the school, some faces were familiar and some weren't. This girl though did look familiar but he waited until she turned to look at him before he tried to guess any names. "You looking for somebody?" He asked as he shoved his hands into his jeans pockets while standing at the edge of the pool, the tips of his Converse hovering over the water.

Ashley watched as her new roommate went downstairs she sighed this was going to be some school year. She decided since there was some time before she had to go meet her teachers and get her schedule she would go explore her new school. She made sure she had her key card and i-touch before walking downstairs and leaving her dorm to go see the school.

Thinking back to the last few years, Evie decided she hadn't done enough. She hadn't become a cheerleader like her friends and family had encouraged "you have the perfect body and personality for it" they had insisted. She hadn't joined enough clubs, or sports. Helped enough people, made enough friends. But she promised herself that this year would be different. It was hard for her as it was to have no friends in the school yet, so this promise would hopefully fix that problem.

The sun was beating down on her back, and she could already tell that she was going to have a sunburn. She was one of those pale people that didn't tan easily, they had to go through the whole process of red, pain, and peeling. Just to get a tan for maybe a few days, if at all. All depressing really. Evie looked around, seeing all of the people passing through, none of them looked familiar. None of them even stopped to talk. Not that she seemed inviting, any boy that looked her way she glared away, any girl that looked at her full of hope at finding a friend, she turned away from. There had been many people though that had passed by the pool, to tan or talk. Even more had come into the pool for a swim.

Evie turned around at the sound of someone addressing her, and saw a boy with a smile playing on his lips. She swam to the side of the pool and rested her chin on her arm. Smiling and her eyes squinting at the sun, she extended one hand in greeting. "I'm Evie, but you can call me V. Pleasure making your acquaintance. What's your name?" Looking behind her, out of habit not liking having people behind her, she addressed his question, "No, I'm not looking for anyone in particular, I just lost all of my friends to graduation", she laughed, "I'm just hoping to find someone that I know." She stared more at his face, in all hopes trying not to be creepy, "You look familiar though, have you been in any of my classes?" She had a small amount of hope. This boy wasn't bad looking either, the way the light shined behind him, and the way he smirked...yeah. She could stand having him around as a friend.

James was smirking while she swam up, his hands still deep inside of his pockets. When she reached her hand out, he quickly took his hand out of his pocket and knelt down next to the pool and shook her hand. "Hey there V! I'm James but you can call me... James. It's a pleasure to meet you." He chuckled a little as he noticed that she looked behind her, "Ah, I see. Most of my friends graduated too so I guess we are both in the same boat for that. Well, I think we had one together last year because you look awfully familiar as well. I mean, how can I not remember a girl with such an amazing smile?" A charming smile crept on his face as he stared at Evie, a very beautiful girl. He wouldn't mind having her in all of his classes and becoming close with her, she was looking for friends after all.

After looking over Evie some, he noticed the tattoo on her stomach and then there were stars above her left eye. "Oh by the way, sick tattoos you have, they suit you well." He stood up then stretched a little as he looked at the other students filing into the pool area, most were girls who wanted to tan. Others just jumped into the pool and swam around, talking and splashing one another. The rays of the sun were strong as he slipped on his black sunglasses and looked around, "Boy, it sure is a bright day. Isn't it V?"

She laughed, "Sure is. I love the sun though, so I don't mind it so much. And thanks" she responded to the tattoo comment. She didn't get much positive feedback on them. People saying that she'd regret them, or that she was too young to make such a big decision. Pulling herself out of the pool, she walked over to the seat where she had set her towel down. Picking it up, she dried off some of her hair. It was a school towel, so she set it where they put the used towels, and walked back to James. "I wish we could just start classes." Looking at a clock on the wall she saw that it was starting to get late. Still early enough for daylight, but late enough for dinner to be starting. Most of the freshman had already arrived (not wanting to be late their first day) Evie laughed at the thought of her first day. But there were still many students that would still be arriving. "So, what are you doing for the rest of the evening? Would you like to go to dinner? I don't have anyone to sit with yet."

As Evie waited for his response she wondered if her roomate had arrived yet, she so desperatly wanted to meet her. Another friend for her to get along with. But the thoughts left her mind quickly when her stomach growled. "I hope it's something good, I'm a terribly picky eater", a very coy smile falling easily onto her lips.

Violet got tired of waiting so she went outside her dorm and started to look around the school. She found a music room and saw a piano inside. Violet went inside and sat on the piano bench. She took her time to think of a song. She found a song called My Immortal by Evanescence. She memorized the song so she played with her eyes closed.

James smirked and gave a nod to Evie, "You're welcome!" His voice was bright as he looked at the tattoos over again, he wondered if anybody even approved of those tattoos. When Evie got out of the pool, he ended up just watching her with a smile. "So do you enjoy swimming? Is it like something you love to do to get rid of stress or anything?" Watching her as she dried her hair out some and then came back to him after throwing the towel in the bin, he smiled widely at her. "Yeah, I know! Means meeting some new friends and yeah yeah." A chuckle followed his words as he scratched the back of his head and then looking at the sky. It was slowly setting, it wasn't dark yet but he could tell due to the color change in the sky.

"What am I doing for the rest of the evening?" A hum escaped his lips as he pretended to think, "Well I think I'm just going to hang out with you, V! Dinner sounds good to me, better than being alone right?" James watched at some people who walked by who kept looking at Evie's tattoos. Then he returned his attention back to Evie and smiled, "I bet it's something great. Now come on, you have to change. Otherwise you will die of hunger! Unless, you want to go eat in your swimsuit, then by all means go ahead." He winked at her as he dug his hand back into his pocket and looked all around the familiar campus.

Evie stretched back and rubbed her stomach. "Ah, I am rather hungry", a playful laugh escaped her lips, "but I think I can make it if I change. I guess just meet me in the cafe in fifteen minutes? It shouldn't take long."

(I'm sorry it's such a short post, my next one will be longer, I just couldn't think of a way to elongate this post without making your person consent. lol)

James laughed and gave a quick nod, "Man, I would have hoped you only when in your swim suit!" He shrugged as he smirked at Evie, "Just kidding, I'll see you in the cafe in fifteen. I'll save you a spot, don't be late!" He joked as he walked away giving a wave to her before completely walking out of the pool area and making his way to the cafe. After battling a crowd of Freshmen on the way, he finally made it to the cafe and found a table to sit at. Quickly he sat down in a chair and waiting for Evie to come, hoping it would be soon as he drummed his leg while looking around.

After about ten minutes, James took off his glasses and played with hair some as he waited at the table. "Hey there," He greeted some of his old "friends" as they walked by and he began to chat with them, just until Evie arrived. Then he would just shoo them away like they used to do to him to hang out with her and only focus on her.

Rosaria looked around there was her other two suitcases,Taking out all the clothes she left in there her purple bikini and a cute gray cardigan. Sighing, at all these clothes she started to put the clothes in her clothing cabinets. She then saw her sunglasses and her flip flops and put them in the suitcase with her bikini.

Violet began to play Trouble by Coldplay. It was her favorite song. It reminded her of when she was a runaway and when the person from the orphanage found her. She began to cry when she said "They spun a web for me." at the end the song. She stopped crying and started singing random coldplay and evanescence songs on the piano. When she was at the orphanage, the students always made fun of her because of how she dressed and she never spoke. She sang Trouble and everybody suddenly wanted to be her friend. She declined their offers.

Ashley wandered the halls of her new school this place was huge and quiet nice if she did say so herself. She knew that she had to go meet her teachers and stuff but she still had some time and was in really no hurry to go get her schedule. Ashley made a few stops while giving herself a private tour she came across the gym, theather room , the indoor pool , cafeteria which is where she planned on going as soon as this meeting or whatever they called it was over and the last place she happened to find was the auditorium which lucky for her was were this freshman get together was to take place. She walked into the auditorium there were only about twenty people in the auditorium all of them seated in different parts of the auditorium Ashley just took a seat in the middle of the auditorium.

After about twenty minutes the auditorium begun to fill up with people as the time came from people to get there program cards and meet their teachers for the school year. Once all the freshman had gathered in and taken their seats and all the adults involved in this had showed up the principal first gave a boring and long speech about what was suspected of each student and the dress code that all the students were to follow and so on and so on. After the principal speech then one by one the teachers came up and gave a little introduction about themselves saying their names, what subject they taught , were they went to college and telling a little bit about were they grew up and things of that nature. During this time Ashley was extremely bored and just couldn't wait for this to be all over so she could go eat something. Finally when all the teachers had finished talking and doing their little speeches the principal came back up said something about how she believed in every one of us and by the end of this long road we would be happy we came here, which in Ashley's mind just sounded like a bunch of bs seeing as most of the kids attending this school didn't come here they were sent and who would be happy to be sent away. Well anyway after that each freshman had to get on a line depending on what their last name started with and recieved their schedules once giving hers Ashley didn't bother looking she just stuck it in her purse and headed off back to cafeteria.

Evie bounced through the crowd, finding her way to her room. She rushed in, not bothering to care about getting the floor wet, slipping several times, and almost falling. As she was going through the house she noticed that her roomate had arrived, she took several minutes to look through the rooms to see if she was there, which she apparently was not. Going back into her room, she went to her dresser from the years before, still full of clothes, old ones, but ones she was used to. She had bought new ones, but she didn't want to wear them just yet. She grabbed a pair of faded jeans, a pair of converse: green, her favorite colors, and an old vintage ACDC shirt. It wasn't much, but she liked it.

Making her way out of the room, she noticed that it was 7:30, she was amazed at how the time flew. But she walked briskly to the cafe. She noticed James at once, he was surrounded by some of his friends. Walking up to his table she smiled and said her hello's to everyone. Looking at the line, full of mostly freshman all looking terrified, she sat down next to James, "I think I'll just wait before I go in line." She laughed, "I don't remember being that nervous when I came here. Are you hungry though?" As she asked, she saw a girl walk in, she was gorgeous, with brown hair, and brown eyes. She didn't seem to know anyone in particular, so Evie waved her over.

After entering the cafeteria Ashley looked around it was full of students mostly freshman coming from the auditorium like herself. The kids who came in immediately got on the long line they all seemed to be talking with one another about why they were there and how excited they were to start the new school year. Instead of getting straight on line her gaze traveled around the cafeteria looking at all the people sitting at different tables she wondered about were she would sit she knew no one here and the only person she did know was her roommate who she didn't see at this very moment and didn't really know well at all. Her attention drew to one girl who was sitting at a table with all guys she was waving her over Ashley didn't know this girl at all and figured she was just trying to be friendly and seeing as she didn't have many other options Ashley walked over to the table and sat down she looked at the girl and smiled "Hi am Ashley nice to meet you, your name is ?".

James laughed with his friends as he soon noticed Evie come up to the table and say hello to them all. He looked over at Evie with a smile on his lips, "Yeah same, the line is huge with Freshmen huh? I'm not that hungry actually for some reason..." He shrugged slightly as he noticed her wave over a very beautiful girl with brown hair and tan skin. Was this school usually always filled with such hot girls? He never noticed before until now. When he turned to shoo away his friends, they were already sitting down at the table and talking amongst themselves and loud enough so James could hear them. With a roll of his eyes and a glare to the guys, they just laughed at him and began talking about what they did over the summer. Quickly, he gave an apologetic smile to Evie about them.

When the girl walked over and sat at the table James smiled at her. Not wanting to introduce himself yet until Evie introduced herself, she was the one who waved her over. That would be slightly creepy, wouldn't it? Was this girl a Freshmen, she didn't look familiar at all. He decided he would ask later as he kicked the guys under the table, after a cold glare his friends got up and walked out of the cafeteria to the dorms. "Finally..." The comment was more to himself than anyone else really, they just talked about stuff he really didn't care about and never got the hint to leave.
