Description

Mr. Crowley. A.K.A "The man on the big screens" Mr. Crowley runs City-18 and can do whatever he wants. When he talks to the city over the huge screens, he appears as a head with neatly kept white hair. His eyes are dark grey and his skin pale and wrinkly. Remember, he can hear you.
Dr. Bendson. In his 40s, M.I.T. and U.I.T. graduate. Short brown hair. Brown eyes. White lab coat. Friendly, helping Civvies out and doing what he can to not get caught with his projects.
Joe Bendson. Dr. Bendson's son. Looks the same, although in his 20s and in typical Civvy clothes. Brown hoodie and dirty jeans. Also very friendly. Absolutely cannot stand CPs. Resistance leader.
SGT. Carbo CP higher-up. Usually has a few CPs with him for protection. Heavily armed. Total jerk.
