Introduction
On a remote island in the Caribbean, there resides a boarding school for those who are supernatural, inhuman, what ever you want to call them, but here they call us special. Whether we are or not, thats for you to decide.
Here in the Caribbean, there is a large boarding school, secluded from the outside world, where those who are connected to the thing that go "bump" in the night can learn and gain control easier. We also take cautions to help our students. Werewolves are restrained on full moons, and vampires are given blood from a donation service that is unknown to the rest of the human world. Here we have both island beauty and large, grounds for our students to feel more free.

Rain looked at the poster that Paige hung up. "A halloween dance? How boring..." Either way, she would go. It wasn't like she had any choice. Paige would either have to or want to, and drag her along with her. That ws how it usually went. But Rain didn't mind. She liked Paige.

With a bounce in his step and one ear-phone blasting music in his ear, Zeke calmly made his way down the corridor, ignoring Paige and Rain as he glanced out the window just as he passed. However, the flash of orange caught the corner of his eye and he spun round to look at it, glancing over the words and then spotting Paige out of the corner os his eye.
"Ah! Paige! Hey there! Whatcha doing these days?" He asked, bright and chiper as usual. He flashed her his winning smile, hoping it would cheer her dreary expression. He failed to notice Rain as he concentrated on the werewolf of his dreams. Okay, maybe not his dreams. But certinaly on his 'Hottest Girls in School' list.
"Ah! Paige! Hey there! Whatcha doing these days?" He asked, bright and chiper as usual. He flashed her his winning smile, hoping it would cheer her dreary expression. Rain scowled at Zeke as he made a bee-line for Paige. This was the one and possibly only thing that she didn't like about Paige, even though it wasn;t even Paige's fault. To everyone but Zeke, it was quite obvious that Rain had a crush on him, yet he had a crush on her best friend. That hurt Rain a lot, but she didn't know what to do about it. She knew Zeke didn't even see her. That was how it normaly was. No one ever saw Rain. Gothic she may dress, but Rain had never even said three words to Zeke. She never said anything to anyone.

With a few days of being at the school, Allee pretty much knew what was what, and who was who. Pretty much. Kind of. Okay, maybe not. In fact, definitely not. She knew a little of who was who, and mentally ran through that checklist as she walked down the corridor. Paige, a girl the guys liked. Seemed nice. But it also looked like she got herself into spots of trouble . . . quite often. Rain, the girl who dressed gothically, and therefore, everybody avoided her. She didn't see any point in this; it was a school of supernatural beings. What was so bad about wearing a little black? Black on young adults was a sign that they were independent or ready for independence . . . and that they wanted to make a difference. Psh, what was so bad about that? And Zeke. The cutie-pie shifter. Girls liked him, that was for sure. Even she had to admit, he was cute! But then some thought he was annoying. She, personally, didn't know any of them well enough to have an opinion. Or at least, she didn't think she was supposed to have one.
Walking slowly down the hall, a few books in the crook of her arm, she tried not to look directly at anyone. Sure, she could talk to them. But she was only a Wiccan - they were supernatural beings. They'd probably think lesser of her.

"Getting detention, and doing some more community work. All because I skipped Restraint." Paige smiled at Zeke, running one hand through her hair. She grabbed a poster and stapled it to a wall. She turned back and smiled at Zeke. "So are you going to the halloween dance? Unfortunately I have to set up. Another little detention detail." She said, his smile working, making her happier than she would have been had she continued stapling these stupid posters.

Damien rose from his seat and walked into the hallway. He sensed Allee. The girl intriuged him greatly, as she said she was a witch, but he knew the scent of a witches' blood. Being a Vampire, he knew the scent of every species. Allee had human scented blood. Her scent was intoxicating...

"Of course I'll go! I love parties!" Zeke exclaimed happily, his grin widening. The sound of footsteps coming down the hall made him turn, but before he saw Allee, he noticed Rain.
"Ah!" He jumped, rather overdramatically, throwing himself into the wall and sliding down to the floor where his bag somehow became hooked above his head and his arms counldn't get free. He squirmed like a maggot, then gave up with a melodramatic sigh, before smiling up at Rain.
"Hey, Rain. Didn't see you there. When I finally spotted you, your awe-inspiring beauty startled me." The blonde complimented the other werewolf girl with a grin, and though he may not have been completely serious, he wasn't trying to be nasty or sarcastic either. Rain blushed, and didn't reply. She often wondered if the rumors that selkies could read minds was true or not, becasue Zeke always knew what to say to cheer her up, without her saying anything. She cast a sideways glance at Allee, and waved, but then stopped as she noticed Damien. She glared at him, and hie glared back. Anyone could see that there was hatred between the vampire and the werewolf, but they never told anyone why. It was a long, painful memory for both of them.

Paige saw Rain and walked over. "hey. What's up?" She smiled then noticed Damien and her smile faded. She looked back at Zeke. "You gonna get up any time soon?" She laughed and sat down beside him.

Damien watched the scene, enjoying Rain's glare. Oh how he enjoied torturing her. With the speed of a vampire, he pushed her back against the wall, blocking all escape routes. He grinned at her, revealing fangs. "That dissapointed to see me, pup? Come now, is that any way to treat an old friend, Rain...?"
A shadow of the wolf passed behind Rain's eyes as she snarled, fang forming in her own mouth. "Shut it, Leeche." Her voice was rough, throaty. She was pissed, and was ready to snap. Two time werewolves transform unwilingly: A full moon, or when they are pushed over the edge,. Either way, they go into a frenzy that they cannt control. And Damien had Rain dangling on the edge.

The Wiccan paused in her brisk walk, with a quick turn. Oranges? What? For a moment, the girl seemed completely and entirely confused, until she reached her hand up to her hair. Right! Citrus-scented shampoo. With a grin, she nodded. "Thanks! You smell . . . nice too?" Doh, what a stupid comment. There were times when it was as if Allee was a blonde in disguise. She'd helped Paige pull Zeke up, with a kiss to her fingertips, and a pat right above his elbow. God, if only she were a witch. Nodding in agreement with what Paige had said, she cast her eyes the other way. Damien had Rain pushed up against a wall. And Rain didn't look too pleased. Furrowing her eyebrows together, she quickly slid over to the two, hand on the vampire's upper arm. She tried pulling him away from the werewolf, with a clearing of her throat. "Damien. Any chance you remember the school policy? Hands and feet to yourself." She raised an eyebrow at him, trying to remain assertive, and not too aggressive or passive.

"Whee!" Zeke exclaimed as he leaped into the air at the point where he was pulled onto his feet. Spinning round, he winked at the girls, his bright, cheesy grin only dropping when he saw Damien slamming Rain into a wall. Okay, what? A dude, slamming a girl into a wall. If that wasn't physical harrassment then the blonde selkie wasn't sure what was. Even so, Damien was being a complete and utter creep with his wall slamming and his scary smiles and his whispered words. A little scared of the vampire, Zeke decided to step in. Letting girls be harrassed like that so wasn't his style.
"Hey! Hey! C'mon, guys, let's lighten up, alright?" He clapped his hands, gently pushing Allee out of the way and slipping into the small space between Rain and Damien. The blonde selkie grinning in the vampire's face, he took the undead's arms and attempted to lift them away from the red headed werewolf.
"C'mon, Damien. What's with all the man handling, man. She could get you done for harrassment, but as she's a nice person, I'm sure she won't do that." He glanced over his shoulder. "Right, Rain?"

Rain almost imeadiatly turned about as red as her hair as soon as Zeke stepped between her and Damien. The space was barely big enough to hold another Rain...but Zeke? He brushed up against Rain, and that sent her head spinning. Using the destraction to her advatange, she ducked away, turning her back on the guys, and bolted to the girls' bathroom. Damien sneered. "Way to scare away the catch, Selkie." He backed away from Zeke, and then walked away, throwing over his shoulder, "You know, you should either talk to her, or stop leading her around, Selkie. You're slowly killing her on the inside."

Allee looked a bit peeved as Zeke stepped in. What, he didn't think she could handle it? Those thoughts were quickly put aside once Rain had scampered off to the girls' bathroom. With a scowl towards the vampire, she followed after.

The witch frowned, searching in her bag for some tissues. Once she saw that she was out, she looked around, deciding to just grab some paper towels. Cheap, sure, but still effective. She handed it over to Rain, with a reassuring smile. "I think Zeke's still trying to get him to just leave you alone. I'm not sure. Why does Damien pick on you like that?"

"Our parents set us up in an arranged marrige." Rain blew her nose. "Neither of us want that, for obvious reasons, and he just enjoies torturing me...because I let him."
