The human world ((Earth)), the year is 2199...
Man invented so many new technologies... but now, when he comes to invent the most important one, he doesn't understand that he is playing with fire... Or in our case, with DEATH.
The invention is called THE HEART MOMENTUM, and its purpose is to replace the heart of the patient, even when the body is dead. In other words, if the body is still intact and with the flesh and skin, that powerful invention can revive a person.
The invention is still being tested though, and it was tested 10 times already on several people, ages range from 10 to 40. The experts assume that these unfortunate souls died by some sort of accident, be it a road accident, or a fire, or something else.
That invention may sound most powerful, but it has a side effect which was discovered in all the experiments -
It changes the personality of the person drastically, if not completely.
It was first discovered when one of these people, which was supposed to be a happy and cool minded person, just raged when he woke up, and made his way out of the hospital forcefully. It's not even known where he is now, but at least the whole experiment was marked as a success.
Another thing that you should note, is that all of the tested subjects have one part of their body mechanized, thus making them some kind of cyborgs.
It seems like the remaining supernatural population (Vampires, ghosts, etc.) is not so happy about this new invention, but at least they live with humans peacefully, since 2116 to be exact.
It is said as a rumor, that a shinigami ((Grim reaper)) will descend to earth and begin killing people if people will revive the dead like this. Whether its true or not, its not known.
Available roles:
A testing subject - State which mechanic part you got, and the personality of your "last life" (before the Heart Momentum was injected into you)
A supernatural - Living with humans in harmony, but they don't seem to like the Heart Momentum... Not all of them are like this though, but the majority is. ESPECIALLY Let-Him-Die-In-Peace-Already ghosts.
A scientist - Working on the Heart Momentum, but they may be targets for violent attacks from both subjects and supernaturals.
And of course, you can even play a normal human, but if you can, find a way to connect to the story.
Improtant Note!: Although a grim reaper mentioned, it is NOT a playable character for now.

OOC Notes
Lonely sat in the darkness of an alley, playing with shadows. Literally. Her tan hand moved slowly back and forth along the ground, and the shadows seemed compelled to follow. Her eyes were sad, soft, and almost broken looking as she watched the shadows. In a word, she looked, well, lonely. Her hair had lost it's luster, and she was in need of a bath, but she still, somehow, managed to look beautiful. She sighed, dropping her hand into her lap. The shadows all seemed to return to their normal positions. Lonely stood slowly, and brushed some extra dirt off her skirt, before turning to look through the city.
In her eyes, it was broken. She hated the technology that seemed to rule these days. She wasn't sure if she wanted to be a part of the Rebellion, she was a major non-conformist, but she felt that something needed to be done. Maybe I'll make my OWN rebellion... she thought. Right. Because a single orphan could make a rebellion to overthrow the strong-hold government. Riiiight. Keep dreaming, Lonely... she told herself. Actually, no, don't. Stop dreaming. Dreams lead you weird places... Like here.

After successfully Escaping The hospital, where the Heart Monentum was injected to his body, Max just laid down in a dark spot, with the motorcycle connected to him. Just WHAT did they do to me?!? WHY is there a motorcycle connected to me?!? and why... why I don't feel my heart anymore?...
Then, he heard footsteps in the darkness. "WHO'S THERE?" He shouted, with an angry expression on his face. He was no longer the cool minded person he once was. He became hasty, loud, and hot tempered. After he shouted towards the darkness, he tried to get up, but he just couldn't, because he didn't know how to move that motorcycle yet. After the failed attempt to get up, he crawled towards a wall, and barely got up there, standing on his 2 wheels now. "I SAID WHO'S THERE?! work already, you wheel set of trash...!"
Then, he heard footsteps in the darkness. "WHO'S THERE?" He shouted, with an angry expression on his face. He was no longer the cool minded person he once was. He became hasty, loud, and hot tempered. After he shouted towards the darkness, he tried to get up, but he just couldn't, because he didn't know how to move that motorcycle yet. Lonely closed her eyes to the man's voice, wondering if she should get up and do anything. She stood up from her hiding spot and slowly stepped closer to the man. "Hello?" she called in her soft voice, her eyes flashing dangerously. Under her left hand, the shadows twitched and swayed.

"Who are you?!" Max said, still trying to get his mechanic part to work. Suddenly, the wheels moved, so suddenly, and fast. He didn't manage to say another word, and suddenly, the wheels moved. They moved for a moment, but they moved quickly, moving him closer to the shadows. It also made some noise, and the friction of the metal wheels with the ground made some sparks. "Tch... NOW they move... Wait, a voice of a girl...? Just what a girl has to do here in the shadows, and in this time?!"

Lonely watched from the shadows, and brushed her hair off her shoulders. "You need to oil it up a little." she muttered, and used the shadows to create a sort of a blanket around her, masking her entirely. She stepped forward, unseen, and crouched, looking at his mechanical parts.

"What do you mean 'Oil it up'?! When I woke up in that cursed hospital, it was just ON ME! I don't know a thing about it!" He shouted again. "I don't even know how to move those wheels, they just moved now...! Besides, don't you see I'm leaning to a wall now? Its not just for the coolness, its because I can barely stand with this thing!"
"Ah, and you still didn't answer my question: Who are you, and what the hell you do here in the darkness in the middle of the night?! Well, I have my reasons because I just woke up an hour ago with this stupid thing on, but what do YOU have to do here?!" He tried to look threatening from the outside, but inside him, he was just confused, and a little threatened himself. He completely didn't know what to do, so he just stayed in place, waiting for the girl to answer.

Well, I have my reasons because I just woke up an hour ago with this stupid thing on, but what do YOU have to do here?!" Lonely spoke in an eerily calm voice, softly, as if attempting to soothe the man. "You were experimented on. I can get you to a place where you can rest for the night, and I can get your parts working the way they should." She slowly let the shadows around her shift back to their normal places, her eyes still focused on the man. She reached a slow, gentle hand out, and touched the metal. It was cold, and it sent shivers up her spine. "I can tell you all the details once we get you to my garage." She stood, and stepped back from the man, right outside of his reach. Still, she didn't answer any of his questions.
Pity squeezed her heart. This is what happened when you played with people's minds. She kept herself calm, but a slight anger boiled inside her, making the hairs on the back of her neck stand straight. She hated the hospital, she hated what they did. "Let sleeping dogs lie..." her mother always told her. So why couldn't they do that now?

Max was shocked, and anyone could see it in his eyes. "I was... EXPERIMENTED... on...?" He waited a few seconds before talking again. There were even more questions running on his head than there were before. "F-Fine... If you will give me answers about what is going on with me, and why this thing is on me, I'll go with you... I just don't get a lot of things, and I want answers...!" He had hatred inside him, which could be visible... It just needed someone or something to be directed at...

"This will be the safest way to get to my place." Her eyes were strong, gazing into his. She felt a few strands of hair fall over her shoulders, and tossed it over again.

"Sorry for not being stable on my walking... or driving, I don't even know anymore...!" He said when they walked with her arm holding him from falling. "You... seem to be human... No, a supernatural it is."
