Its the year 1889 and the Eastbridge neighborhood seems to be a properous and friendly place. In the Manstreet there is house that looks abandoned and is supposed to be haunted. Inside the house are the trapped souls of criminals. Whoever enters the house finds an illusion showing a bright and friendly atmosphere and a nice woman greets the guests. But behind the illusion is a place with skeleton still clothed sitting in chairs or laying in their beds. The illusion is black magic. In the shelf in the billard room is a single book that is supposed to break a curse that shouldnt be broken. The curse is lifted by simple opening the book. One day someone will enter and open the book, freeing the souls and restoring their bodies, only restoring them so that the are monsters on the inside and human on the outside. Whoever opens the book is marked for life, with a crystal or a tattoo, and is protected from physical harm coming from the undead. But therefore their psyche is affected by guilt and sometimes insanity. The once trapped souls go out to still their hunger for human flesh. Who will survive and will anybody try to stop the evil soul?
