Bella McDermott

Bella took long, slow strides down the empty corridor. High, arched ceilings were decorated with gold ornaments and intricate paintings. A long black carpet went down the center of the hallway, and large, decorated doors lined the wall. Her silky hair was pulled back into a curly ponytail, bright colors slightly visible throughout her whole head. Behind her were two Gjenganger, tall and lanky with shaggy black hair looking completely the same. Beside her was a small girl that appeared to be twelve with a pair of fuzzy black ears sticking from the top of her head.

Reaching down she pat the head of the girl, "Franchesca, you have done your deeds, now it's time to rest.." she said in her usually calm voice. "Yes madam!" Franchesca replied in a thick, French accent, turning and running the opposite way down the hall. Bella then turned to the two men behind her smiling, "You two, as well, have done a great job today considering the amounts of stress that everyone went through today," she gave a dismissive wave. "You may go rest!" Instantly, they disappeared like vapor into thin air. Bella turned once more, contenuing to the biggest door at the very end of the hall.

(Okay, sorry its so short, I'm sleepy! Also sorry for any grammer or spelling also :) Have fun!)

Alice sat in the library asleep. she had not slept all night and was stressed so she had made herself comfortable in her chair. she gave a sigh of relief and a tiny smile before coming absorbed in her dream which turned into a nightmare.

DREAM:
the dream was peaceful at first Alice sat happily on a hospital bed she was a child then, kicking her legs in the air. she herd a the most treacherous noise a scream... from herself. Alice looked up there in front of her was a man he held her arm tight pushing a needle into it she struggled and let out a little sequel kicking at the man and grasping the bed sheet with the other arm. she could not speak a word she was mute, but her scream could be herd. The man let go of her arm and she feel onto the bed reaching for the bars on the end, but could not reach. He grabbed her feet and dragged her off, Alice let out another scream several more till she was dragged into a surgery room strapped down as doctors held sharp pointed objects. Alice kicked and screamed at the sight and closed her eyes tight till she saw a image of a old women who said "it is worthless to struggle."

Alice opened her eyes and pressed her body onto the table grasping the edges tight "all a dream just a dream." she breathed in and let go of the table "calm down." Alice got up and went to the bathroom and washed her face over the sink, then walked back to the library and sat down and stared at the table. "But it's not all a dream." she whispered.

Bella McDermott

Bella came to a halt at the end of the long hallway, then took a sigh of releif The library, my saving grace! She thought, reaching for the handle of the door. Opening the door, she trotted in to find Alisson. The smell of old musty books wafted in the air, and the lights were turned down low. She half smiled.

"Hello Alice!" she said warmly, walking towards a large shelf stocked with thin blue books. "It's been a hard day, huh?" she smiled, running her fingers over the delicate backs of the books.

Alice looked up and nodded "yeah so tired couldn't sleep last night." she slumped over her desk in a sleepy way then looked up at Bella "you to?" she got up and walked to the books "I think I will go looking for newer books soon and maybe spray these ones with perfume or somthin." she smiled "hey my favorite book." she pulled out Winny the poo and Alice and wonderland "or two favorites." she said skimming through Winny the poo. "Childhood memories." Alice looked at Bella and Smiled then put them back. she felt related to Alice In wonderland somehow. Winny the poo was a childhood favorite to Allison.

Violet went to the library to find a book about medicines to see if she could make one for immortals. She started to get curious about medicine for the immortals after she had read about vampires, supernaturals, and others. She entered the library to find nobody there. Violet sighed and she started to look for the book herself. Since she was short, she couldn't reach anything from the top shelf. So she waited for one of the librarians to appear. Violet heard someone come into the library. She walked out of the aisle of bookcases to see Allison and Bella. She didn't want to disturb them by interrupting their conversation so she sat down and waited.

Bella smiled, "Yeah, sleep is hard to find this time of year.... The immortals seem to move more and migrate." she took a deep sigh, then glanced at Alice, "I came here to get some books to read, do you know where the books Lolita by Vladmir Nabokov, The Screwtape Letters by C.S Lewis, or Middlemarch by George Eliot are?" she glanced around the library, "Haven't read those in a while, they are quite good!"

Alexander Bennet

Alexander sat on his small bed, moving his fingers through his hair. The door to their room slightly opened. He smiled. Franchesca, the cutest little sister ever, so sweet...... she peeked her black, fuzzy head in. "Alexander!" she whispered loudly. But, I still can't understand how we are related, the age difference is huge, I'm a cow and she's a fox, and then there's that we don't even look or act alike! Alexander patted the space beside him. "Hello Franchesca! Why don't you come sit down? You've been a hard little worker!" Franchesca bound in happily, with a smile on her face, But you can see how weary she is, it's in her eyes, etched all over her face... he thought sourly.

Shuffling papers weren't an uncommon noise being heard from Tsume's office, which was made mostly of oaken doors and framework, with a lush Oriental red carpet and red wallpaper patterned with gold leaf. Besides the glass dome above him, there were no windows, and the few light sources were the gas lamp at his large, low lying mahogany desk {completed with carved clawed legs and gargoyle heads at the four corners} the few other lamps dotted on the walls. There was also book cases lining the two walls on either side of the desk, which was opposite the door. There was another low lying table in the centre of the room, surounded by two floor seats with red cusioning. There was no seat behind his desk, besides the large Oriental cushion which he sat upon, dressed in a black kimono with a silvery white and royal blue peacock design. However, the pages doing the shuffling weren't the old books or even the scrolls the Oni usually read, they were rolled up parchment, documenting the oldest European treasures of the immortals home.

"This written in Old French, and yet not one of these articles are of French design." The Oni chuckled, the lamp light flickered across his handsome face. With a scroll at his side, he attempted to translate the old language as best he could into old Japanese, his native language. However, many items caused his flowing pen to stutter, as his knowledge of Latin and modern French failed him numerous times.

"This is no good... I will need assistence from the library." Laying down his pen and standing up, his kimono burst into black mist, then reformed around him as a crisp black suit and tie with a white undershirt. He left the room and headed down the spiral staircase, directly to the second elavated level of the library. Tsume himself was tall, 6'4, with coal black hair in a messy style and pale skin. His limbs were long and graceful, and his build was athletic. His face wa sharp and angular, with high cheekbones and a pointed chin, narrow eyes the colour of molten gold and slight red make-up around his eyes to make them appear even more narrow and giving him the appearance of a male geisha.

"Alison." Tsume said to himself, hopping over the balcony to the lower level and landing lightly before straightening up and proceeding to walk. His smart shoes clicked against the stone floor until he came upon the carpet. His keen eyes glanced left and right, down the rows of tall bookshelves until he stopped, seeing Alison at one end with the Head of the Household, Bella McDermott. He made no move to approach them, insteading chosing to stare right at them and wait for Alison, or the two fo them, to come to him.

Sitting in chair in the library.Using knee as a desk as i write in my journal random notes from a song.The journals cover was green and made from leather.Its pages were tinted pink and i always wrote in blue ink. I didn't really get why I did, but i always had to write with blue ink.I looked around the room at the rows of book shelves.My hand was getting a cramping feeling from writing, so i got up and walked over to one of the shelves.I looked at the titles,finding nothing very interesting.I moved along to a different shelf,hoping to find something that I'd like to read.Decides nothing here would interest me at the moment,I go back to the chair and just read through my own journal.

Klaven walks slowly into the library a guitar on his back wearing as always a black shirt with no sleeves and bluejeans. The bite scar on his right arm looking as bad as it always does. He walks over to one of the bookshelves looking up and down it for a good book that may help him with his song that he was trying to make. He really didn't know what he was looking for or even why a book would help with a song but he was getting mad not being able to think of anything for the song and he was hating the fact that he was alone in his room doing nothing but singing and playing his guitar. He slowly looks over seeing a girl that he has never seen before but he really didn't know that many people here. "Hello," He says with a smile, "How are you today?"

Was reading a journal entry from years ago about my mom.Starts picturing that day in my mind.Hears someone talking and snaps out of my day dreaming.Looks up from journal,blinks."Umm,Hello.I'm fine i guess.How bout you?"Closes journal and binds it up to keep it closed.

Allison smiled "yes I haven't read the books in a long time either." she looked around the library "But I memorized were all the books are I bet I can find the ones your looking for." she looked at Bella. "I will be right back." she ran off to one end of the library for one then to the other and then to the very end "all the books are here." she ran back to Bella handing her each book "all the ones you wanted are right here." she looked around noticing Tsume. "hold on one second, Bella. then she ran to Tsume "Um, can I help you look for a book?" she asked him, he seemed so much taller then her, wow I'm short compared to him. she thought to herself her stomach growled she looked at him "uh literature is right over there next to languages of the world there are signs all around, my assistant may be able to help you, but I have to go get something real quick." she ran back to Bella "Bella I'm going on break for a few minutes I'm hungry." she ran out of the library to the kitchen looking around "gosh I need food." her stomach growled more "garganstuff." (she says random stuff when shes hungry) "I need food like really need it now."

Klaven smiles even more that someone is talking to him. "I've been fine just a bit bored. I've been siting around trying to make a song for the head of the house miss Bella but it isn't working out that good." HE says siting down beside the girl. "so what is your name I'm Klaven but you can call me kly if you wish ."

"Ok kly.I'm Zemy.But some people call me zmey.Its one letter different but it means three headed dragon"grins."A fire breathing one at that."Raises eyebrow,"And your writing a song?Or attempting to at least."Feeling glad someone here will talk to me.

"Thats cool and yes but it isn't working out at all." He liked that zemy was grinning. He pulls his guitar off his back a sits it down beside him his scar being able to be seen by zemy once more. He looks back at her and smiles. "So what are you? Miss Bella is a immortal I think and everyone else I know here are some kind of immortal."

Smiles "You play guitar?and ya, I noticed,but I'm human as far as I know.I can't really remember much about me before two years ago."looks at your arm."And where you get the scar...?"

Bella turned to see Tsume. "Ah, hello Tsume." she said, a fake smile spread across her face. She glanced at Alice, "Thank you very much Alice, surely these will help to calm my nerves! And enjoy lunch!" She sighed, then started towards the shelf that held her books. She looked to the side and noticed the head of guests, and the entertainer. She gave a little wave, then kept advancing towards the shelf. She glanced up to find Lolita then smiled. She reached upwards, fingers grasping for the book. "Hmmm..." she gave up, dropping her hand, then resumed to find The Screwtape Letters

Alexander Bennet
Alexander smiled as his little sister jumped beside him. "So, brother, what are we going to do now that we have a break?" she smiled up at him. He pondered this for a moment, then, "How about we go find a book to read?" he put his arms around her. She nodded her head, "Oh yes brother! That would be lovely! What about......" she sat for a moment, contemplating what book she was going to pick. "Can we just look around?" she asked. "Sure sis! Come on." he allowed her to climb on his back, then headed out the door.

Shortly after, they came to the library, Franchesca still hanging onto his lanky back. "So, where to?" he asked casually, trying not to show any signs of strain.

He nods a little,"Yes I do play the guitar and I think I'm good but I don't know what everyone else thinks." He looks around a bit, "So your human wow the first nice human I have meet in a long time." He smiles closing his eyes as she asks about his scar. "Oh this I got it about 4 years ago from my new dad. He attacked biting me. Now I'm a werewolf I mean don't get me wrong I love it. But sometimes I wish the bite of a werewolf was as small as a vampire's so I wouldn't have this scar." He smiles again.

Alice grabbed a pack of fruit snacks "this will do." she left like that "yumm." quickly finishing she dumped the wrapper into the trash and ran back to the library "My deed is fulfilled." she whispered running to her desk and picking up the returned books then walking to the very back of the library sliding them in one by one. "perfect they all fit there." she walked back to the front and pulled out a package "I wonder whats inside." she shook the box then opened it up to find a whole new collection of books "wonderful." she to the front and placed the new books on display one being a sewing book, cooking book, crocheting book, and a new fantasy book. "thats absolutely perfect new books!" she jumped with glee, but very silently. "I can't wait to read them." new books were always a big delight to her.

Violet walked past Klaven and Zemy and she saw Tsume and Allison. She was about to ask Allison something but she ran away for some reason. Violet glared at the direction Allison ran to and she sighed. She stood next to Tsume and she felt small again. She was only 5ft 4in and the person next to her was one foot taller. She glared and she had a nervous look on her face. Though she had seen Tsume many times before, she still felt nervous standing next to him. She walked away and she accidentally bumped into Alexander and his sister. "I'm sorry." She told them with a nervous look on her face again.

Thinks about that for a minute"Well actually,I think it looks cool."Smiles at you"And i said I'm human as far as i know....the only thing I know about my self before two years ago is whats in my journal,and most of the pages are ripped out.Is there a chance I'll get to hear you play?I'll tell you if your good or not"smirks."And im not picky bout music."

Alice saw Violet "Violet!" she walked to her "I got new books today you wanna see them? or maybe I can help you find one." she asked happily then looked at Alexander "hello." she looked at Franchesca "hello there. we have tons of new children's books, are you interested in them?" she looked at all of them "we actually have new books on teaching recipes and sewing and even a new kids book that just arrived today. would you guys be interested in any of them?" she asked

I would play for you right now but I can't When I play my fingers start to bleed because I don't use a pick and I can't play with gloves on." He says with a smiles to hide that real reason. He didn't want to play because He was afraid that he was bad and he really didn't want to play badly for this person he just meet. "I could play but it would be something that someone else made nothing of mine. If that is ok."

Bella McDermott

Bella sighed, books in hand, then walked towards Alice, Alexander and Violet. She could see the height difference compared to Tsume, she snorted silently. Height should be no reason to fear someone. They should fear him for his personality, not his height.... She smiled at Alice, "I wil have them back in soon enough!"

Alexander Bennet
Alexander smiled "Hello!" he glanced up at Franchesca, who was smiling happily. "Yes Ma'am! I would love to see what books you have!" she patted Alexander's head, "Me and brother are going to read a story together!"

Pouts in a joking way"aww,come on,play one of ur songs."giggles"im horrid at pretending to be sad.Here,I'll make you a deal,If you play one of your songs,then I'll play my violin,deal?"Hoping he'll agree,even though I hate playing in front of people.

He looks down a bit. "Ok but this one I'm going to play doesn't have any words yet but I like the solo so I'm only going to play that." He picks up his guitar and starts to play his fingers bleeding a bit as he does.
