Description

Species name: Choqai
Species description: The Choqai are a race of warm-blooded omnivores with oval bodies about 1.2 meters in size, which are kept afloat by gas bags spread across their bodies. Their bodies are a very light shade of purple, to the point that it almost appears white, and they have a total of six red eyes located on long, slender eye stalks located in the front of their body. Their circular mouth is located at the lower end of their bodies and surrounded by eight long, thin tentacles that are located at the lower end of their bodies and are capable of very delicate movements and can be easily regrown when lost, as can their eye stalks.
Gender: Male
Age: 75 (which is concidered middle-aged among his people)
Appearance: Gyakka's body is covered by numerous wavy black tattoos showing his position as a high-ranking scientist of his species. (The Choqai don't have much use for clothing).
Personality description: Gyakka is usually rather calm and professional, though he can get very enthusuastic if he has discovered something unusual. He also has a somewhat morbid sense of humor and can be a "little" over-enthusiastic when it comes to dissecting things to see how they work. Other than that, he is a very personable individual with a great amount of patience.
Field of expertise: Gyakka is the head biologist of the research team, a position he fulfills with great (some would say unnerving) enthusiasm.
Specialized equipment: Various assorted kinds of scalpels, micrscopes, reactive fluids for tests with human tissue etc.
