Appearance: Maxie Zeus is a man of unremarkable height; standing only at about five foot and six inches. Not one to let obstacles stand in his way, Maxie rectified this by molding his body. Maxie exercised and crafted his body to obtain broad shoulders, chiseled abs, chest, arms and legs. Max ironically possesses a body of the Gods. Max has a rectangular chin which is hardly of notice due to his thick beard. With dark blue eyes and long, flowing, brown hair, Maxie has a more "Jesus" look than "Zeus" (since the Greek God is usually portrayed as an older man with white hair).

Normally Maxie wears expensive designer suits and the like. Though does wear noticeable lightning bolt cufflinks on his clothing. When Maxie Zeus enters a fight however he wears a high-tech battle suit. It is characterized by the distinct Greek influence on the armor and lightning bolts on the chest piece. This is finished with a cape and helmet.

Personality: Personality-wise Maxie Zeus is extremely prideful. This is in part coming from wealthy and privileged surroundings, giving him his aristocratic statue. Maxie is a very determined and tenacious man that will not stop until his ambitions are met. He is a strong and rather cutthroat individual, known to be ruthless in his "business ventures." Yet, Maxie is a refined aristocrat and a socialite. He has undeniable poise and social grace and often the object of affection from many women. Simply because of his keen charm and desirable body.

Max's commanding aire of allure isn't limited to cosmopolitan gatherings. In secret Maxie commands an cult-like following from his men. Possessing large amounts of charisma, he commands respect, adoration, but also fear. Max can be very cruel and very frightening, often known to electrocute those that cross him. He has absolutely no remorse for taking a life and will not hesitate to do so. After all it's just business management.

Goals & Ambitions: To become Gotham's "savior"

Abilities & Equipment: Captain of Industry: With a highly trained business acumen, Zeus is exceptional at making judgement calls (usually making the best choice that yields the most profit). This makes him highly tactical when faced with problem solving. This in turn has made him the head of one of the most largest and profitable companies in all of Europe. He also has access to a pool of wealth that has been building up even before he became CEO. It's only been recently that he's made the shift into becoming a multinational corporation, with buildings cropping up in America, China, and Japan.

Charismatic Leader: With boundless amounts of charisma, Maxie is skilled in the art of persuasion and charm. Usually able to convince many people to work for him or at least be useful to him. Depending on what he needs is the level of devotion one has with Zeus. Some are loyal, while others are zealous.

Peak Human Condition: To compensate for his smaller stature, Maxie has trained his body to be at the peak of athleticism.
*Hand-to-Hand Combat: Has basic knowledge of close combat skills

Paraphernalia : Zeus Suit- A high-tech suit of combat armor. It's base design was form-fitting Kevlar armor but has since been modified. The modifications were the addition of an insulated rubber suit underneath the Kevlar and between it; an intricate design of cords, wires, energy outlets and a generator that allows Maxie to pump pure electricity throughout his suit. Above the Kevlar is the addition of from-fitting plates giving him greater defense against bladed weapons and bullets. The electric grid however comes at it's apex at his gauntlets which Maxie can modify how intense the energy output is. This combat suit was designed by electrical engineer, Lester Buchinsky, an employee of Zeus Industries.

Thunderbolt Spear: A companion piece to the suit (also designed by Buchinsky). A long metal shaft modified with intricate wiring underneath it's metallic shell; with modules to modify how intense the electrical output the miniature generator creates. At it's point is a spearhead in the shape of a lightning bolt, where the grid meets it's apex. Pushed to it's most intense amperage, the spear fires the electricity in an arc (same with the suit's gauntlets if pushed to it's maximums).

Weaknesses: God Complex: Although this supplies him supreme confidence, believing himself to be infallible, it is also his very weakness. If he were to fail, to be proven that he is nothing more than a man, he loses his calmness and sophistication.

Water Exposure: In his Zeus Suit, repeated exposure to water could damage the circuits in his suit causing the generator to shut down.

Personal History:

Early Years

Maximilian Zeus was born to Alexandros and Marina Zeus. A very wealthy family that comes from Athens, Greece. Alex was the C.E.O of Zeus Industries, a major manufacturer and shipping magnate, making his family very wealthy. When Maxie was born his father instilled within him a sense of pride for who he is. That and ruthless pursuit of one's goals. Not a thing was made unreachable in young Maxie's life, all was his if he showed desire and willingness to take it.

He wasn't without peers either, always the life of any gathering. Even at an young age people flocked to him like moths to the light. Maxie knew he had a distinct power over others, one that he never failed to exploit. His influence and charisma carried him for his entire life. Max was always sent to the best schools, ones that boasts the best in education and educators. One of them happen to be his uncle.

In college his uncle was a professor of Greek History and Mythology at Oxford University. Thanks to his connections his father easily got him into such a prestigious school abroad. It was through his uncle that he began to have an obsession with mythology. Although it wouldn't manifest into what it was until he owned his father's business and gained his vast wealth. By now it was clear Maxie wasn't to grow any larger, but that didn't stop him from trying. Playing sports since high school, Maxie exercised his body for great athleticism. After all if he can't grow taller then he will bulk up.

He took on my sports activities during college such as fencing, wrestling, polo, cricket, and martial arts. He grew to be an athletic success but also an academic success as well. Maxie was smart, possessing keen business sense and problem solving. Groomed to be what a worthy heir, Maxie inherited his father's business after he graduated.

Inheritance

Maxie gained unrestricted access to his family's wealth. Having proven himself responsible and worthy to handle the vast fortune they possessed. Maxie was made C.E.O of his father's industry and he ran it with the same iron will. Yet, the money changed Maxie in a way, being a little more frivolous than his more conservative father. He began to purchase antiques and pieces of arts, especially mythological pieces. While he may have spoiled himself on more than one occasion he gave back to the people as well. He was quite the philanthropist sending money to those in need of it. He liked the power, knowing that his money and power can affect lives.

He felt they were indebted to him and to pay off their debts, they should praise and extol him. Maxie quickly became a public figure basking in the adoration of those he helps. It was a feeling like no other, one that he sought to increase. He made many donations and peace missions to impoverished homes and countries, it is said that his donations have helped turned the course for many facing poverty and death. While many believed him to simply be a generous humanitarian, Maxie in reality only cares about self satisfaction from the power their praises have given him. He even quotes that he feels like a God giving back to his worshipers, while this was excused as a mere analogy it was all in truth.

It was then Maxie became more "aggressive" in his attempts to change lives. While he sends money to many troubled places in the world, off-the-books he has certain groups funded for military campaigns. Mainly guerrilla fighters seeking to overthrow their oppressive governments. He funds and outfits them and continues to do so, so long as they do not forget who gave them their opportunity for change. Several small, third world countries have changed for the better and followed through on their end of the bargain. While those who honor him are continued to be given support for their fledgling nation, while those that betray him are soon dealt with a terrible vengeance. Usually Zeus strips them of their funding and instead funds a new dictator to subjugate the nation once again. Many dictatorships have risen and fallen due to Zeus's influence.

Gotham City

While Maxie Zeus has been content on changing the more ignored parts of the world, his ambitions are driving him to make a bigger impact on the world. Instead of changing the fate of third world problems, why not change the fate of a First World problem? What better place to start than Gotham City? Labeled the "Worst City in the World" Maxie sees this title as a challenge. If he can stabilize and destabilize an entire country then surely one city would be no small task. He quickly opened several places of business to bring more jobs into the city. Such as a Zeus Industries building (the first in America), and The Gotham City Olympus (A chain of Casino/Resorts that once belonged to another of his uncles) have been erected. Quickly rising as a public figure in Gotham as his campaign to solve the city's woes has been steadily gaining steam, making Maxie a rising star in Gotham's Elite.
