Introduction
A crew set sail to explore the world, however a deadly storm had rush in and crash their ship. The next morning the seas are calm and they make their way off the ship to find they had shipwreck on an island. Of course this island was not on their map, so finding their way back could be trick for them. Deciding to make camp on the beach they traveled into the jungle of the island to collect some wood for the fire. Though they came across something the wouldn't have expected, tree houses. Confused at first, they came to the conclusion that some one must been living here. Within further investigation they are yet revealed to another surprise, there was a village of cat like people are on the island with them known as Nekos.
The nekos are a rare species and often were used as maids or butlers..or ever pets, the nekos on the island were shipwreck themselves, one by one they found another and decided to at least build a homey shelter till they themselves could figure a way off the island that they named neko island after themselves, of course not all the nekos wish to leave. Leaving the island isn't difficult, it's finding land that is...this is what jeeps the nekos from leaving the island. If they did attempt to, their luck of finding dry land again would be slim. The neko population has increase on the island and now can be considered a village, the nekos work together to gather food or any needed supplies.
( Pretty simple introduction, just wanted to note when we do start the roleplay ( If it ever does get started) we will start by the nekos waking up in the morning and the humans coming out of their crashed ship to. )

The sun rose, the sea was calm, and the sun was up. The village was now awakening to their new day, though what this day brings is a mystery...for now.
Yuki yawned as she felt the warmth of the sunlight hit her face, it had been a long night with the raging storm...luckily Akiko had warned them of the storm just in time for them to prepare themselves. Getting up from her make shift bed she took a quick peek outside her window...the tree houses were in fine shape, meaning they lasted through the storm. Ah, thank goodness... Yuki thought as she scanned the village, everyone was now starting to awake from their sleep. Even the children were starting to gather up their energy as they ran across the bridges laughing, it was this life that Yuki enjoyed...it was peaceful. When Yuki first washed up onto the shore of the island she felt lonely...even now she does some what, her sister wasn't with her.
Her ears flinch a bit of the sound of one of the little boys tripping " Be more careful! Try not to run on the bridges please!" She called out to him, though in return she just got a tongue stuck out at her. She shook her head at the boy as she watch him run off with his friends " Gah...if he ends up hurting himself, he can expect a painful treatment." She giggled.
She was able to make herself useful to the village after the ship that was taking her home crash onto the island, she became the village healer after the previous healer passed away.
Walking out of her room she headed towards the 'hospital' well, that's what she enjoyed calling it.Really it was just her station, if some one wasn't feeling well or injured...they would come there for her to treat them.
Hmmm, I wonder if I could get Akiko to gather some herbs for me... She thought to herself.

OOC Notes
Akiko had woken just before the sun had risen, it was normal for her, she got an early rise on days after storms to check the damage. The houses all seemed fine and no one was screaming in the streets. She smiled to herself as she walked to a spings area nearby and bathed. She got dressed in her usual fashion of a white dress, gold bracletes, anklets, arm bands, and necklackes, ear rings, and a red ribbon to hold her hair in a low ponytail and head dress she wore for good luck. She got the red strings for the head dress from her father years ago.
After she redressed she walked back to the town, her ears perky and her unusually long tail swaing behind her happily as she did, the sun had risen for a short while when she made it back to the village. The houses were up in the trees over a dirt floor, one could assume the ground used to be covered with grass but years of peopel treading on it wore it down. The trees were growing on almost individual islands, it was as if the land had been cut up into pieces and then separated and the spaces filled with water, bridges connected some of the houses on the upper level and land on other sides of the rivers. The trees were lush and green and had flowers of different colors in them and some petals littered on the ground below.
Akiko headed for what she called the hospital for convenience sake, it wasn't a hospital by any standars but more of a station that was medically equppied, but still if you were sick or injured it's where you went. She walked in to find Yuki promising herself to treat a child roughly if they get hurt. "I don't think you could make a crying child cry more, you aren't determined neough to teach someone a lesson when you want to comofort them," she teased as she walked into the hut. "Everyone seemed fine when I searched around this morning. I'm going out to check the damage on the shores soon as well, I wanted to check in on you first though," Akiko said as she smiled to Yuki. She and Yuki had smiliar quailities and also opposite qualities but they almost always seemed to get along and where one fell short the other usually picked up the slack so Akiko felt a stronger connection to Yuki than most in the village even though Yuki wasn't a native of the village like Akiko was.

Hige sighed as he opened his eyes. Another storm had passed over the night before, he hated storms. They reminded him of when he was swept of his ship, along with his father. He gripped his necklace self-conciously and then got up, looking around to see if any damage had been done to his tree-house, he found he couldn't find anything so decided to go outside and see how the others were doing. He looked out and breathed deeply, one thing he liked about the island was how peacefull it was.
He climbed out of his tree and saw some petals had fallen onto the ground below it
"Ah... what a beautiful day" he said as he leaned on the tree's trunk

The faint sound of the oceans waves flowing onto a beachhead and the ebbing away filled his ears. His consciousness was slowly coming back to him as he began to have feeling in his body again, the lower half felt cool and wet as the edge of the waves that crashed into the shore drenched his legs constantly. Soon after he became able to coordinate his movements and attempted to flip himself over on his back, he succeeded though it did take him a while. Covered in sand with the morning sun beating down on him he tried to remember exactly how he got here. "That's right..." he said mumbling to himself.
'There was a really terrible storm last night, it snapped the mast in two since we couldn't bring the sails down in time after it came so suddenly. We rushed for the life boats just before the ship capsized because of the waves, I was on the last one to reach them after making sure everyone was off. Ahh, right I wasn't fast enough and the boat capsized with me on it, I floated as best I could, but the waves shifted and everyone else was already so far off none of them could reach me. I guess after awhile I just passed out and ended up here.' Blinking a couple of times as he watched the clouds in the clear blue sky roll along. "Wait a second! I'm alive!" he shouted as he quickly sat upright and checked his body frantically. He laughed, it was a pained one as he hit a few bruises, but he laughed nonetheless. 'I must have some kind of luck.'
The morning seawater was cold and if he stayed there any longer getting hit by it he might catch a cold, though he did go deeper into the ocean for a handful of minutes to wash the sand of his body and clothes as best he could. 'Well then I think maybe I should search this beach for other survivors.' he looked at the expansive beach from left to right and back again after retreating a safe distance away from the waves, there were no obvious signs of anyone else on landing near him, but there was still a lot more of it to explore and he had better get started.

Yuki giggled at Akiko's comment " Well, your probably right..." She scratch the back of her head as she made her way to the shelves in the hut.
" If you going out, do you mind gathering me some herbs? I starting to get low on most of my supply...that's of course if you don't mind."
She stared at Akiko with begging eyes, she is quite fond of Akiko...she is probably the person he is closest to in the village. Though Akiko is tougher then Yuki, she reminds her slightly of her sister in a way.
" Be sure to watch for those wild animals, we can't have you dieing on us. After all, who would collect my herbs if your gone?" She laugh softly
Searching through the jars of different herbs or liquids she finally came by a empty jug, taking it off the shelf she walked over to Akiko and held it out for her to grab " If you can, I could also use some sea water if you don't mind."
I wonder what today will bring, perhaps the hunters might catch something big...
" Akiko, if it's not to much to ask....is it alright if I maybe...tag along with you on your little adventure? I know I asked you to gather the herbs and such, but I never really go about the island." There was a reason Yuki didn't leave the village often, she wasn't the greatest fighter...which made her a easy target for those carnivores on the island.

Akiko smiled at Yuki and took the jar, "Of course I can get some herbs and water for you, the usual I presume?" she said as she walked to the other side of the hut and picked up a small satchel and placed the jar in it and the satchle on, with its strap falling across her chest. She then turned to Yuki with a slightly curious look on her face, "You want to go with me?" she reiterated, "Well I don't particularly mind but if we run into wild beasts let me handle the fighting and don't do anything unless I tell you to," she said in a slightly stern voice.
"I'll be right back, if you're coming with me I'm going to climb to the top of the ancient tree in the center of town to see if I can see any troubled areas we'd want to avoid," she said as she walked out of the hut and across three bridges to an enormous center tree that rose much higher than the rest. She had climbed it many times and made slight engravings in the trees trunk with a knife to make it easier to get up, soon she was on the top of the tree and could get a good view of the island, from a waterfall off a large cliff to the east, a large forest suouding the village, parts of the coast, and a singular mountain that one could assume was a volcano millions of years ago. sHer hair blew in the upper wind and flowed around her as she continued to look around, she didn't see anything odd until she looked to the coast.
She frowned and then climbed down the tree and walked back to the hut. "I saw some wreckage washed up on shore, we should go see if there's anything that wash up on shore of interest." she said as she walked back into the hut. "Come on, we can collect herbs on the way back," she said as she smiled at Yuki and motioned for her to follow her and she started to leave the hut with her destination being the southern shore and she seemed a bit excited to see what the wreckage might hold. Everytime a bit of wreckage came onto shore she thought of it as a new adventure, often she would swim to a drop off just off the shores and look in ancient shipwrecks on the oceean floor to find things.

Dare opened his eyes, squinted already at the sun coming in through the roof of his treehut--wait, what? Sitting up and opening his eyes wider, he realized that the sun was coming in through a giant hole in his roof where a tree had fallen. Sighing harshly and mumbling under his breath something along the lines of 'stupid storm,' he quickly got dressed in his usual attire, as he normally slept in boxers and a t-shirt, and looked around the room for any serious damage to any of his small amount of belongings.
He came to a stop under the tree--it had only managed to fall a short ways inside through the side of his home--and frowned deeply as he bent down to pick something up. Dare brushed a careful hand over the locket before checking it over to make sure no damage had come to it. Luckily, there was none and the rest of his belongings seemed to be accounted for, so he tied the locket around his neck, tucked it under his shirt, and walked outside, grimacing at the sun shining brightly outside. Dare was not a morning person, especially on mornings that his house happened to be knocked in by a stupid tree. It wasn't even a big tree. It was a smaller palm, one he would be able to move out himself.
Grumbling once again to himself, Dare walked around his home and pushed the tree from leaning against his house and causing more damage. He managed to knock it on its other side away from his home. He decided he would patch up his roof later, so he passed by the others in the make-shift village of theirs, not bothering to stop to greet any of them, and promptly left for the woods.

Yuki nodded " I will be sure to listen to every word you say, just as long as you don't ask me to jump off a cliff." she smiled at Akiko .As Akiko left the hut, once she was out of sight...Yuki jump up and down out of excitement! Yay! I get to go with Akiko! she grabbed her own satchel and placed it over her shoulder, adding a couple things into it such as writing supplies.
When Akiko returned Yuki was in the same spot Akiko left her, even if she did have a little child like reaction. " Wreckage? Interesting...perhaps the storm swept it in yesterday. I hope everything will be alright, I am not one for surprises."
Yuki walked over to Akiko's side " Your taller then me..." she pouted slightly up at her. Looking down at her chest and to Akiko's only made her pout even more...
It's not fair... bushing slightly, she walked outside of the hut " Onto our adventure, let's be careful though. " Yuki had a slight knack for adventure every now and then, though personally she enjoyed relaxing. She decided to tag along with Akiko due to the fact she didn't know the island to well, it was better for her to know what she was dealing with. After all, experience can be the best teacher in some situations.

Akiko listened to Yuki whine and giggled as the final bridge out of town creaked as they walked across it. "I'm only an inch taller than you Yuki and you're younger then me, I'm sure you'll grow more, but me, I'm already the average hieght of my family I probably wont grow anymore." Akiko said to comfort Yuki as they walked down a forest path.
There was a final sealed hut on the ground just out of the main village area. "Hold on a second," she said to Yuki as she jogged over to the hut and took a gold circlet engraved to looke like a flower with oddly shaped petals on it, she pushed the circlet and pushed it in an indention in the huts door and unlocked it and slid open the door. She walked in and grabed her short bow and a quiver qith some arrows, then she walked back out, relocked the door, and put the circlt back in its place in her head dress. She smiled at Yuki as she walked back to her, "That's the hunters shed, it was made out of metalic materials found from some recent wrecks to hold all of our hunting items and we all have separate keys to it. supposedly this material it's made from can with stand most of the beasts here, but I still keep my father's long bow in my hut," she said as she started to lead the way.
Akiko smiled and enjoyed the breeze as they walked down the path. The village was in a valley and the road sloped slightly up hill but nothing too serious, but it explained how the rivers flowed down and carved the small islands around the trees. The ground was littered with flowers from trees and leaves from bushes from the storm blowing them off last night. She stopped in her tracks and gently grabbed Yuki's arm to stop her, "Look at this," she said as she seemdd to point at nothing, upon closer inspecting one would see a thin string in the air that shined slightly. "This is a Zarcona Spider's bait string, if something touches on the string it sends tension to the nest and the Zarcona jumps out to strike whatever moved it. A singular bite to someone our size wouldn't be fatal but it would definitely cause fever and extreme nausea, fever, and soreness for a few days," Akiko explained.
She ducked her head down and moved under the string motioning for Yuki to do the same. "Rule number 3, always be aware of the area you're waliking in," she said as she moved Yuki a bit further back behind her and walked back to the string. "Normally I'd leave it be but this nest is much too close to the town, a child would run into it and if they were young enough it WOULD be deadly." she said as she grabbed a thin needle out of a small area of her quiver full of senbon needles. She slowedly raised her left hand and gripped the string and gently tugged on it. Some ruffling in the tree leaves came and a rather large spider jumped out towards Akiko, she threw the needle and it spiked through the spider and pinned it to the tree, the spider had to have been about the size of Akiko's palm.
She then turned to Yuki and said, "Let's get going, unfortunately I hit a venom sack so there's nothing left to get to try to make an anti venom from," she added to Yuki as she placed her hand on Yuki's back and gently pushed her forward to go. Soon they made it to some high cliffes that jutted out onto the beach cutting it in half seemingly. Akiko smiled in breathed in the ocean air, there was a strong wind blowing playing with both their hair and dresses. Akiko's white hair shimmered like a gem as it reflected the light and her tail swayed happily as she looked over the beach, that was until she saw something move on the coast coming towards them. The something was the shape of a person walking, Akiko pulled Yuki back from the edge of cliff so that if the person looked up they couldn't see them. "Get down Yuki," she said softly yet seriously as she crouched down. Her leg extended out from under her and she put some of her weight on her right hand as she moved loser to the edge and then she laid down on the ground as she tried to get a better look. The person seemed to be walking in their direction, which most would have thought odd being ontop of the cliff, but Akiko knew this particular cliff had a neko-made tunnel craved through it to get to the other side of the beach.
After a short while the person came into Akiko's range of sight to see good details she frowned. "It's not a neko...." she paused and looked around to see a path leading down the cliff, "I'll call for you once I know it's safe to come down, you can take that path, until then PLEASE, ... stay here," she said ashe she looked over at Yuki. Then she slid down the side off the cliff till it was safe enough to jump off, a speed and surprise attack tactic the hunters had formed to act out on large or stronger prey. SHe grabbed an arrow as she fell and put it in the quiver as she landed on the man. They fell down with her ontop of him and her legs on either side of him. She had the bow ready to shoot pointed at the man's head between his eyes, he was much taller and more built than she anticipated and cursed hrself for potentially underestimating him thinking about how it could have ended badly even though it didn't. She looked him in the eyes and shortr him a cold glare to his dual colored eyes, "Who are you?! And what are you doing here?!" she asked strongly as she kept the arrow pulled and ready to fire into the man's skull.

James was walking down the beach towards a cliff with what looked to a cave in it and using his brain he thought that if anyone had survived they would go looking for shelter first and a cave is a great natural shelter, unless of course there is a bear in it or something. As he approached it he constantly looked around back and forth, left and right for any signs of survivors or life at all... he should have looked up. Caught completely unaware something very heavy fell on top of his body knocking him down easily in the sand, thankfully falling into sand hurt much less that most other surfaces. "Gah! What hit me!?" he shouted opening his eyes in a slight daze, they came to focus on something very sharp very close to his head and his ears began to hear a voice. "Who are you?! And what are you doing here?!" A voice shouted in demand, James could only guess it was that blurry thing behind the sharp pointy object.
"My name is James the ship I was on was destroyed in a storm and I drifted here! Who are you!?" he answered back in an equally loud voice as his vision began to focus on just what was behind what he now saw was an arrow. When his vision finally did do so he saw a girl with white hair and sun kissed skin as he shut his right eye and put his hand on his temple to shade the sun that was at her back.

Akiko kept her arrow pointed to him as he answered her and she looked at him for a moment, "You're too young to be one of those traders I've heard about..... You don't appear to have the smell of any blood on you...." she mumbled more to herself than to James. She moved her bow to the side as she frisked the man to check him for a concealed weapon and then she quickly got off of him. She looked around at the wreckage, still frowning, as she thought about what he told her. Her royal purple eyes looked the man over once more, still harsh, untrusting, and cold, the wind blew her hair to cover part of her face, she raised her hand to hold her hair back and then smiled at the man, the smile seemed to be gentle but anyone could see the distrust in her eyes.
"Well your story seems to check out...... but on this island humans aren't very welcome, you won't last long, so my name is irrelevant," she said as she stepped back from the man a good distance so he couldn't strike her while she turned. She turned and waved to Yuki, "Come on down this bum poses no real threat! I need to talk with you about what we should do with im!" she called to Yuki, her voice being carried on the wind.
She looked back at the man, more specifically at his green eye, it was almost exactly the same as her mother's eyes. She frowned slightly and crossed her arms as she looked the man up and down, "Lucky for you I'm getting a second opinion, if I were alone I'd just sedate you to get away and leave you to die, also lucky for you my travel companion today has a soft heart," she added the last bit coldly. She looked back into James' eyes, "Are there any others with you? As guardian of the town I won't allow humans to walk around into our village and pose an unneeded threat to everyone there," she said.

As Akiko guided Yuki through the jungle she suddenly was stop, Akiko had pointed out a string that she would of never noticed. As she told her the information about the Zarcona Spider she felt a little uneasy, she has seen what it's venom can do to a grown neko...she had to treat victims of it a couple times. When Akiko messed with the string and the spider lunged out Yuki jump back slightly out of surprise, luckily Akiko was well trained and took care of it. Sadly, they could not make use of the spider...since Akiko had penetrated the venom sac.
Continuing on Yuki couldn't help but think..I wouldn't last a second out here, I guess it's a good thing I have Akiko with me here... it was true, Yuki was very lucky..and probably wouldn't last to long out here by herself, her knowledge only reach to medicine and herbs..not survival or hunting.
Again Yuki was stopped, she looked around frantically for another Zarcona Spider bait string...though it wasn't what she thought. When they peered over the mountain there was a humanoid figure, Yuki was just about to call out to it when Akiko pulled her down.
"It's not a neko..."
Yuki's ears pinned back and her tail laid on the ground like dead weight. A...Human? Yuki wasn't scared of them, she just kept her distance from them...back before she crash, humans weren't very pleased with the neko race. Yuki's parents didn't mind...nor her sister, but most of the world seemed to have a different opinion on her. She often would have to hide her tail or ears, to avoid any conflict with those who weren't pleased with her and her sisters race.
Akiko approach the human, in a way she would disagree with...though you could never be to careful.
"Come on down this bum poses no real threat! I need to talk with you about what we should do with him!"
Yuki's ears perked up, she made her way down to the two. One could say it was rather odd that her dress always look so pristine...though it was just her being a perfectionist. She wash it daily and tended to any rips, if any were to appear.
Starring at the boy for a moment she looked up at Akiko then back at him, she was right...he didn't look very threatening. " Well, I don't think we should chop off his head and put it on a stick...nor should we just leave him here. From the looks of it, he must of washed up here...perhaps we should take him to the village. He looks slightly bruised up, it would be nice if I could fix him up a bit..." her right ear flicked a bit as she paused in thought.
Extending her arm out to him to help him up, she gave him a soft smile " My name is Yuki, this is Akiko. I hope you don't mean any harm to us...right?"

James could see that this girl, this neko did not trust him not that it was surprising at all as there always seemed to be one universal fear that govern many actions and that was xenophobia. Though James would go so far as to say that she not only distrusted him and disliked him, she almost assuredly hated him. "That I know of, no, I was on my way to that cavern in the cliff to see if anyone had sought shelter in there. That is until you jumped me, Ms. Neko" Apparently being washed up on a shore now made you a bum he could see that even if he did manage to survive despite her expectation, they might never get along.
He was thankful however that her companion was a another neko with a kind-heart, though she was scary in her own right talking so innocently about chopping his head and displaying it on a pike. With a bitter smile on his face he accepted her offer to help him stand and replied to her question. "No, of course not. It is a pleasure to meet you both I am James. Though I wish we had met a little differently." He said still holding her hand and shaking it this time. "I also thank you for the offer, but my bruises can wait there might be someone else who washed up in worse condition. Will you two help me search the beach?" He asked with pleading eyes.

Akiko glared at James as Yuki made her way down the hill. She held herself back from pushing him back down after he accepted Yuki's help up, enjoying the thought was enough for her. Her ears laid back on her head and the tip of her tail flicked as Yuki told him their names. She listened to the two talk and jokingly said, "You take all the fun out of everything Yuki, I wasn't going to be head him.... at first," she added the last part smugly. "I was going to go back and get that poison dipped needle from the Zarcona and cut him repeatedly with it, after I paralyzed him of course so he could feel everything but not move. Then I would have given him a sedative to slow his hear rate so I could slice his gut open and hang him up and drag out his intestines as he stayed concious and bleed out slowly." she said smugly as a scare tactic to divert James from trying anything risky. "THEN I would put his head on display."
She then looked back at the cave, "This cave was neko-made it's not natural, anyone who walked into would have kept going through it as the inside is quite cramped and damp," she explained rather calmly for the first time since she met James. "As for searching the coast.... I'd advise against it, It's getting cloase to the time that the Murlocs come out, they're highly aggressive as I'm sure you know. Yuki isn't very skilled in survival and you yourself are injured, it's be me protecting both of you. We can get away for searching for about twenty minutes mor or so but even that will be close. Judging by how much wreckage is here the wreck was washed up on this portion of island, if anyone else was here and survived they'd either be unconcious or wouldn't have gotten far." she said as she started to scan the area, he looked back up the cliffy side and said, "Come on, there's a tree up there I can climb, from that I can surely get a view of the area people would have washed up in. I don't trust you alone with Yuki so would both of you please come with me, I want to be close enough to kill you if you make a 'wrong' move." she said i na rather casual slightly cheery tone as if she was just talking about how it was a nice sunny day.
She walked up the path of the sliff side and to the forest's edge and crouched down and jumped up to the nearest branch, which was about eleven feet above the ground, not her best record but definitely an impressive feet for her hieght, though her racial genes did help her out. Her hands caught the branch and she used the momentum to swing her body around and land on the branch. She climbed up as high as she could on the tree and started to look around. Her bright sharp eyes scanned the beach line from east to west until finally she stopped. She could see what looked like a dog tugging on something hidden behind some wreckage. She climbed down the tree till she got to a safe distance to jump then she did, landing centimeters in front of James in the process. "Boo," she said tonelessly.
"Dogs aren't indigitive to this island and there's on to the west of here, I don't know if that'swhat you're looking for but worst comes to worst he can be trained to help the hunters." she sad as she walked past him, some of her hair touching him just enough to tickle him possibly. She then walked to the area with the dog, still tugging on something, she walked around the wreckage to see another human alseep, and water logged on the ground. She walked to him and the dog looked at her and began to growl as it moved itself between her and the man. Skiko looked at the dog slightly agitated by everything happened now and she said, "Relax, I'm not going to slit his throat while he can't run away," she said to the dog, it seemed to understand her and stepped back slightly as if it knew and under stood what she was saying. She walked up to the man and knelled down next to him and checked his pulse, it was slow and steady but not anywhere near a dangerous low. He had a rather nasty bite mark on his arm. She sighed and stood up and turned around to looked back at James and Yuki as they walked up.
"There's a guy here unconcious come carry him back for us and I won't poison your food tonight," she said as she looked at James. She then turned to the dog, who was nuzzling her satchel and she knelled down to the dog and smiled at it and rubbed its head. She pulled out a piece of bait meat from the satchel, it was some plain dry jerky she used to lure certain animals closer to her. She gave the dog some of the jerky as she pet it, "You're a smart little doggy aren't you? Staying here with him so that the tide didn't drown him," she said to the dog, clearly liking it more than James and the unconcious human. She stood up and said, 'We should go, once high tide's in we'll be stuck here and that's when the murlocs come out." she said as she moved out of the way and moved her hand in a motion as if to say 'hurry up and pick up his body James'. "He's got a nasty bite on his arm, you should treat it as soon as we get back so it doesn't get infected," she said to Yuki.

Takeshi was faintly – very faintly indeed – of a horrible pain in his right arm and the sensation of being dragged. He didn’t know where he was, or what was going own. The blackness that enveloped him was almost welcome.
*****
When he stirred again, there were voices around him. He hand the sensation that he was being picked up and that he was cold and rather wet. His head lolled to the side, where a wet nose was shoved into his face.
Oishii thumped his tail, grinning up – in the way that dogs do – at the humans around him and his owner. He seemed content letting them close and even accepted food from one of them.

A clear show of displeasure was firmly on his face, this neko seemed to have somewhat of a personal grudge against him. "Whatever happened to sedating me and just leaving me here to fend for myself? That seemed like a much better plan for all parties involved." James was now all but convinced that the luck used to survive that wreck was entirely bad, at this rate he would have to watch his back night and day just to not be killed by this girl in some horrific way. "You underestimate me Akiko, these bruises are nothing. You can call me a bum all you want, but I am far from one." James followed along seeing as that was the best course of action despite the overly hostile cat-girl. "Wait a second! That is just an assault on my integrity!" he protested as she climbed the tree.
While Akiko was up in the tree surveying the area, James leaned in close to Yuki's ear and whispered. "Is she like this with all strangers or is it just me especially?" he asked in as low a voice as he could manage before she could answer though Akiko dropped in on him again, at least this time not landing on top of him, unfazed by her monotone attempt at scaring him. "We should hurry then there might be another survivor with the dog." he said quickly responding to her.
The dog was understandably cautious as the three approached the site. The other survivor that was found there must have been it's master for it to not just run away when they came. "I think you enjoy threatening me way to much Akiko, I would have offered to do it regardless if you asked." he retorted as he moved next to the unconscious body. Akiko however was paying more attention to the dog getting very friendly with it very quickly. James had a little trouble slinging the limp body over his shoulder, but showed little trouble in actually carrying the man. "Well then you two, lead the way."

Yuki only smiled at Akiko when explained how brutal she would of killed James, though it did give her a slight chill to know Akiko knows how to do those things to a person. Watching Akiko go up a tree, James had whispered "Is she like this with all strangers or is it just me especially?" Her ear twitch slightly from his breathe as she spoke to her. Just before she was going to answer Akiko had jumped back down, she seemed to have attempted to scare James...but failed. When she crash she wasn't treated so harshly, though everyone was cautious of her. Perhaps it's because he is a human...after all, she probably has never experience one directly.
Yuki's ears pinned back when she got sight of the dog, even though she was cautious of it...it didn't seem aggressive when they got close to the male that was unconscious. She couldn't help but giggle as Akiko some what ordered James around, though the feeling of concern swept through her body as she inspected the man as James pick him up. " We will need to get back as soon as we can, Akiko if you could lead us with your wonderful self if you please."
Yuki jumped slightly " I almost forgot, if you could fill the jar I gave you with the Sea water if you please~?" Yuki smiled at Akiko softly.
Who would of thought, today brought a unsuspecting surprise...though I am worried what the village will think.

Rowan woke up with a throbbing headache and no idea where she was. Lookng around she was able to put together she was on an island but that was about it. She saw no one on the long expanse of the sandy beaches and she felt rather alone. Her mind kept on flashing with blurry images of a storm and the ship crashing and after that. . . nothing. She was thankful she was alive though and she supposed she shouldn't be too complantive of where she was. Though looking around the same thing kept on poppng back into her mind - where were the others?
She shook her head, not wanting the thoughts that were slowly creeping into her mind to be there and she shivered softly. Such thoughts were not appreciated. Trying to stand proved to be more than problematic when Rowan noticed the piece of driftwood that had managed to stab her thigh, leaving a rather bloody gash in her leg with the wood still in it. She assumed she hadn't felt it before because she hadn't tried to move it but now that she had, well, the pain was obvious. She grimaced and moaned in pain, feeling horrible.
Where was everybody? Better yet, where was somebody that was able to pull the piece of driftwood out of her leg because Rowan knew with a certanty she wouldn't be able to do it. She closed her eyes as she felt her vision start to sway, the tell-tale sign that she was going to pass out and right now that was the least she needded. She sighed helplessly and looked along the expanse once more, wondering how far her voice would carry in such an open area. Her thoughts were optmistic as she suddenly had the idea she should have had before.
"Hey, anyone out there?" She called, her voice ringing out, followed with an echo. She smiled a bit and supported herself on the ground with her arms, looking foward for someone to come and find her; hopefully soon enough too.

Akiko nodded and waded into the water away to fill up the jar, as she did she saw something glimmer in the water, she reached down and pulled it out of the sand. She looked at it for a few moments curiously. It was a silver necklace with a circular locket and some sort of blue gem in the middle, Akiko closed the jar once it was filled and walked back to the others. "Is there a reason you wanted sea water? The sea here has salt in it, and we have fresh water on the island." she sad as the put the jar in her bag and started walking passed the others.
"Come on we don't have long before we'll be in real danger, we need to get back inland." she said in a soft low tone. If anyone listened they could hear rumblings from caves near by and notice the tide was coming up fast. She quickly started to lead the way back up the cliff and started to head inland. She looked back once they were a safediatnces away and could see some murlocs gathered in the area they were all in examining it in hopes that they were caught in the cove in the tide.
It didn't take too long for them to get close to the village, granted it was in the center of the island, Akiko knew all the safe paths to follow that would lead to it. Before long they passed the dead and pinned Zarcona spider and then it was only a few minutes from passing the Hunters' Shed. And finally the came to the village, Akiko lead them back to Yuki's station and pointed at a small cot liek bed, "Put him down over there James," she said as she took the jar of sea water out of the bag and placed it on a shelf. She looked back at Yuki and smiled apologetically to her. "I'm sorry we didn't gather any herbs, I'll send the hunters out to search the shore for more survivors and when I have spare time before today's ceremonial hunt I'll gather your herbs." she said as she patted Yuki's head. "Now make sure the unconcious one's wound is treated and if James tries anything," she paused and reached into her back to pull out a small blade, "This blade is dipped in a fast acting paralitic that is more than potent enough to render him unable to move for hours. I'll be back after talking with the hunters," she added finally and then left.
She walked across a few bridges and up one level of housings and walked into a rather large hut jutting out of the side of the ancient tree she'd climbed earlier. As she entered many men turned to her and said her name happily in greetings. She smiled and waved at them all, it wasn't as sweet of a smile as she gave Yuki, but she trusted her fellow hunters and so she was tolerant of them as well. "Listen up! There's been a ship wreck on the southern east to west side of the coast on the island. The tide has just come in and the murlocs are just starting to come out. Go in groups of three, armed and search the coast and look for any survivors or items we can salvage before the murlocs get to them, stay on guard and watch out for each other we don't know if these humans are capable of fighting yet, though the two I've found don't seem to be traders we can't be sure they all weren't," she explained sternly as they all listened.
With the hunters the ranking went with how well each one performed in their tasks and how they handled eachother and leadership. as far as ranking went Akiko was fairly high up, but she wasn't the head hunter yet. The other hunters grabbed a few things and quickly vacated the hut leaving a couple who were to stay behind incase a village found another emrgency they needed help with. As she walked back she passed by both Hige and Dare, she wasn't exactly close to either of them, both weren't native, and both hadn't done much to earn her trust or distrust, so she gave both a casual nod in greetings and kept walking, if they had something to say they could catch up to her and say it.
She walked to a storage unit in the viallge and opened it and started rummagin through soem things, "No this is definitely to small for either of them.... too big.... this one might work," she mumbled to herself as she looked through different clothes Yuki had made over the years just incase someone in the village needed clothes because they lost all theirs in an accident of some sort. Akiko's tail flicked back and forth on the ground as she got some clothes, if there was one thing Akiko liked about her body it was her tail, it was oddly thick furred and long so it often set her appart from most of the villagers and it was extremely well kempt and had a healthy shine to it, as did all of her hair. She finished gathing some clothes and then walked back to Yuki's hut.
"Hey," she said in a casual almost monotoned voice again as she walked in holding the clothes in her arms, "I hope you don't mind Yuki I got some clothes that looked to be about their size, if they stay in wet damaged clothes they'll get sick, we can't have them dieing of illness when I could kill them in a more fun way now can we? "she said with a slight chuckle, she had cracked the joke to cover up that she was showing some concern for the two men's health. "Here," she said as she held out some clothes to James, "There's a curtain over there you can change behind," she said . Then she looked back at Yuki, "Has the other one woken yet? I'm not really one for stripping and redressing a sleeping man I know let alone a stranger." she added.

Lisa felt like she was an apple in a blender.
She couldn't bring herself to sit up, her body felt like one giant bruise and her eyes wouldn't open; even if she willed them to. She was aware of what was happening around her, well, from what she could hear atleast. The waves were coming in slowly thou, she heard them as they would whoosh in and tickle the bottoms of her feet. Lisa groaned and rolled over on to her stomach, getting a face full of kelp.
She sat up quickly adn fought with the slimy plant, she cried in disgust as she threw it away from her and spit out the satly liquad. " Oh my gosh! Oh gosh, oh gosh...Ewwww" She scraped her nails onto her tongue to get the satly after taste out, only to then get sand into her mouth.
Lisa whined and cried in frasutration. Why did they boat have to crash? Why was she alone on this dumb beach? Why did this happen to her?!
She crulled up into a ball and started crying, her body hurt and her frastration was eating at her. The sound of the waves wasn't loud enough to cover up her loud sniffleing sounds.

Dare's ears twitched as he walked the edge of the forest, on the other side near the edge of the beach. He turned his head towards the beach as the sound of someone crying reached his ears. That managed to catch his interest. Looking out towards the shore, his eyes widened as he caught sight of some girl sitting there in a ball, crying her eyes out. He back up, fully ready to jump back into the forest and back into hiding where it was safe, but paused as he watched her. Dare wouldn't go so far as to say he completely feared humans, humans like this girl on the beach here, but he definitely distrusted them. Humans could be dangerous and disbelieving, even when evidence points to not-guilty. They're such crude, cruel, uncaring creatures.
However, he couldn't just leave this girl sitting there crying on the shore. She was obvious lost and seemed to be alone and Dare wasn't completely heartless. He sighed at the inconvenience and dropped the wood he'd gathered from the forest at his feet and started cautiously towards the girl. A thought struck him as he came within a yard of her--what if this was a trap? He looked around, turning his ears. Well, it didn't feel like a trap and he couldn't hear any others around, so the situation appeared safe enough. For now.
Dare stood at the girl's side, unsure what to do now. He poked her carefully with his foot, before moving back as if she were going to suddenly lash out or bite. "What are you doing here?" he asked, not bothering asking her name. He didn't care to know personal information, all he cared about was how she got here, why she was here, and when she was leaving.

When something nudged her she screamed and backed away from the person, " Please don't kill me, please" She scrambled away from him. She could see his sillouette through her blurry eyes, he had ears? What guy had cat ears and wandered the beach at this time?
Lisa wiped at her eyes furiously and squinted up at him. He was cute, but he had a tail and ears. Oh my gosh, did she just see his tail move? Lisa was pretty sure his tail just moved. On it's own.
" Who're you?" She muttered out, her voice was barely audible. But she hoped he could hear her over the sound of the waves coming in.

Yuki didn't respond to Akiko's question to why she needed salt water, though she was aware it couldn't be drink...though sometimes the salt could be helpful with wounds. As they walk back to the village many thoughts were begging to travel through out her mind What could this lead to? What will the villagers do with the humans? even if they were humans and she knew well what they did to nekos back at her home land, she still found concern for these two.
Arriving at the village, they made their way to the hut. Once James placed the other male onto the bed she began working her magic then and there, grabbing herbs, cloth, and odd colored liquids off the shelves. Inspecting his arm she began to soak it in a liquid by the name of Parastic, back at her home it was just as affective as peroxide...though it stung much more. " Thankfully he is unconscious, other wise this could hurt worse..." Once cleaning the wound she spread a green ooze that smelt nothing like flowers...if anything the opposite. Akiko had just returned after Yuki wrapped the wound in a thick amount of cloth " Well, we could have James change him. I don't think I am ready to see a mans body..." She laugh nervously at her comment.

Hige nodded back as he saw the guardian of the village, Akiko, walk by. He wasn't nessercarily friends with the neko, infact he barely even knew her. But there was a link between them which took the form of him being protected and her being the protector. This was enough for him.
He decided he was curious enough to see why Akiko was carring clothes and walked inside the building with the two humans
"So what do we have here?" he asked, altough he knew the answer "a couple of washed up humans... now thats something you don't see everyday" he said as he studied the humans. Both seemed to be male, one with a bitr mark on his arm and the other with brusies. He smiled.

Dare twitched his tail back and fourth and leaned down, holding out a hand to heft the girl up. He checked her over carefully to make sure she wasn't harmed in any way. After taking a glance around, he noted a few pieces of splintered wood lying about. She must be shipwrecked, he concluded as he turned his attention back down to her. At her question, he shook his head silently, finding that somewhere along the line he had lost his voice to nerves. He didn't trust her and the memories she brought with her were not good ones. Humans were not good creatures, not at all. There could be no exceptions.
Taking another step back, Dare cleared his throat and maintained his composure. "What are you doing here?" he repeated. He did not want to tell her his name. That was unnecessary information and she did not need to know it. All he wanted was for her to leave, immediately. And if she could not because of her wrecked way of getting here, then he considered blatantly leaving her alone.

Not much Akiko and James went herb gathering but are now back Rowan and Lisa have been patched up in the medical station and your character Isamu was found by Neko hunters and is being tightly escorted back to the village.
Re: [OOC] Island of Nekos

Uh I posted a while ago Karri I even made an OCC post asking if you had missed it on page 8 :p
If you prefer not to go find it in the IC here is what I wrote up for your convenience:

And just to make sure I apologize if any of this was excessive I do not mean to be rude or anything of the like, it is just proof is sometimes better than words.
If you prefer not to go find it in the IC here is what I wrote up for your convenience:
"Whatever happened to not making the injured work?!' was what was going through James' head as he was dragged off to go pick herbs, he couldn't do much more than wave goodbye as Akiko grabbed his hand and practically dragged him out by force. Eventually somewhere along the walk out of town she let go of his hand and let him follow her out his own will. A jar was handed to him and Akiko ordered him to pick some herb just a few feet away, while she herself climbed a tree. Obediently James walked over to the herbs and began picking the while crouched down, it was however a slow process as he did not know exactly how he should take so he handled them with the utmost care. This of course prompted Akiko to begin chiding him once again calling him a snail while 'cracking' her tail against his back like a whip.
When the twig snapped James quickly turned his head, though he was nowhere near as quick Akiko who already had an arrow drawn. James recognized the Neko that stepped forward from the brush, he was the same one the was accompanying the elder when she came to the medical station. There was also a human with him, another survivor, though he seemed completely unharmed... which wouldn't last for very long as he began to flirt with Akiko. Still though even though he tried to seduce her he received a lighter punishment than James had, however it still caused him to stifle a laugh when he saw him brought to the ground. When they left Akiko posed a question and he begun answering it even though it might just be one she said aloud out of frustration. "It's called flirting Akiko. They both find you attractive and it is expressed with usually subtle touches, though as you see some aren't so subtle. Also it's not limited to men." The little distraction the two provided however allowed James to finish picking the herbs he was assigned.

Re: [OOC] Island of Nekos
another guy bites the dust?! the gods of Neko island must favor James greatly.
Re: [OOC] Island of Nekos
Bad new for me guys, my computer caught a virus and my posting abilities are even further limited.
Re: [OOC] Island of Nekos
Haha. And Dare isn't really a bad guy. He's good, he just throws hissyfits from time to time. Like now.
*EDIT*
I edited Dare's looks. I think he's better-looking now. I was getting annoyed with the other picture's hair and it was hard to imagine his actions. Now I can see this guy clearer. x3

Re: [OOC] Island of Nekos
Hm Karri I do not wish to be rude, but it seems to me that you may have possibly missed my post interacting with Akiko. It is just before your post of making Dare's hand numb and teasing him. I do apologize in advance if this was not the case.
Re: [OOC] Island of Nekos
My first thought on reading Karri's post: jerk.
In which I then proceeded to burst into laughter because that was an awesome reply.
