“Nobu! What the hell?!” Nina said right after she walked in through the apartment door, only to see Nobu lying on the bed watching TV, hands under his head and beer cans all over the floor. Nina walked deeper into the room and dropped her purse on the floor. She angrily turned to Nobu and yelled “I told you to go out and search for a job already!” Nobu turned his head towards her “And I did! What more do you want!?” He turned his attention back to the TV. She raised an eyebrow and put her hands on her hips “Oh really? And where did you go?” she asked suspiciously. Not leaving his attention from the TV, he said “The supermarket across the street.” She didn’t change her position “And?” he demanded. He didn’t change his position either “That’s it” he said calmly. Her face turned bright red with fury as she yelled “WHAT THE HELL?! That’s it?! You were supposed to go to many other places you idiot!” she said as she picked up one of the beer cans and threw it at his head. He turned his head her direction, not even feeling a thing from her blow “Heh?” was all he said. She slapped both hands onto her face “ugh! Your hopeless, how are we gonna live now? I can’t pay the rent all by myself Nobu” she said as she slumped to the ground. He realized her change in emotion and instantly got out of bed and walked toward her. She still had her uniform on from the place she worked as a waitress in. “Look Nis, im sorry, I promise I’ll search harder tomorrow” he said to her. She looked up at him, chin on her knees “You promise?” she whispered. He chuckled as he said “I just said I promise.” She stuck out her pinky. He looked at it and grinned as their pinkies intertwined to pinky promise. Pinky promises were a big deal to them. They did it all the time when they were younger. She grinned and pulled her up to give her a hug. “So how was work?” Nobu asked. “Ugh! Don’t even get me started Nobu!” He chuckled when she said that, knowing that it annoys her because he asks her that everyday and she gives him the same answer. “Im kidding!” he said, raising his hands up in defense. She gave him a dirty look and headed for the bathroom. “Im gonna go take a shower” she said. “Uh, but I was gonna take a shower” he complained as he ran for the room. “No way!” she yelled as she ran after him. He entered the room first and made sure the door was locked before she started banging on the door. “Nobu! I said it first!” she whined. Then she took a step back and Nobu opened the door and stuck his head out through the small opening. He beckoned her seductively and said “You can join me if you like.” She picked up another can and threw it but he dodged it as he closed the door. “You perve!” she yelled. “Muwahahaha!” he yelled from inside the room. She giggled as she grabbed the trashcan and started picking up each can. When she finished she put the trashcan in the corner of the room and jumped in bed, continuing to watch whatever Nobu was watching. Music videos of course she thought. She changed the channel to one of her sitcoms and started watching. About 10 minutes later Nobu came out from the bathroom. He was shirtless and only wearing jeans with a towel on his head. He started shaking it to dry his hair. “Watta ya watching?” he asked her but once he took a look at the TV screen, he didn’t wait for her answer and took the control from her “Eww! Gross!” he said obnoxiously while changed the channel back to the music videos he was watching. “Nobu! First I can’t take a relaxing shower after a shity day at work and now I can’t even watch TV for once?” she said sitting up on the bed, depressed. He put his arms around her neck and started kissing her cheek “Aww im sorry Nis” he said in a baby voice. She put her hand on his chest to push him away “Yaya, im gonna go take a shower” she said as she got up from the bed and started heading for the bathroom. “I love you!” he yelled from the bed. She just kept walking and said “Unfortunately, I love you too” She then slammed the door. He put his hands under his head and started to laugh to himself. He new she was joking. She’s always mean to him when she’s stressed, annoyed, or frustrated. He lay on the bed and continued to watch music videos. He was very interested when this one band played. It was called Glass Arrows; he thought the song was pretty catchy. He really liked it. Eventually Nina was done in the shower and came out with her PJs on. She wore comfy baby green shorts and a light yellow tank top. “Hey Nis, I just saw a pretty cool song from this band called Glass Arrows” he said to her, watching her brush her hair. “Oh ya, I herd of them, they’re pretty good actually.” She said, continuing to brush her hair. “Ya” he sighed “One day, im gonna be just as famous as them” She jumped on the bed and laid her head on his chest, watching TV with him. They shared the same bed. They didn’t really mind first because they’re best friends and second because a bigger room with another bed was more expensive. “Of course you will” she said sarcastically, but she really believed he could. She knew he is very talented with the guitar.
The next morning:
Beep Beep! “Ugh” Nina groaned as she slapped her alarm quiet. She looked at it, it read 6:10. She rolled over to Nobus side and sat on top of him. “Wake up Bu” she moaned, putting her hands on his chest. “Nobu?” she started to shake him a little. “Nobu you promised you would search for a job today.” She croaked, she could barely open her eyes. Nobu finally opened his eyes a little and then put his hands over them “Ugh!” he groaned. She got off from him and pulled the sheets off. “Don’t go back to sleep Nobu” she warned as she headed to the bathroom.
Once they were all done getting ready-Nina, wearing her uniform and Nobu wearing a white v-neck and the nicest skinny jeans he owned, Nina wanted him to look his best during the interviews- they headed out. Once they got outside, they said their goodbyes. Nina leaned in to give him a peck on the lips “Good luck” she smiled. He smiled a little and said “Thanks” in an annoyed voice, rubbing his eyes. She frowned “Lose the attitude.” He grinned at her and she smiled again. “Love you” she said while she waved and headed for the car. “Love ya too” he replied and walked the other way. They only had one car and that was Ninas, but she used it for work so Nobu got around mostly by walking. He didn’t really mind because everything was so close by.
Store to store he went to. Some had no job openings and others were just intimidated by his looks. He walked slowly down the side walk, hands in his pockets, until something caught his eye. A music store was on the other side of the street so he decided to take a look. The store was just called Music Store and he thought it was kinda funny. He entered the store and saw that it was very small. He walked to the right side where a shelf stood saying “Most popular” on the top. He slid his finger down the row of CD covers and stopped at one. Glass Arrows he thought. He picked up the CD and turned it over Almost thirty bucks! he thought. He dug in his pocket and counted his money. He only had 25. Plus he was pretty sure that Nina wouldn’t want him to spend their money like that either. He put the CD back on the shelf and walked towards the cash register. The man working there wore an old band t-shirt and cut off jeans. He was pretty big and his hair was long and shaggy, up to his shoulders. He had a scruffy beard and huge gages. “Can I help you?” he asked. “Uh ya, I was wondering if you have any job openings?” Nobu asked. The man leaned over “Ya, actually we need someone to work the cash register, you interested?” he asked. Nobus expression lightened up “That’d be great!” The man leaned back “Great, you’re hired” Nobus expression then turned into complete shock “Um don’t you wanna interview me first or something?” He asked, confused. The man raised an eyebrow “Ok then, do you know anything about music?” the man asked. “Well ya-“ “Alright then you’re hired” the man said instantly, interrupting Nobu. Nobu smiled and laughed “So when do I start” he asked. The man was now reading a magazine “Tomorrow, you better get a good nights sleep, its gonna be hell, the boss is a bitch.” Nobu nodded still kind of confused and then said “Alright then I guess I’ll see you tomorrow” “8 o’clock” the man said still looking at the magazine. Nobu walked out and was suddenly excited to tell Nina that he had finally gotten a job!

"Lisa, get out of bed deary" A woman said with a caring tone as she walked into the poster covered dark master bedroom. She walked past clothes, lyrics, books, and make up jut to open the curtain and see a form in a king size bed that was covered in black and red silk sheets. The form turned to the side slightly with a low groan in disapproval at the new light glaring into her eyes "Mother get the hell out please" The girl mumbled before facing her mother and then the clock to see it was noon already "Nope, now get up Lisa we are going to have a mother daughter day again" Her mother said. After hearing those words Lisa jumped out of bed and hurried to the bathroom to take a show and get ready.
When Lisa was finally ready she walked down to meet her mother wearing a black and red punk mini skirt, tank top, and combat boots "Okay ready" Lisa said with a big smile on her face, Her mother looked at her and smiled back at her "You look lovely, sweetie" She said "Thanks mom" Lisa said back walking over to the white camaro in the driveway "Okay hand over the keys" Lisa said walking over to the drivers side "Okay just don't break this car" Her mother said in a joking tone as she tossed the keys to her daughter and got into the car. Lisa started up the car and started to drive out from the home "What do you want to do mom" Lisa asked with a smile "I was thinking, spa and the mall" Her mother said seeing her daughter smile with joy "Sounds like a awesome idea to me" Lisa said before turning on the radio on and hearing Glass Arrows on the channel "God dammit these people are bugging the hell out of me now" Lisa said rolling her eyes "I know, they are playing everywhere" Her mother said, acting like she was a teenager "Nice one....Sis" Lisa said in a mocking tone "Hey I'm only 38" Her mother joked back and moved her hair out of her face as they talked about random things.

Shin's iceberg blue eyes looked outside the buses scratched windows, the acoustic guitar stood in front of his legs zipped up in a black guitar carrier. The late afternoon sun shinned on Shin's face as the bus made a turn. It stopped. He looked out the window, Venice a sign read. He then got up from his seat, grabbing the strap of the guitar carrier putting it over his shoulder. He walked down the alley of the bus and out. He stood in front of the bus stop taking a deep breath and looked up towards the sky. Not a single cloud in sight. Not a breath of wind.

Shin made his way to the Venice beach board walk, he thought it would be a decent place to play his guitar. There were always crowds of people at the board walk. He thought it be a nice way to get notice and Shin always liked meeting new people. He walked through the crowd, spotting an empty bench. He headed towards it and sat down, taking a moment. He looked out towards the ocean. It was so beautiful. Shin loved California it was so much different than Japan. Sure Japan had beaches but nothing like this. Shin unzipped the carrier taking out his acoustic, nothing special about it really just one of those hundred dollar ones you get from the guitar center. He sat criss cross laying his guitar on his lap. He leaned over putting his head close to the guitar, taking his fingers plucking the first couple of strings making sure they were tuned correctly.

Shin strummed all the strings. The sound from the guitar was soothing to him. Several people turning their heads looking at where the burst of sound came from. Then continued walking. Shin decided to play a song that for him personally connected deep. He had very strong feelings about this song. It was called Afterbirth from a band called From First To Last. They weren't as big as they were a few years back ever since the lead singer decided to go solo. Shin began to play the song, he strummed the cords. His nimble fingers playing the notes perfectly. He opened his mouth letting the music flow out of him and he began to sing.

He closed his eyes, as he finished the verse. His fingers holding to a stop, letting the air flow back into his lungs and repeated the last verse with more feeling and power. He began to play his guitar once the verse was over and contuied to the next.

A small group of people gathered around listening. His fingers plucking the strings to a little more of an up beat tempo.

He repeated the chorus, and began playing the guitar solo

Once again he repeated the chorus, his fingers moved quickly up and down the row of strings. He didn't miss a single note. He looked up, watching the crowd watch him. He came to the end of the song which was his favorite part. He had such a hard child hood and this small verse summed it up and his feelings.

Shin strummed the last cords, his mind now deep in thought. He can hear a couple of people starting to clap, some walking off others chatting amongst themselves. A shadow cast over shin, he looked up to see who it was.


Sonny walked calmly through the crowd at the board walk, he was wearing a pullover sweater, his hooding up covering his hair as well as sunglasses so that he wouldn't be notice in the public. He had the next couple of weeks off. Glass Arrows just came back for a long and tiring tour. It was his first day back in L.A. Sonny enjoyed walks by the beach and it seemed like he picked the perfect afternoon to have one. He smiled as he walked along enjoying the view of the beach. He turned his head back looking to the front of him. A small group of people stood to the side. Guess someone is performing magic tricks he thought. Sonny continued to walk, as he got closer, his ears picked up the sound of singing. He quickly recognized the song, how could he not the lead singer from From First to Last had the same first name as he did. He made his way into the small group. He looked at who was playing. It was a young teenager. A punk singing a song from a band that is classified as screamo, post hardcore, emo. Odd he thought. Either this kid is a poser for punk or he just didn't care about genre as long as the music was good.

Sonny study the boy who was concentrated on playing. The music was definitely taking over the kid. Sonny smiled he like it. The boy was playing very well and was playing from the heart. He could tell the song meant a lot to him, just by looking at the intensity of his face. The song finished before Sonny realized it. He walked over to the kid. The boy's head looked up, his intense frost blue eyes seemed like it could look through the sunglasses which Sonny was wearing. "Hey," Sonny said. "whats your name," he asked. "its Shin," Shin said and smiled a charming boyish smile. Sonny chuckled "Keep playing like a pro," he said giving Shin a hundred dollar bill. Shin took the folded bill without even realizing how much it was. "thanks man, " Shin said. Sonny nodded and walked off

Man that guy sounded so familiar Shin thought. He looked at the bill in his hand unfolding it. His eyes widen "Holy Shit, 100!," he shouted, jumping up, his guitar falling on the floor. Everyone staring at him. Shin laughed sitting back down, he looked at the direction in which the guy walked off in, but he was no where in sight.

Casey’s twirled her sticks around in her fingers before tapping them on the seats again, popping her head up and down to the music pounding in her ear from her Ipod. “It’s stupid, contagious, to be broke and famous…”
“Excuses me but could you stop tapping your sticks on the back of my seat,” the old lady spoke angrily at her before turning back to face the front of the bus. “My bad…” Casey grinned cheekily before getting up and grabbing her bag as the bus came to a halt.

She jumped down onto the pavement glancing left and right to quickly work out where she was. It had been a while since she been back home as the band had spend the last few months touring hard. But although she had been playing the same songs over and over again she hadn’t grown tired of them at all.

Casey made her way along the footpath towards her favourite café, pulling her hood a little closer over her head and putting on her sunnies. It wasn’t that she didn’t like the attention from her fans but sometimes she just enjoyed a little quiet and no hassling for photos or autograph. Occasionally she taped her sticks along the fence or wall before coming to a halt outside the café.

She quickly glanced inside to see if it was too crowd but it seemed fine. Once inside she went to the counter, ordering herself a chocolate smoothie. “Man I’ve missed this stuff…” she smiled happily before taking a seat at one of the tables outside. It was a beautiful day today, the sun was shining brightly, there were no clouds in sight.

Hallie let her fingers play out a dramatic, haunting measure before hitting just one low note and wringing it out. She smiled at the satisfaction, not moving until it faded away. Then she whipped off her guitar and placed it into her case, also slinging the small amp behind her back. She began walking, but soon decided to just carry the amp. Setting it down, Hallie heard the music of a guitar and a song. Almost instantly, she perked up. Grabbing her stuff, she quickly walked to the source of the guitar sound. Hallie stood, listening, until the song was over. Someone, who she recognized as Sonny - how could she not? She had had a minor crush on him before they started the band ; who knew if it still existed, buried - handed the kid some money, causing her to laugh at Shin's exclamation of surprise. Hallie pulled out her money and also handed the kid a hundred. She was not masked, hooded, or hidden in any way - she kept to her style of emo/schoolgirl/punk so much everyone passed her off as following the latest trend set by Hallie Westhus. She didn't struck around to see his reaction, but gave him a brilliant smile, a wink, and moved on.

Soon enough, Hallie caught up to Sonny. Her short, pleated skirt clanked lightly with chains, along with silver rings on her finger. "Sonny! Wait up, dude!" She put on a burst of speed to walk next to him, matching long strides with her own. "So, what're you going to do today? We're free today!" Hallie waved her arm not carrying an amp exuberantly like a kid fresh out of school on summer break. She was smiling brightly at everyone, and seemed to have lighter makeup on than usual. Her hair was striped with lime green, matching her skirt and undershirt, while her spring coat was white. Her black eyes twinkled with mischief as she waited for her best friend to reply.

Nobu started walking down the sidewalk, hands in his pockets and his head slightly tilted up. He looked at the sky, the sun was high and bright. Nobu stopped in his tracks and turned to his right. There was a small flower shop and he walked in. He went up to the women in the front desk and asked her what time it was. She said it was only 1:45. Nis works half a day today, so she doesn't get out until 3:00 he thought. Nobu didnt want to wait that long to tell her the good news, so he decided to go and visit her at work.
She worked at an old style themed diner called Rubies Diner, so her uniform was an old style waitress dress with small bright red and white checkers on it and a white apron.
He entered the diner and looked at the clock. It read 2:16. He sat down at a table and waited for assistance. A lady with long orange curly hair came by "Hey there sweetie, what'll it be?" she asked with a pen and notepad in hand. She had a southern accent. "Um, may i speak to Nina Niska, she works here" he asked politely. She eyed him suspiciously "Alright then" she finally said and walked away. About 5 or 10 minutes later Nina came by "Nobu? What are you doing here?" she asked, standing in front of where he was sitting. Nobu looked up at her, grinning, and from there she knew exactly what was going on. She smiled back and started hopping up and down, clapping her hands "Oh yay! you got a job!!" she said excitingly. He kept smiling at her "Yup" he said, proud. "Oh my goodness im so happy!" she said. She went up to him and pulled him up by his hands and gave him a huge hug. "I'm so proud of you!" she kept going on and on, on how happy she was. She then released herself from his grasp and stared into his eyes, her hands on his arms "This means no more paying the bills by myself, no more borrowing from my parents! i can finally bye new clothes and makeup!" she said, jumping again. "Where did you get a job at?" she asked him. "A music store" he answered. She smiled widely "We should celebrate, lets go to a club tonight!" He thought for a second That would be nice. I haven't been partying in a while. "Alright" he finally said.
Later that night.
"Here it is" Nina said, gesturing her hands to the building. They walked up to the line and waited. The security guard, up in the front of the line, caught eye of Nina. She wore a tight strapless cocktail dress that was a little shorter than mid thigh, exposing her smooth legs. It had small light pink flower printing and the rest was dark blue, with a badge lacing on the top that seemed to distract the fact that she was flat chested. Her bra size is 32A but guys didn't really seem to care because everything else in her body was beautiful. Her hair was worn down in long elegant, luscious curls that seemed to make her hair color a bit brighter. Her makeup was bold and beautiful and she wore black pumps. Nina always looked her best, she could simply wear an old t-shirt and some torn jeans with no makeup on and she would still look amazing. Which is why she always has a hard time at work because a bunch of weird guys would come in and try to talk to her.
She caught eye of the security guard and met his gaze. She eyed him seductively and he winked and beckoned her forward. She grabbed Nobus hand-who was totally out in space-and walked to the front where the guard was. "Hey there pretty lady, you waiting to get in?" the guard asked her, looking at her head to toe. "Yes, and i was hoping it wouldn't take a long time" she said, fluttering her long eyelashes, flirting. "Well go on ahead, no ones stopping you" he said to her, gesturing towards the entrance. "He with you?" he asked, pointing at Nobu. She locked her arm into Nobus "Yes he is" she said as they walked into the brightly colored room. They walked over to the bar and ordered their drinks. "You ready to get fucked up my friend?" Nina teased, raising her glass. "You bet!" Nobu answered, clinking his glass to hers. And so, they drank.
The next morning
Nina could barley open her eyes but when she did, the glare of the sun caused her to flinch away and move her hand above her face. She was releaved to find out she was back in the apartment, laying on Nobu. Naked. Both of them. Nobu finally opened his eyes and met her gaze. "AHH!" they both jolted up right on the bed, Nina using the sheets to cover her bare chest. They stared at each other, up and down over and over again, wide eyed. "Did we..." Nina started to say "...do it?" Nobu finished her sentence. "I...don't...know" Nobu said, looking around the room for clues. He looked on the floor, by his side of the bed "Umm i don't think so" he started to say "Look on the floor of your side of the bed" Nina obeyed and looked down, on her right "EH! Theres a naked person on the floor!" she said loudly, surprised. "Hmm, so you have one too" he said calmly,still looking down at the floor. On Nobus side there was a young girl with short blonde hair and on Ninas side was a young man with dark hair and light skin. They both sat straight, then turned to each other. "Did we have an orgy?" Nobu asked curiously. ""Blah" Nina said while sticking her tongue out, pointing to it as a child would "Not even if i was in all the drugs in the Whole world.[b]" she said clearly. Nobu then got up from bed, exposing his nakedness. "Nobu! Go away and put something on!" Nina protested, throwing a random shirt she found on the bed, at him. He turned away from Nina and walked over the girl, to the bathroom "Yaya" he said, scratching his head. He walked over to the toilet and saw that there were three condoms inside which he thought was weird knowing that Nina uses birth control. Did i really do it with that [b]one girl 4 times? he asked himself. "Ah shit" he said as he finally flushing the toilet.
Nina got up from the bed and quickly hurried to the drawers to find some clothes. As she was putting on underwear she saw that just on her v-line there was a six digit number written in pen. "Oh god" she said to herself. She quickly dressed the rest of her body and walked towards the passed out man on the floor. She hesitantly poked him with her foot. "Umm, excuse me. Sir? I think you need to wake up now" After a few more bumps with her foot, the mans eyes finally started to blink open. He slowly got up and stood before her. She was surprised to see how good looking he was, with his dark brown hair and bright greens eyes. She started to blush, seeing that he was still naked. "Umm i think you should put you clothes on" she said to him, still looking at only his face. He patted his chest and looked down "Oh right" he said laughing. Nina was more surprised to find out that he had a British accent. Once he was done dressing himself he walked towards her and said "I had a lot of fun last night, love" he started to laugh. "Umm ya, about that, what exactly happened last night?" she asked. He rose an eyebrow "Oh so you don't remember? Well first me and my friend met you and your friend at the club" he started to say, pointing at the women on the floor "Then we had a couple to many drinks and.." he paused, smiling a seductive smile "Well i think you know the rest." Nina looked at the man, worried "No, i don't. Did me and my friend ever..." she said, putting her hands together to create some sort of visual aid. He started laughing again "No, why? Is he your partner?" he asked. She relaxed her tense shoulders "Oh god no, hes just a friend" she said to him. He walked closer to her and lightly touched her arm "So i guess we're safe then" Nina stared at him, his touch giving her chills. She stared into his green eyes, as if she were hypnotized. She finally snapped out of it and put her hands on his chest and started pushing him towards the door "Umm i think its time for you to go, and take you friend with you" she said pointing at the blonde. "Whatever" he said casually, dressing the girl and putting her over his shoulder. "Well then i guess I'll leave now" he said opening the door "You have my number" he winked at her and then closed the door. Nina just looked surprised then she grunted and fell on the bed, hands over her face. Nobu came out of the bathroom and fell on the bed with her. They lay there for a while, Nobu not bothering to ask what happened. After a minute or so Nobu finally got up and started getting ready for work. As tired as he was, he had no choice. "Here" Nina said, throwing her keys at him "I'm off work today anyway" she lay back on the bed. "Thanks" he said as he caught then. He walked over to the desk and got his phone then he walked over to where Nina lay. He leaned to give her a kiss then walked out the door. "Good luck!" she yelled after him. She sat there for a while and then decided to go back to sleep.

Vlad was riding around on his motorcycle. God it was a hot day. He thought about going to the pool. That would be a good idea. He gunned the engine towards the nearest pool he knew about and drowned out the world. When he was driving like this it felt like nothing else really mattered. And nothing did to him, except for music and his bike. He leaned forward and forgot about the heat, as well as the pool. He was in his own world.

Lisa got into her car, and decided to go to the mall for the day or something "Now all I need is some friends to help out" She said to herself as she took out her phone and gone through the list of names, and stopping at the one that said, Shannon. "Hey Shannon, hurry up and get dressed we're going to the mall" She said, in more like a command, but she knew Shannon didn't mind, it was the mall, Shannon loved everything, plus she wouldn't have to use her own money to buy things. Lisa pulled out of her drive way, and headed for her friends house, when she turned on the radio, (Not) to her surprise, she hears Glass Arrows. "Dammit, I hate them so much, some band needs to hurry up and form, so they can kick, Glass Arrow's butts" Lisa mumbled honking her horn in Shannon's driveway "I'm coming, just wait" Shannon yelled out to her. After 5 more minutes, Shannon came running out into the car "Okay ready to go" Shannon said breathing hard "You sure, because you look like your going to pass out soon" Lisa said with a small giggle, and she started to drive again "Yeah I'm fine....New car?" She asked looking around "Yeah I got tired of, my Mercedes, so I got a Camero" Lisa said reeving the engine "I really love this car" Lisa said

Melody stretches lazily on the pool chair she's laying, ignoring the few shouted questions from the coupel of guys at the gate. When they dont give up she finally sits up and looks at them. Cameras start clicking quickly as she asks them, "What exactly do yu guys want? It's my day off and we just got back from being on tour. Can't you please leave me alone for today? Call my angent and we cna set up an interview if that's what you want, but I'm just gonna relax today. So sorry guy." She flashes them a smile and takes off her sunglasses, tossing her long dark hair behind her shoulder. The cameras continue on clicking as she gets up and stretches again. She lays her sunglasses down on the chair then walks over to the edge of the pool and dives in, her black and blue bikini shimmering in the sunlight filled water. She pulls herself up on the edge of the pool and poses for the cameras smiling. "Better guys?" she asks them jokingly before pulling herself completely out and walking back over to her chair. She sits down and puts her sunglasses on once more and picks up the magazine she was reading before, once again ignoring the clicking cameras and questions shouted at her from the men at the gates.

Sonny turned his head as he heard his name being called out by a familiar voice. His army green eyes spotting Hallie as she walked up to him. He smiled. "So, what are you going to do today? We're free today!", she said to him. Sonny looked back in front of him watching people walk by, some eying Hallie suspiciously. He looked back at her taking off his sunglasses. "First of all Hallie, someone is most definitely gonna recognize you, I really don't feel like having the paparazzi on my ass today," he continued "And well I don't really now what to do today, All i had plan was this walk" he finished and looked at her, putting his sunglasses back on and grinned "What you have in mind?," he asked.

Shin looked at the girl now approaching him. She handed another folded bill. He took the bill quickly unfolding it. 100! he thought. His blue eyes looked back up, but the girl has already left. "Damn, What the hell, " he said, his hand was on his head. He let out a sigh and sat back down, his hand fell on his leg, turning it over reveling his now 200 dollar bills. "I swear i know that girl for sure," he said softly to himself. The image of the girl appearing in his mind. "what am I going to do with 200 dollars, " he smiled. He grabbed his guitar from the floor putting it in his case, smiling the whole time. He was so excited and jittery about what just happened. I will find out who were those two he thought as he got up from his seat. "TO THE MALL," he shouted lifting his head up high, one hand pointing towards the sky. Again people walking by looked towards his direction as he shouted. He giggled to himself brushing his light blue hair away from his even lighter blue eyes. He started walking towards the mall which was only a couple streets away.

The automatic doors slid open as Shin stepped in front of it. A gush of cool air rushed to Shin's face. He walked inside. The mall was huge, Shin's eyes scanned across. He barely ever went to the mall there wasn't really any reason for him to go. He never had money and didn't have friends, not to mention the mall seemed like a really lame place to hangout. He made his way to the directory. He leaned over his bangs falling lightly over his eyes. He looked down the list of store names. His guitar shifted forward a bit on his back. "Hmm, where to go," he said as he continued to look.

Melody grabs her phone, bored with the magazine and calls Sonny's cell phone. It goes to his voicemail so she leaves him a message, knowing he must be talking to someone. "Sooonnnnyyy..." she drawls out playfully. "These damn paparazzi wont leave me alone... They keep asking me whether you and I are really dating or not. We never should've kissed on stage during that last concert. Apparently our stage kiss was too real and that means we must be dating. I'm super bored at the pool so I was thinking we could go hang out and have some fun screwing around with the paparazzo by acting like we really are dating. What do you think? At least come hang out with me at the pool if you don't feel like going anywhere. Call me back right now!! Love ya dude!! We rule! And tell Hallie I say hi since you're probably with her right now!" She hangs up the phone and turns some music on - Awake and Alive by Skillet is what pays first. She smiles and reclines in the chair to listen to it as she waits for Sonny to call her back.

"Hey, sorry im a little late" Nobu said to the man at the register. The man looked up from his magazine "and you are?" he asked Nobu. Nobu looked at him wide eyed "um, im the guy who came in yesterday. You gave me a job here, remember?" The man then regained his train of thought "Oh ya ya, sorry. uh. What did you say your name was?" Nobu, relieved, said "Nobu Terashima." "Alright Nobu, your in charge of the register, ill be in the back" the man said as he walked towards the back of the store. "Wheres the boss?" Nobu asked. The man turned to look at Nobu and then pointed to himself "Your looking at him" Nobu was very confused "But you said yesterday that the boss was a bitch" The man started to laugh "ya, i am, you may now address me as Boss, NOW GET TO WORK!" he said, teasing, as he walked to the back still laughing. This guy is too weird Nobu thought as he stood there, now waiting for costumers.

Hallie laughed. "Silly Sonny. I'm just a great fan of Hallie Westhus and her new, amazing, totally hip punk style." She switched into Valley Talk and batted her eyelashes at him. "Cause she's , like, the totalest coolest, like, trendsetter ever. I mean, I like, totally adore her." She giggled, going back to her usual drawl. "Honestly, Sonny. Have you seen those pics in the magazines with those girls who look exactly like-"
She was about to say 'me' but caught herself as other girls who were identical to the ones she was talking about walked by"- Hallie?" They gave her curious glances but kept on walking.

"Anyway, all the paps are on Mel's ass. Maybe that kiss wasn't such a great idea, Sonny. She's your bass, not your Barbie doll." Rolling her eyes, she paused to look into the window of a music store, where their latest album was proudly displayed. "Ooh, Sonny,a music store, let's go inside!" Hallie laughed and grabbed his hand, tinging a light pink at the contact. But she pulled him into the store anyway. Smiling at the man at the register, she pulled her friend along to the shelf of popular music. It was pretty much dominated by them. Laughing at Sonny, and out of pure pleasure, her nimble fingers riffled through the stacks.

Delighted at the music samples playing, Hallie then dragged her best friend over to the sheet music. A heavy metal, fast-paced song began to play on the radio, and Hallie held up her hands in the air guitar pose, skittering her fingers along the invisible strings. "Whew. This song's gotta be tough." For non-pros unlike me. She added in her mind, and winked at Sonny, hoping he thought that too. She stopped as the riff stopped, lowering her hands and considering Sonny. "Hey, Sonny? You're being a stick today. An absolute stick." Frowning, her jovial mood vanished. She gazed at him with dark eyes. Cautiously, she reached out a hand, almost as if to caress his face - but instead smiled and patted his head, laughing again. Whatever strange mood had taken her vanished and the guitarist waved empty sheet music in his face. "Well, I think it's time we made a new song. So I'm going to buy these. Okay?" Grinning, she walked up to the cure register man. "Hi. I'd like to buy these?" She waved them, pulling out a wallet with her free hand.

Casey sat there quietly watching people pass by while sipping on her drink before something caught her eye laying on the table next to her. She smirked as she reached over and grabbed the magazine staring at the cover as she saw the photo of two of her band members kissing. Looks like Sonny and Mel are an item. Poor Sonny fans will be very sad to hear he isn’t single anymore. She chuckled to herself before placing the magazine back on the other table.

Just then her phone buzzed from a message. It read:
C.T. it has arrived.
Her face seemed to lit up instinctively as she jumped to her feet smiling bright, “YES YES YES!!!” She giggled to herself and quickly poured the rest of her smoothie down her throat before running out of the café. Casey raced down the streets, dodging people left and right, apologizing a couple of times as she lightly bumped into a few people in her hurry. Once she got to the mall she stopped for a moment to catch her breath as she took her sunnies off and her hood down. It was too hard to see inside the mall with her sunnies on and right now she didn’t really care if anyone notices her, she was more concerned with getting to the music store to see the new arrival.

Casey slammed the door open grinning happily as she saw the Yamaha drum set neatly displayed in the centre of the store. Her mouth dropped a little as she half skipped over towards it. “Oh man it’s beautiful…”
“Oh my God are you Casey Turner from Glass Arrows?”
“Yeh yeh whatever…” Without taking her eyes off the drum set she signed her name on the girl’s CD cover not really paying much attention to the girl was babbling on about.
“Isn’t it just stunning?” Casey turned around to see the store owner Tim standing right next to her. They had known each other from quite some time, he was a family friend and he would always message her when the latest equipment came to the store. “No shit!...” She couldn’t help her excitement and jumped up on him, giving him a big bear hug. As the two of them kind of spun around hugging each other and Tim purposely squealed like a little girl, “OH MY GOD THIS IS LIKE THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!”
“HA HA…very funny!” she lightly hit his shoulder before noticing a number of people staring at them in the store. They both cracked up laughing before turning back towards the drum set.

“So what’s the damage?...how much does it cost?” Casey screwed up her face scared to hear what it would be. “Um around the five six thousands…”

OOC: Dreamalot106, you kinda controlled my character. Its not really a big deal its a small thing, but i don't see Sonny as a type of guy who would kiss his band mates. Although i can have the paparazzi think we're dating, but no actions like kissing.

OOC: Sorry... I just figured it'd be one of those things that they'd do to screw around with the papparazzi and get more attention... That's what my cousin's band does sometimes whenever they're around. Anyway, I won't do it again. Promise.

"aww their are my favorite girls, you plan on buying something today, maybe taking the offer to preform here" A man asked looking at the two girls walk in "Max didn't I tell you, I can't sing, so ask Lisa" Shannon said with a smirk "I said no because I won't get crap from him" Lisa stated back "Maybe if he pays me some real money I might think about it more" Lisa said "What I offered you $7.45 an hour" He said "Yeah I come from a wealthy family that the would be way more then that" Lisa said glaring at him "Yeah right you can't sing the well" Max said, causing him to get a slap on the head "So why do you keep begging me to sing here then?" Lisa said walking over to a microphone and calling Shannon up here.

Lisa started and smirk at the man when a small crowd of people formed in front of her and Shannon

Lisa finished and walked off the stage over to the counter "Hey consider that my application, and consider these your customers" Lisa said "Lisa you have to sing more, they want you to sing more" Shannon said pushing her back to the stage, as Max pulled her "Awww but I can only sing so much" Lisa said trying to get away from them "Lisa, Lisa, Lisa" Shannon started causing everyone to start. Lisa looked at Shannon and then spoke in the microphone "Remind me to kill you later Shannon" Lisa said with a smirk. Lisa looked at the crowd and started o sing a soft song to them.

Allen pulled into the mall's parking lot with his Mustang. Lyric, his loving wife, was sitting in the passenger seat, shaking with excitement. "Hurry up, Allen!" He turned his head towards her. "Calm down honey." He parked and turned off the ignition. Lyric got out the car and hurried over to the trunk. Allen did the same thing,"This is my first time playing in front of people." His wife gave him a look. "Okay, other people." She sighed and went over to her husband. "I know, I'm just excited." She swirled into circles two times. "You might be asked to join a band." Allen just stared at her. "Don't get your hopes up." Lyric gave him a light bonk on the head. "Shut it," she said and gave a goofy smile with a peace sign to him. Allen clicked the trunk open and before he could grab his bass, Lyric stole it. "Lyric!" "Come and get me!" She ran around the dark maroon car. "Oh, stop it." They both burst into laughter.

They walked into the mall and watched the events that were happening. The couple saw a girl, around the age of sixteen, sing a few lines and get off the stage. Seconds later, the girl got back on stage and started to sing again. Lyric nudged Allen's arm hard. "Hey, Hubby!" He looked at her, she was smirking and in her eyes, she was planning something. "No." She turned to him. "What? I didn't say anything!" He gave her a look. "Hmph. I know you were thinking on telling that girl to let me play my bass while she sings." Lyric gave a confused expression. "I wasn't planning that, but that's a better plan than mine was!" Allen face palmed himself. Oh, dear... His wife pulled him over by the stage, where the people that the girl talked to was. "Hey! Is my husband allowed to play his bass with your friend up there?"

Shannon looked at them, and handed him a bass guitar "Here get up there and show us what you got" Shannon said with a big smile. Lisa looked down at the boy that was given a bass guitar and then went back to singing, but this time singing faster. Lisa looked at Max for a minute, and then over to Shannon.

Lisa looked at the guy waiting for him to join in, the crowd continued to grow around the small stage, and cheering for more.

Nobu waited there, behind the register with his palm under his chin. About an hour later, people finally started to come in including a young women and a guy. He couldn't really see the guys face but the girl looked oddly familiar but Nobu just couldn't figure out where he'd seen her before. He watched as she dragged the young man around the store, he got bored and look down at the table. He finally looked up as he saw her approach him "Hi. I'd like to buy these" she said to him, waving the music sheets. He smiled and took them from her. He scanned them on the computer, eying the guy next to her suspiciously, trying to see why he was so hidden. It was really warm outside and yet he was covered up. Nobu looked back at the girl "That'll be 23 dollars and 70 cents" he said to her, still smiling.

Jake layed on his couch, still in his pajamas, watching T.V. He lived in a very large house on the hill, next to the city. In the back of his living room was a very large window with a great view of the ocean. Even though he lives in a large house, he lives alone. He kinda likes it though because it makes him feel more at peace. Jake got up from the couch and walked towards the window. It looks really nice outside he thought, staring outside. The only reason he hasn't been outside for the past week was because he just came back from touring and he wanted to stay inside to relax, but he couldn't pass up a day like this. He finally went upstairs to change. He wore his cut off jeans and a white sleeveless t-shirt with holes on the top, exposing some of his chest. He put on his beige slip on vans and walked downstairs. He has a tattoo on his calf of a portrait of his mother when she was his age, playing the acoustic guitar and in cursive writing it says "Music saves your life" He took his phone and his car keys and exited through the door towards the car. Jake drive a brand new black Acura 2010 edition. He started the car and drove off to the city. He parked on the side of the street and decided to go for a walk. Jake got out from his car and put on his black ray-bands, he wasn't in the mood for any unwanted attention today. Once he passed by many stores he stopped at one and look through the window, only to see Hallie in it. He looked up at the store name. Music store he read to himself. He looked back at the window and saw that there was someone else next to her, but he figured it was probably Sonny. He didn't want to go inside and make a fuss seeing that there were already a couple of people starring so he decided to wait outside. He leaned against the window and took out a cigarette. As he lite it, his stomach growled, he skipped breakfast this morning and it was pretty much lunch time by now. Maybe they'll want to grab something to eat too he thought as he inhaled his cigarette.

Lyric gave him a wink and a quick kiss on the cheek. "You'll do fine!" Allen blushed lightly, took the bass and strummed a few low notes. He climbed up on the stage and threw the strap over himself. He looked down at the girl and tap his foot to the beat to her singing. 1...

3! Right after she sang the last note, he plucked a high note and blended down to a low note. He felt the nervousness go and went up and down the different notes at a fast rate to go with the girl's song. He could hear and see his wife jumping and shouting. That's Lyric for you. He slowed the movements to let another high to low blend note, but then went back to the fast strumming.

Sonny felt his phone vibrate in the front pocket of the black hoodie he was wearing. He reached in grabbing the iphone. 1 new voice mail. 1 missed call it read on the screen. He put the phone up to his ear, listening to the message. A smile came across his face as he listened to Melody talking about the media thinks they're dating. He put his iphone back in his pocket looking over at Hallie, but before he could even say anything he felt himself being pulled inside a music store "Damn Hallie" he said as he almost stumbled. His black vans almost stepping on Hallies heel. He walked closely behind her, watching her scan through the area. He took off his sunglasses, it was too dark in the store for him to see. His green eyes looked at Hallie as she turned to him with the sheet music, talking about making a new song. "A new song, already? But we just came back from touring, Hallie" he said quietly to her as he walked with her to the register. His head lifted up as he saw the clerk. His eyes meeting his, This guy is definitely noticing something he thought Hes probably trying to figure me out. Sonnys eyes slowly looked at Hallie then back at the clerk who just spoke "23 dollars and 70 cents" Sonnys face, having no expression, jerked as if saying thanks. Sonny turned heading towards the door, spotting Jake standing outside. Sonny grinned, happy to see him.

Shins head picked up as he heard singing. Beautiful he thought. His light blue eyes scanned the area there his eyes spotted a small crowd. He walked over, weaving through the crowd making his way to the front. It was a young girl singing, Shins hair lightly falling in front of his eyes. He jerked his head to the side, his blue hair falling to the side. Man, my hair sucks today, i don't know why i didn't spike it he conversated to himself. He snapped out of his thoughts, listening to the girls voice. He heard someone yelling from the crowd about playing the bass. Shin couldn't really hear whoever yelled, not to mention his hearing isnt that good in the first place. Man i could play guitar for her he said to himself still watching. He wanted to go up and play, but for some weird reason he was too shy to speak to her.

OOC: So i was wondering since i have a lot of people in this roleplay. My first role play, The Secret World of Nabari, is pretty much going dead. There was 3 active players including me but 1 just dropped out the other day so now its only me and natasha-mufasa, and i was wondering if you guys could take a look at it. Its a ninja RP. We kinda just started so we're not that far into it. You have all the time you need to read the previous posts, but if you a little lazy and you wanna join then i can give you a quick overview of whats happened so far. Anyways please check it out, i really don't want it to die, its my favorite roleplay :( Thank you.

"Hey people how's it going with all of you" Lisa said with a big smile "Anyone else like to join me up here, and preform with me, that would be totally awesome" Lisa yelled into the microphone causing the crowd to cheer for more. Lisa smiled bigger at the sight of everyone watching her, before she was being called by Matt "Be right back" Lisa yelled jumping from the stage over to them "That was amazing, Lisa, I didn't know you could sing that great" He said hugging her "Hey dude, I love ya and all, but not that much, get the hell off of me please, I have to make sure you keep these potential customers in here" Lisa said getting back on stage "So do I have anyone to preform with me now" Lisa said giggling slightly, She looked down and saw a down in front of her He's kind of cute she thought to herself, when she kneel down in front of him "Hey there you look like you want to join me up here but, your to shy, why don't you though, I don't bite" Lisa said with a tiny smirk before standing back up.

Hallie smiled and paid up. "Thanks much!" She, too, saw Jake, and brushed past Sonny out the door. "Jake!" She said, launching herself at him, but spun around him at the last moment, to his side, instead flinging the papers at him. "Did you need new sheet music? I bought some extras." Hallie shook them, laughing, and tucked them away. The guitarist saw him smoking and frowned, resisting the urge to knock it out of his hand.

"Maybe we did just get back from tour, but that means we need to keep our hype up and make a new CD. A single, at least. And last night, I was in a melancholy mood-" She turned to Sonny and rolled her eyes, hinting her mother was drinking again "-and I thought of a lovely song. Then I came up with also-melancholy lyrics. I smell an encore here!" it was unusual for her, this mood, but she supposed it was good. Lack of sleep, probably. Shrugging to her internal question, she turned dark eyes up to the sky. Her smile vanished as she watched a pair of birds flit around.

She heard singing. "Because a girl can rock." Her eyes lit up again and she grabbed Sonny's hand, dragging him along. Again. She happened to do this a lot. "C'mon, Sonny, let's check this out! I think she's taking players!" But she stopped as she saw it was just an average girl, and a fairly large crowd. "Darn. Too big of a crowd for us - y'know, with your sneaky disguise and all." She flashed him a smile and sat down on a nearby bench, running her fingers through her hair.
