Any major events leading up to the present Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Camilla was literally raised in church, singing in the choir from age 4 onwards. Her life did not change until she met Louis, her first love, even though many didn't accept it. They were deeply in love until they did the unthinkable; sex, without protection, leading to her pregnancy. Many had judged her to the point that she just didn't care about life anymore, even though she still loved her family. The moment after the child was born, and given to adoption, she was raped by someone in her school, and her inspiration started from there. After graduation, she quickly took a train to Chicago to sing the blues/Jazz.
