Character Application

Yeah, I really love Soul Eater. I'm not sure if this one is gonna be good, though...
You don't have to reserve an OC. Just submit a form. I'll accept mostly characters that seem interesting, like special features, yeah?

Um sure you can have Maka. Let me see... I think Maka might be around 13 or 14.
