Introduction
.
But you didn't know that when you signed the contract with the angel that your life would be flipped.
Living for others, doing selfless acts to be seen as glorious in the eyes of the world. Heartwarming? Yes. Easy? No. You didn't ask for all the pain and suffering that accompanied this life of Job. At first it was peaceful and wonderful; nothing could have taken you from that high-point. But it did. You were thrown down, gagged, beaten, and sucked up by the scum and muck of the hellhole called Earth. Everything that was so wonderful you lost. All those who loved you turned their backs on you. The contract was broken as you yourself turned your back on the angels and their master.
It was only natural to sign a new contract. It was hope to replenish the life you'd lost.
Finally, someone who would listen and fulfill your wants. Someone who would tear down those who hurt you and raise those few who put their guts out for you. Your life as a lowlander suddenly raised up and you became high and mighty. No angels, no painful could stand in the way of your throne. But there are side-effects when you make a contract with a Fallen. Slowly you are consumed by the hunger for revenge. You begin to betray those who grew close and hate those who grew distant. Ever so painfully slow, the want for blood and betrayal begins to etch into your soul.
It was only natural to want to become powerful.
But with power comes responsiblity.
At the time, you just didn't know that your new responsibility was to take down Heaven.
And even though the realization of this hits you like a train, the trust you've put in this creature has attached you to them, and they to you. Humans with their sins and their drama are the only natural way to rip out such a massive power-sours of the sky. Your job is to unite with the demons, gain help from Lucifer, sin to your hearts content, and kill the clouds so your allies will know who they are to slaughter.
Go ahead, Kill them.
They're waiting.

~○<:{[Info/Rules]}:>○~
--A contract is formed by the Fallen having a taste of the human's blood. They usually just make a cut wherever they please and take the blood, though it has to be given freely; it cannot be forced--
--Fallen's have their wings, but to any humans other than the ones who are associated with them or their bretheren demons, they are invisible. They appear human other than their usually oddly colored eyes--
--Demons appear as humans generally, though when they wish they can transform into their true selves. This is usually something along the lines of either really beautiful (something that would seduce you before killing you) or really terrifying (most prefer this form)--
--Humans have no special abilities. They aren't vampires or werewolves; just normal people with a contract--
--If a human is in trouble, they can call their Fallen by saying their name. A Fallen will protect their human with their lives--
--Once in contract, a Fallen can sense their humans emotions as well as if they are in pain or not--
--I don't care how far you go with violence/cursing/romance, but don't break the site rules--
--Romance is wanted, but please, don't blind us. Take it to PM if you really want--
--No Chuck Norris/Mary Sue characters, please--
--Got a problem with me? Suck it up, I'm GM and what I say goes. I usually won't go bad-sassing you. I do what I do because it's for the best of this roleplay and for the community around it--
--I am NOT reserving. Don't ask me, I won't respond. I'm sick of people skipping over these rules. If you want the position, send in an application and I'll choose it if I think it's worthy of this roleplay--
--Don't complain if your character isn't chosen! Dear Lord, it annoys me so greatly when people do this--
--This is a literate roleplay. I don't want your measly little mosts. Give me something that makes me want more--
--Please try to post at least once a day. I understand it's difficult with school and jobs, so please PM me if there are any issues with your schedule. I'll be happy to try to work them out with you. Personally, however, if you rarely get on the site, I wouldn't join this. This roleplay will most likely be fast paced and thrilling--
--You MUST fill out the character Skeleton. No cuts, no buts, no alagator guts--

OOC Notes
"What have I gotten myself into?" He'd told her last night that she was going to help him take down Heaven. In return for the embrace she'd always wanted, the protection of her world, she was to help him. But Heaven? That was awefully big to shoot for. What about the other angels? What about... God? No, she'd stopped believing in him long ago. October pressed onto the balcony that connected to her room, her only haven from the hell inside. And to get help from Lucifer, the devil himself? But this power. Her hands tightened on the railing as another crash downstairs boomed through the house. It felt so good.
[[ooc: I'm sorry it's not long, I'm having a bit of a writer's block]]
OOC Notes
Her touch on his skin was warm, and Tyler had to remember that this was a contract, not a relationship. She probably thought he was a pig anyway. Either way, he still wanted to help, and he didn't know many other ways to do that than this. As an added touch, Tyler spread his wings again and wrapped her in them, guarding her from the lowering tempurature.
OOC Notes
“Dad…?” Rowen asked. “Dad where’d you go? Some people are here to see you…” He called out for his father repeatedly, but to no avail. In the end it was useless. His father was no longer in the house. He walked into the dining room to find his mother in tears at the table. “Mom…? What’s wrong?” He asked, sympathetically. “Where’s dad…?”
A crash at the door signaled the men’s entrance. “Verrow! Stop hiding! You owe us, and we’re here to collect!” Rowen turned from his mother to the hall he had entered from. He stepped slowly, feeling his body tense nervously with each step. A man, tall with a sleek build and blond hair rounded the corner and ran directly into Rowen.
“Hn?” The man grunted, looking down to see Rowen. “Oh? A kid? Oi boss! He’s got a brat!” The man shouted, grabbing Rowen by hi s neck and pulling him along. Rowen’s mother didn’t move, just stared at him, terrified. “You’re coming with us, kid.”
“Ow! Hey, wait! Mom!” He shouted, flailing uselessly. “Mom!”
. . .
Rowen shot up in his bed, a sick feeling overpowering him. He wiped the sweat from his forehead and looked down at his shaking hands. “I haven’t… had that dream in a long time…” He stood up and took his nightshirt off, leaving only the plaid pajama pants he had on as he walked over to his window and opened it slowly. He inhaled the air outside, feeling it wash over him. “Heaven… huh?” He muttered.
(If this is too much or too little tell me. I can write longer/shorter posts if necessary. ^^)
OOC Notes
At the sight of the teen, the cat hissed, afraid of getting harmed. Despite the cat's complaining, Christian reached up, only to get bitten. Blinking he just stared at the cat before smiling his rare smile. Ignore the cat's actions he gently picked it up, and jumped down the tree. As if knowing what Christian had done for it, the cat licked his wound before leaping out of his arms and going its own way. As soon as the cat was out of sight, the smile that was painted on his face disappeared. Putting his hands in his pocket, Christian headed back home.
OOC Notes
"Tyler," she said slowly, violet eyes trained on the night sky as if invisioning the world above, "when we take down Heaven, do you think that the rest of the world will fall? Do you think they'll suffer like I have?" There was malice in her voice and also a far off anger that was biting at her lips. Her hand reached up and her fingertips brushes at the contract scar on the side of her neck. October tilted her head so she could see his face clearly. She'd always wanted to ask him why he himself had been cast out of heaven. Lust, Envy, Murder? But part of her didn't want to know. Let him hold his angry secrets. Perhaps that would fuel him for the days to come.
[[ooc: for posts, as long as they are more than five sentences I'm happy ^^]]
OOC Notes
She walked casually and caught up with Christian. "You know, when you walk around at night and don't pay attention you're in danger. You should be more careful my dear Christian." she said as a casual smile formed. She walked next to Christian for a moment longer before saying, "You know, we've been in a contract for almost two years now...." she paused before looking over at Christian, "You should smile more often, it suits you better." she added as they walked through another wooded area now on the way back to Christian's home.
OOC Notes
Opening his door, Christian hurried inside, without bothering to check on Nemesis. She'll find her way inside either way. Tossing the keys on the table, Christian walked into his room, taking off his jacket. He looked around his room, grabbing a blue t-shirt, and changed into something more comfortable. With a second of hesitation, he looked out the window, looking to see if Nemesis was there.
OOC Notes
She hesitated a moment before walking towards the door, but she topped and looked over to the side. the bushes ruffled and she walked over to see the same cat that had bitten Christian was there. She knelled down and held her arms out to the cat. "Come here," she beckoned gently and waited patiently as the cat hesitated and then slowly made its way to her. It smelled her hands and then nuzzled them, she gently pet the cat and held it in her arms. She stood up and turned around to see Christian looking at her from the window of his room. She smiled and then walked back to his front door and walked in and closed the door behind her.
As she walked inside she noticed that everything was the same as the last time she had been in the house. He didn't really have any family photos from what she had seen, but from what she knew of him she could easily understand why. She walked down the hall to the room she knew to be Christian's and said, "Shouldn't you treat that bite? It's not that bad but you should put some alcohol on it at least to keep it from getting infected," she said with a simple smile still easily hiding her slightly hurt feelings. She gently pet the cat and said, "I found your friend too, seems he followed us," she said with a chuckle as she motioned to the cat in her arms.
OOC Notes
Sighing, Tyler released October and flapped his wings hard, taking him up and over the balcony. Then he folded his wings and fell. Tyler landed soundlessly, as before, and looked through the window. Toby's parents were still fighting. Sighing, Tyler drew one of his guns and swept his arm across the house, hitting nothing with the rounds but scaring the hell out of the parents.
With another flap, Tyler landed smoothly back on the balcony. "Couldn't take that anymore," he growled. "Sudden and harsh violence brings people together for a time. They won't fight for a day or so...hopefully."
Once again, Tyler wrapped his arms and wings around Toby. Suddenly, he smiled and chuckled. "I guess Wrath is plausable," he said playfully, resting his chin on her shoulder. "For my expulsion I mean."
OOC Notes
Since his chin was on her shoulder, the brunette leaned her head against his and sighed. Closeness. She'd never gotten a lot of that feeling as she grew up. October was often wary about her desire to get close to someone since she didn't never gotten comfortable with it's limits; what was too much and what was nothing at all. She blew a minty fresh breath out into the air and watched as it went from visible, chilly, to invisible. It looked as if she might say something, but the porch door suddenly slammed open. "Here we go," she muttered distainfully.
A large muscular man stomped out across the lawn, anger painted on his face. Though he wasn't holding a shotgun as one would expect, the murderous look in his eyes was enough to scare the shooter off. He marched around the yard for several minutes before turning back to the house and stopping. He was gazing directly at October. The anger disappeared for a moment before reappearing with greater rage. "You," he snapped, pointing a stubby finger at Tyler. "What are you doing with my daughter? Don't tell me you climbed her hair up to that balcony to have some fun. Come down from there this instant!"
October, even with the years of experience with her father, stiffened, the heat rising to her face. She looked at a loss for words. But what could she say? Shutup, old man, he's a fallen angel and he's going to rip you to shreads. Yeah no. It still bothered her, however, that nobody else could see the dark wings protruding from Tyler's back. Was that normal? "Tyler," she murmured, "how long until we go down to get Lucifer?" She was asking this question for only one reason: If they killed the old fart now, they could either dissappear on their hunt immediately or rot in jail until they decided it was time to leave.
OOC Notes
Thoroughly enraged, the man below started to scream obsenities. Tyler detatched from Toby once again and hopped off the balcony, not bothering with his wings this time. He walked right up to the man and grabbed his neck, then lifted him by it and smiled lazily, as if he'd just gotten laid or something. Way to relaxed for the situation, no matter the implications behind it. "Listen, dude," Tyler slurred, as if too tired to form the words properly. "You can swing once, maybe twice, probably even a third time, but I swear to unholy antichrist that if you ever, EVER raise your hand to me or her ever again I WILL TEAR THE HEAD FROM YOUR SHOULDERS AND SHOVE IT UP YOUR ASS!!"
Tyler's voice steadily became a roar. He'd been holding up the rage for a while now, and was begging to let it loose. 'Swing,' he pleaded in his mind. 'Please, swing, give me a reason to make those threats promises.'
The man didn't swing. Instead he pissed himself. Tyler, disgusted, turned a flung him into the house, wiping his memory with a little magic he'd discovered just recently. He would believe that he was jumped by a group of gang members and thrown back in. And so would anyone else that touched him.
With a hop, Tyler flew back up to Toby and leaned on the railing now, looking at the sky. "My guess," he said, answering his charge's questions now that he had a moment. "Is that we sin as much as possible, and he'll probably contact us. If not, I'm sure there are demons or something that will get us back on track if we stray from the path. On a random note, I love Wrath." Tyler smiled and stretched until he was hanging over the railing. "Damn do I love Wrath!"
OOC Notes
She watched silently as her Fallen's anger roared out against the man. It was rather entertaining to watch that fear slip onto her father's face. The brunette giggled -it was more of a quiet cackle- as Tyler easily threw his prey aside and rejoined her. "You have no idea how much fun it was watching that," she said with a childish glee. Her tongue frisked over her lips as she felt the cold midnight air try to dry them. Sin?
Of course that made perfect sense. Sin like a madman (or madwoman) and the devil was bound to have some interest in you. But what was he like? October tilted her head lightly as she examined Tyler. Was he like the Fallen? "I can't help but wonder what Lucifer is like. Is he full of wrath like you? Does he enjoy watching people in pain? Or is he a lust filled monster?" she said innocently.
The brunette strode gracefully back into her room, enjoying the silence below them. She stood infront of her mirror and stared at her reflection. A hand trailed up to lightly touch the scar on the side of her neck. The contract scar. But it didn't really seem like a contract. It was more of an odd sort of friendship - perhaps more than friendship at one time or another. "Sin like crazy?" she murmured. "Hmmm. What to do first."
OOC Notes
OOC Notes
On a random whim, Tyler moved forward a picked October up by her legs, pushing her against the wall opposite. "We could do Lust right now," he said softly, pressing his forehead lightly against October's. He was only half serious, but was enjoying the 'game'. "We could just sit here and sin sin sin away until the sun stops rising if you want."
(Forgive the immaturity, but this just seemed like such fun. It also seems like what my character would do, so just let me know if this needs to be changed.)
OOC Notes
At Tyler's slightest movement, the brunette's eyes latched onto him. Her face flushed bright red as soon as even one finger touched her leg. She looked fairly startled between the lipstick red face and the way her lips parted as if trying to speak silent words. October let out a small breath to calm herself before actually speaking, however. Even if Tyler was her Fallen and was bound to her by contract, she still didn't want him to think she was going to freak out about something so small.
"Now aside the fact that it would be doing exactly what the devil wants, you're way to good to do something like that with me." Despite her words, however, she did find herself absently playing with his hair. It was more of an excuse than anything. Maybe she had thought about it before, but she was still so flustered about the whole bringing-down-Heaven thing that she wasn't sure if she was even thinking straight any longer. Then again, she did mean what she said. October, your insecurity is showing, she thought dryly.
(nah, you're fine xD I don't mind. Whatever helps the story)
OOC Notes
Still, Tyler detached himself from Toby and sat on the floor, leaning up against the bed. "So, if not Lust or Sloth or Wrath, what do you want to do?" he asked casually.
OOC Notes
The thought of drinking underaged made her grin childishly. "Who knows what other crap we'll get outselves into after that." She wasn't exactly sure what alcohol did to Fallen, but she was sure it would have some sort of effect on Tyler. The brunette slipped off the side of the bed to crouch beside him. "Shall we, then?" Rebellion was always her favorite way of getting back at her parents, and just to have a hell of a time. Giggling childishly, October pecked a kiss to his cheek before jumping up and skipping out the door.
Once downstairs, she began looking for a loose floor pannel. Below a specific one were what appeared to be an endless supply of wine and beer sitting neatly in little rows. Of course, she hadn't verified that Tyler would join her with the drinking, but she couldn't care less. He was already categorized as a bad creature. She was the one who needed the big sinning.
OOC Notes
Flicking the cap off, Tyler leaned back slightly and took a good swig. It burned like fire down his throat, but he liked it. Something about his past...a Cajin family...an uncle devoted to the arts of distilation...he didn't remember, but he did have quite a bit of nostalgia associated with Moonshine. He also knew how to make it.
Satisfied that the liquid fire would do its work soon, he smiled lazily and held out the flask, still almost full. "Live a little, yeah?"
OOC Notes
Swallowing had to be the worst part. The brunette almost choked on air as she sharply intook breath directly after getting it down. October blinked several times, coughing again, then stared at the flask. "Yup, strong," she piped up in an extra high voice. The effects were almost immediate and she soon found everything becoming rather histerical. She stood, wobbled a little, then rubbed her eyes like a child. "What was that?" she asked in a groggy sort of voice. She shook her head back and forth as if to clear the fuzzies from her vision, but it didn't do much to help. Her tongue frisked lightly over her lips before she placed the flask on the counter. She could still taste it on her lips, even on the back of her tongue. After the shock of the potent drink, there was a nice flavor that seemed to cake the inside of your mouth.
OOC Notes
Instead he absentmindedly stroke the cat. To tell the truth, Christian could tell something was up with Nemesis. He assumed it was probably because of him. "You really dont need to hide it." he muttered before laying down. The cat layed down besides him, purring quietly.
OOC Notes
He told her she couldn't hide it from him and to just tell him what was bothering her and she sighed. She leaned on the door way and crossed her arms, her right hanf fiddle with some of her hair that had fallen infront of her shoulder. She looked him over with a sincere gaze and said, "You said we're just a contract but.... I thought we were friends.... not just people who work towards the same cause...." she said to him sheepishly.
OOC Notes
"An entire world. . . yours for the taking, my love." The words echoed eerily along the corridors.
OOC Notes
Now the effects of the alcohol were taking effect on him...or so it seemed. Tyler was still quite clear minded. 'I have a tolerance to the stuff,' he thought. 'Has to be genetic and experience. No other way in hell or heaven.'
"Here," Tyler said, acting slightly drunk, picking up the flask. "Let's try a gentler approach."
Tilting his head back, Tyler took in another mouthful of fire and only downed half of it. When he straightened up again, he moved forward and close to Toby quickly. Throwing caution to the wind, he moved in close and frenched her right there, letting the moonshine spill into her mouth from his.
OOC Notes
"Owies," she piped as he swallowed, remembering the burn of the alcohol down her throat. And out of the blue his lips were at hers. Gentler approach. Ah, she understood now. October flinched a little at the sting of the alcohol, but otherwise didn't pull back. If she wasn't so mixed up, she might have turned the color of a tomato, but she was rather wobbly and her usual tendencies had disappeared. Almost absently, her hands lifted and grabbed onto his shirt. She wasn't sure if it was her body's instinct to grab onto something before she fell or some other thing, but she didn't particularly care. Between the moonshine and the fact that his lips were at hers, all the could focus on was Tyler.
OOC Notes
Tyler felt her grab his shirt, felt her cool touch, and for a moment hated himself for doing this to someone so undeserving of such a fate. Then he let the alcohol take over, and pushed further. Tyler yanked every trick and bit he could remember from his mind and put every one of them into service. His fingers searched for soft spots, his arms kept her against his chest, and his mouth...was occupied. After a moment, he lost himself in her scent.
(Small warning, I won't be able to post as frequently. Feel free to hijack Tyler if you wish)
