Description: Mitch doesn't strike one as the largest of men. In general he doesn't run as the tallest, just under 6 foot tall, nor the most heavy set. He is remarkably average, with black close cropped hair. His features are scarred, tanned and square. A jutting chin, broken nose and square jaw does lend itself to the lifestyle of a soldier. Light blue eyes sparkle beneath a light brow and thinned eyebrows. A thoughtful smile can be found upon his thin lips often, the expression of a man who cares. His voice is steady and a soothing, rough bass.

Personality: Mitch is essentially a natural leader. The way he stands, the walk he talks. Something about him catches the attention of others and generally garners their loyalty. His actions are strong and large, expression in his every movement. Acting could have been a very possible career choice for him, with his manipulation of expression. Ranging from completely resolved, hiding a great deal behind a blank face, to great open mouth movements and active eyebrows. His intentions are directed towards kindness and responsibility. He places the lives of his soldiers first and foremost, after the unfortunate requirement to complete his objectives. Although the deaths of his previous commands and the guilt of his past often crop up and sometimes upset his capability to lead he is often recommended among the Special Operations commanders.
