Introduction
**This role play was inspired by a story line that I had going on with my Rose Hathaway, and decided to bring it here.**
**This role play is also based off of the Vampire Academy series created by Richelle Mead. This will be taking place after Spirit Bound, the most recent book, and will probably contain spoilers. If you do not mind being spoiled, then by all means, proceed with reading the plot :)
Queen Tatiana has been murdered, and what's worse, is that Rosemarie Hathaway is their lead suspect. But, who could blame the royal court? The evidence is overwhelming. However, why would one of the best guardians of all time murder the vampire Queen? Her best friend, is princess Vasilyssa Dragomir (Lissa for short), is next in line for the throne, but has no more family. As Rose is being thrown in jail however, a note is given to her from Tatiana's advisor, Ambrose. The note is from the Queen herself, revealing that Lissa has a sibling that no one knew was alive. Will Guardian Dimitri Belikov, Lissa Dragomir and their friends be able to rescue Rose, and reveal Lissa's family secret so that she can be the next Queen?
Types of vampires:
Strigoi: Immortal vampires that can not go out in sunlight. They have no emotion, and only think about one thing; killing. To become a strigoi, you must kill your victim.
Moroi: Moroi are the royal vampires that are half human, half dhampir. Most moroi specialize in an element, earth, air fire and water, and the RARE element, Spirit. Moroi's do not kill their victims, as they only take what they need. If a Moroi kills someone, they automatically lose their magical powers, and become strigoi.
Dhampir: Dhampir vampires are usually trained to be guardians of the Moroi. They are not exactly as strong as the Strigoi, but they are trained to be up to their strengths. Dhampir's are made from a Moroi and a human mating, as they are human-like in appearance. Dhampir's need blood to survive, but not as much blood as a strigoi or moroi.

Dimitri is a dhampir guardian, and one of the best. He was assigned to Lissa, and is Rose Hathaway's teacher.
Rosemarie Hathaway played by sparrowluvr2
Rose is the 17 year old, half-vampire half-human (Dhampir) protagonist of the Vampire Academy series and is best friends with Princess Lissa Dragomir. She died in the same accident as Lissa's parents and brother in the past, but she was brought back.

OOC Notes
As their car drove further and further away from the Court, Rose and Dimitri were finally able to get up from the floorboard. Rose settled into her seat and buckled up. The car seemed to be a void of no conversation. Everyone seemed tense from running away. Rose stared out the window, terrified that the guardians already found she was gone and were looking for her. Terrified that Dimitri wanted to be with her. And terrified about Adrian finding out and not knowing if she could truly give him the chance she promised him.
When they reached the small cabin, Rose went into the only bedroom and started to look through the bag of essentials that Lissa had packed for her. She didn't know what she was looking for in the duffel bag but whatever it was she didn't find it. Sitting down, she had her back to the door that she left cracked open. After being accused of a crime she didn't commit, her spirit seemed to be crushed. She didn't know how to lift them back up.
Leaning forward, Rose rested her head in her hands, closing her eyes. She listened to the sounds of soft voices from the other room, tears came to her eyes. She had been so afraid that she would rot in that cell before they even bothered getting her a fair trial. Her father had promised he would make sure that she wouldn't stay in the prision for long, was this his plan or did he have a completely different one.
When they reached the small cabin, Rose went into the only bedroom and started to look through the bag of essentials that Lissa had packed for her. She didn't know what she was looking for in the duffel bag but whatever it was she didn't find it. Sitting down, she had her back to the door that she left cracked open. OOC Notes
The silence of the car ride was almost maddening. Dimitri could hear himself think, which was not necessarily a good thing, especially now with everything going on. He wanted to be alone with Rose, but obviously with Lissa and Adrian there, he could not be. How could he have been so stupid and kissed Rose, when she was dating Adrian? Things were a mess now, and though he needed to deal with them sooner or later, Dimitri would rather deal with them later.
When they finally arrived at the cottage, Dimitri was at a loss for words. He didn't know what to say, or how to act. He wanted Rose...he wanted her more than anything. While they walked from the car to inside the cottage, Dimitri plotted ways in which he could get rid of Adrian without any fingers being pointed at any of them. Sighing with defeat, Dimitri walked with his head hanging low, upset with himself, wondering if Adrian knew what had happened.
It didn't occur to him until after they were settled in, that Lissa and Adrian were going to need a source of blood supply. While Rose had experience with being a feeder, Dimitri had never been a feeder, and wasn't sure if he was OK with that. However, he would do anything for Lissa, as she was one of the ones responsible for saving him.

"Mhm." Was all Rose could manage to say as she wiped at her tears. She hated him seeing her crying. She knew Dimitri would do anything to make sure she wasn't hurt. This just wasn't something he could cure with a look or a talk. She couldn't stop herself from shivering as the adrenaline left over from their escape left her body. She looked up at him, her brown eyes full of fear. "I don't know what's wrong with me." She said softly, so the others wouldn't hear her.
Her chest was tight and she felt like she couldn't breathe. She tried to take a deep breath but it only came out in a short breath. Had she had ever had one before, Rose may have realized she was having a panic attack. She closed her eyes as she tried to regain control of her respiratory system but it seemed to have a mind of it's own. She whimpered softly, one of her hands gripping the sheets on the bed while the other was still pressed against her chest. Her palms were slick with sweat. Her heart raced in fear of what was happening to her.
She wanted to call Dimitri to her but she couldn't get a breath to do so. Her eyes found him as he came into the room. He would know there was something wrong with her. Sometimes he knew even before she did when something was wrong with her.

OOC Notes
If anyone knew Rosemarie Hathaway, it was Dimitri Belikov. He even knew her better than Adrian. Granted, he had the advantage of knowing her inside and out; he doubted that Adrian knew anything of the real Rose. When she looked at him the way she did, he wanted nothing more but to comfort her, but knew that he was part of the problem. Dimitri slowly entered the room and sat down next to her, and draped an arm around her, as if to comfort her.
"Nothing is wrong with you Roza," he said. "The situation is complicated," Dimitri had to choose his words carefully. The Moroi were in danger, Dimitri could feel it, and he knew that if Dimitri and Rose pursued their relationship now, and it went any further, that somehow Adrian would figure it out, and run away. As a direct descendant of the Queen, having either Lissa or Adrian leave would be horrible.
"I want to be with you Roza, more than anything," Dimitri whispered so that only Rose could hear him. "But I won't pressure you; I want you to follow your heart."
Dimitri let out a sigh, and leaned back so he was laying on the floor, looking up at the ceiling. "Perhaps we should discuss a security plan, so that we can effectively protect our Moroi," he suggested.
