Harleen has medium long blond hair and bright baby blue eyes. She stands at 5'3" and weighs about 110. When working she normally wears a black or red woman's suit along with a pair of big reading glasses. She looks obviously younger than the rest of the doctors.
Personality: At work Harley tries to act as professional as possible, however her light hearted attitude often gets the best of her. She is almost never shy and loves being the center of attention. Harley has to have tough skin because of her job but she easily gets attached to people and will do about anything to help someone. Outside of work she is normally funny and bubbly.

History: Harleen was raised as an only child in a pretty normal family. Her mother and father live a couple towns over and Harleen just recently moved to Gotham to get a job at Arkham. Her parents helped pay for her to go to a real good college and she graduated with almost all A's except it wasn't her book smarts which earned them. However she tried hard to land her dream job and now hopes to talk to the patients at Arkham and write her own book on their psychological needs. Since she has always been a rather independent person she doesn't keep too in contact with family or old friends from her other town.
